2:30 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 208 Winthrop St. John T. Teixeira, 20, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug, failure to signal and speeding.


9:59 a.m. B&E in progress in the vicinity of 880-890 Ash St. Joseph D. Clark, 27, and Mary Tripp, 21, both of Brockton were charged with felony B&E a building during the daytime, malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny over $250 and possession of burglarious instruments.


10:16 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 152 Ames St. Multiple doors kicked in during the week. The apartment’s first floor is vacant and neighbors have seen numerous unknown people going into the building at night. Police will keep look out.


10:51 a.m. Gomes Auto, 64 Elliot St. Car out front blocking the sidewalk. Repeatedly told not to block sidewalk. Citations issued for blocking the sidewalk.


12:19 p.m. Disturbance at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Security states they need assistance on 4th floor/maternity. Father is allegedly getting "out of control". David O’Callahan, 19, of Holbrook was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime and larceny under $250.


5:49 p.m. MV accident on Christy's Drive and 50 Reynolds Memorial Highway. Nelson Jorge Barbosa, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for operating MV with license revoked and OUI liquor, 3rd offense.


6:16 p.m. Domestic violence call on Candy Lane. Vladir A. Delgado, 22, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.


8:39 p.m. 911 unknown emergency in the vicinity of 200-204 North Main St. Christopher David Conroy, 30, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.


11:18 p.m. Larceny in progress at the Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Male is about to steal food under his jacket. Suspect just ran out of store and is running south on North Montello St.
