12:12 a.m. Motor vehicle pursuit. Markeyse Gerard Pryor-Tinsley, 19, of Brockton was charged with Larceny of motor vehicle, Failure to stop/yield, failure to stop for police, speeding, reckless operation of motor vehicle and MV not meeting RMV safety standards.
1:16 a.m. Disturbance on Main Street and Belmont Street. Emilio Lopes, 35, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
1:59 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Copeland Street. Caller states that 1999 Buick was stolen.
2:04 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at the Cardoso Café-146 Montello St. Caller states that ex just allegedly bit her in the lip and she was at above location. Suspect is no longer there. Caller declined ambulance. Michael C. Gomes, 31, of Boston was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon, violation of abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime.
2:18 a.m. Domestic violence call on Highland Street. Caller states that fiance is allegedly being abusive to her and just threw drum sticks at her and hit her arms. Victor B. Pires, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon.
2:58 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of the 135 block of Menlo Street. Reports of 3 shots fired. Multiple calls coming in. Police respond and unfounded.
4:45 a.m. Domestic violence call on Taber Ave. Caller reports that father allegedly came home drunk and beat up her brother. Joao Gonzalves Lobo, 45, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
12:34 p.m. Domestic violence call on Winthrop Street. Caller reports that nephew and husband allegedly fighting. Joaquim A Oliveira, 41, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
12:44 p.m. Rape investigation at Good Samaritan Hospital-235 North Pearl Street. See security regarding a female who was raped in the parking lot at gun point. This happened 5am this morning. Police report taken.
7:04 p.m. Suicide attempt. Male party came into the lobby of Brockton Police and said he was going to jump in front of the train. Party sent to BHER for evaluation.
7:29 p.m. Robbery at the Gas Depot-1123 Main Street. Robbed at gunpoint by 4 parties that drove off in a gold Nissan Altima. Police have the license of the vehicle but that plate was stolen earlier from a Chatham West Drive residence. The Driver was a black male, 19-20, thin goatee, short black hair. The passenger was a white male, 5’10, wearing a black hat with red brim and a red hoodie and possibly a piercing below his bottom lip. He was armed with a small black firearm. There are two additional occupants in the vehicle but police do no have a description of them.
8:48 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of 167 Ash Street. Caller was robbed at gun point by a Hispanic male with gray sweatshirt hoodie who ran behind the building at the above location along with 3 black males in their early 20s. Caller is at the corner of Ash and West Elm in a yellow cab. Police report taken.
11:17 p.m. Domestic violence call at a Warren Ave apartment. Charles McNeil, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and threatening to commit a crime.
