12:05 a.m. Malicious Damage motor vehicle on Custer Street. Window broken with a rock.
1:10 a.m. Disturbance at Owen Olearys Resteraunt-1280 Belmont Street. Derek Coelho, 37, of Brockton was charged with Assault and Battery, 2 counts of Assault and Battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
2:47 a.m. 911 hang up from a Belmont Street apartment. Caller reports that people fighting inside apartment. Tiara Gurley, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and resisting arrest.
3:50 a.m. Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon at the CVS on Pearl Street. Reports of 2 males outside arguing and 1 white male appears to have a knife in his hand and clerk state that he is now coming inside the store. Alex Skaparas, 40, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, Civil rights violation and disturbing the peace.
9:53 a.m. Unknown Emergency at a Walnut Street residence. State Police received a call from a female screaming and hung up. Vera Hart, 39, of Brockton was charged with Assault and Battery.
9:59 a.m. 2 tires slashed on Hancock Street. Police report taken.
12:03 p.m. 911 hang up from a French Avenue apartment. Juvenile arrest of a 16 yr old female for assault, threatening to commit a crime and disturbing the peace. Transported to New Bedford.
12:19 p.m. Fire call for a Sawtell Avenue residence. Basting the turkey too much and it spilled onto the stove and sparked a grease fire. Fire and homeowners have the grease fire well under control.
4:27 p.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle on Arthur Paquin Way. 1997 Honda Civic Gray reported stolen.
6:25 p.m. B & E in progress at a Breer Circle residence. Caller came home and found 2 males in the home and chased them out. Did not see the front of them only the backs. Police report taken.
8:08 p.m. B & E investigation to a Market Street apartment. 1st floor broken into and nobody there now. Police report taken.
9:22 p.m. B & E investigation at Davis Commons. Apartment broken into and police report taken.
10:44 p.m. Disturbance at the Hess gas station at 1234 Belmont Street. Caller reports that a man with corn rolls just urinated on the gas pump and now appears to be rolling a blunt. Party left prior to arrival.
