3:11 p.m. John A. Kirk, 38, 162 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with drinking in public, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and a default warrant after a foot pursuit by a police officer on Legion Parkway.

4:12 p.m. A 16-year-old was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and two counts of unlawful possession of ammunition after a complaint on Legion Parkway.

6:35 p.m. Larry Joseph, 42, 243 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and threat to commit a crime after a domestic violence investigation at Chatham West Drive.

7:13 p.m. Keith Richard Sproul, 18, 59 Perry Ave., Brockton was charged with reckless operation of a vehicle and license not in possession after a traffic stop near Walgreen’s on Centre Street.

7:37 p.m. Matthew Gayle, 25, 148 Metzler Road, E. Bridgewater was charged with shoplifting after a call from a store in the Westgate Mall.

9:06 p.m. Patrick Sequeira-Ferreira, 18, 21 Tremont St., Brockton was charged with distributing a counterfeit drug after an undercover detective made a purchase on May 5.

9:35 p.m. Terrance McKoy, 44, 380 Belmont St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic violence call.

10:41 p.m. Brandon Lee, 19, 30 Farrington St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license ad speeding after a traffic stop on Farrington Street.
