3:09 a.m. Christopher Torres, 18, 36 Myrtle St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic dispute with his mother.

5:06 a.m. Brandon Patricelli, 17, 140 Red Brick Road, Plymouth was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and felony breaking and entering a building at night after a call about a suspicious person on Melrose Street.

8:46 a.m. A Battles Farm Drive caller reported finding a bullet in a screen door, one inside the living room and two in the backyard. Caller reported there was shooting sometime during the night before.

2:04 p.m. Alvin W. Jennings, 35, 22 Tilton Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his girlfriend called to report he assaulted her in the parking lot of Shaw’s Supermarket on Belmont Street.

2:41 p.m. Allen Gilholm, 42, 436 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged for the second time in as many days for public drinking after a complaint about a suspicious person near N. Main and E. Main streets.

3:30 p.m. Rochelle McCoy, 38, 54 Haverhill St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a caller reported a domestic problem near Oak and Belair streets.
4:45 p.m. Jailson R. Fonseca, 28, 179 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds, driving with a suspended license and open container of alcohol in a vehicle after a call about a suspicious motor vehicle near Brockton Area Private Industry on Oakdale Street.

6:35 p.m. Seth Morrison, 21, 102 Walnut St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a call from Walnut Street about a domestic violence disturbance.

10:33 p.m. Lisa Pettway, 36, 241 Grove St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Grove Street caller reported a domestic violence situation on Grove Street.

10:46 p.m. Ramiro Charon, 51, 105 Belair St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a W. Elm Street caller reported his mother’s boyfriend stabbed him.

10:50 p.m. Daniel V. Solmini, 53, 64 Westland St., Brockton was charged with third offense drunk driving and driving with a revoked license after a caller from Westland Street reported a white male in a Ford F-150 was in a parking lot yelling at people.

11:07 p.m. Police responded to a house on Hobson Street when a woman reported there were 50 youths on her lawn threatening to kill her family. A police detective reported a black male fled the area in a car and a firearm was shown. The detective reported the suspect threatened to come back that night with the gun.
