8:40 a.m. B&E MV investigation on Brown Street. Work van had copper/wallet/credit card stolen.
9:27 a.m. Hit & Run in progress in the vicinity of 181 Forest Avenue. Caller states tan Honda just hit the back of their car and bumper fell off. The caller has the plate of the hit & run vehicle. Lucia I Yanes, 38, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.
10:01 a.m. Motor Vehicle Stop at 126 Highland Street & 38 Lexington St. Blue 1993 Mercury CP Cougar. Citation/Warning issued for excessive tint 14%.
10:18 a.m. Unwanted Guest Disturbance at Elmcourt Hotel-33 W Elm St. 3 males and a female refusing to leave. Matter settled.
11:10 a.m. Larceny in Progress at the Rockland Trust-100 Belmont St. Black Male wearing a white shirt with blk and red stripes tried to allegedly cash a bad check for $1395, he grabbed the check from the teller and took off on foot toward Main St. Complaint file, evidence submitted and Norwell Police contacted. Gregory Smith, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for forgery of check, uttering a false check and attempting to commit a crime.
11:32 a.m. B & E MV investigation from caller at WB Mason Co-59 Centre St. Car broken into in back parking lot of Enterprise parking lot. Police report taken.
11:35 a.m. Hit & Run in progress at Harborone-826 N. Main St & 1 Oak St. Black Nissan just hit callers car in drive thru at the bank and took off from drive thru and went right on to N. Main St. Police report taken.
 
12:27 p.m. Motor Vehicle Stop at 70 Tribou Street 834 Warren Avenue. Juvenile 16 charged with unlicensed operation of MV and failure to wear seat belt. Also Freddy Alves Salazar, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for Window obstructed/nontransparent and allowing improper operation of MV.
12:51 p.m. B & E investigation at Brockton Commons- 55 City Hall SQ. Shed was broken into and power washers, snow blowers and other items were taken. Happened between 9pm and now. Police report taken.
1:07 p.m. Domestic violence call on Westland Street. Caller is the maintenance of building and allegedly witnessed husband hitting wife in apartment. Husband is standing outside and caller is with wife and threw husband out. The husband is from India and has black jacket on. Kishorbhai Patel, 41, of Brockton was charged with Assault and Battery and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
2:05 p.m. B & E investigation in the vicinity of the 260 block of Torrey Street. Caller reports that they were gone for one hour and when they came back found house was broken into. Police report taken.
3:00 p.m. B & E Home attempted on Oakland Street. Caller reports damage to back door and garage door. Police report taken.
3:05 p.m. Bomb Scare- Call came from a payphone at 1293 Main Street at Christys. Caller stated “Yes, I put a bomb in Walgreens southside, bye.” then hung up. Police and fire notified.
3:07 p.m. B & E Home attempted on Kame Street. Both back doors damaged and caller will be at a Oakland Street residence, same attempt happened there also. Police report.
3:19 p.m. B & E MV investigation at 141 Main St. Caller is parked in alley way to Tuxedo place and window is smashed and GPS taken.
3:26 p.m. Violation of 209A order on Arthur Paquin Way. Noah Baez, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order and malicious destruction of property over $250.
4:37 p.m. Call from Brockton Hospital that a patient stole a Doctors prescription pad. Prescription pad returned and Doctor does not want to press charges.
5:39 p.m. Unwanted Guest Disturbance at the Laundromat at 139 Pleasant Street. Caller reports that “crack heads” giving the worker a hard time and refusing to leave. Police respond and parties left prior to arrival.
5:43 p.m. B & E investigation at a Pearl Street residence in the vicinity of the 400 block. Home broken into.
6:09 p.m. Malicious Damage investigation on Reservoir Street. Car tires slashed.
6:59 p.m. Assault and Battery investigation on Winthrop Street. Reports that a female allegedly came to his house and started a “bunch of ruckus” and allegedly punched him in the eye. The alleged suspect is at Giannaros Liquors and wants to give her side of the story. Michelle Mattingly, 30, of Stoughton was summonsed for assault and battery. Hermenegildo F Depina, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
7:05 p.m. Robbery at Stop and Gas-81 Warren Avenue. Caller reports that had his phone and wallet stolen out of truck. Police report taken.
 
8:10 p.m. Threats made to Arthur Paquin Way residence. Caller states that suspect allegedly called her friend and threatened to shoot her in the head. Noah Baez, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime.
8:37 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from VA Hospital. Mark Sullivan, 53, of Pembroke was charged with trespassing.
8:38 p.m. Reports of a driver heading into Brockton and driving erratic on Belmont Street. Caller is a corrections officer and has him in the lot of Cumberland Farms. Kirk Kurowski, 31, of Nashua, NH was charged with Foreign Warrant.
9:18 p.m. Suspicious person on Menlo Street. Kristian Nelson, 24, of Brockton was charged with Possession of a class A drug, resisting arrest, A&B on a police officer and disturbing the peace.
9:31 p.m. Assault and Battery in progress at 29 Goddard Road. 3rd floor people fighting in the 3rd floor. Female is screaming. Sean W Everson, 26, of Brockton was charged with Home invasion, A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, larceny under $250, malicious destruction of property over $250 and intimidation of a witness.
