12:05 a.m. MV accident involving a pedestrian. Caller states she was walking by and a gold car ran over her foot. She is now inside the McDonald’s, 908 North Montello St. Police report taken.


12:37 a.m. Rape investigation on 40 Oak Street Extension. Alleged victim is at Quincy Hospital E.R. and is saying she was raped and can provide the name and address of the suspect. Rape kit is at the hospital and officer sent from Brockton to retrieve it. Under investigation.


1:44 a.m. Disturbance at Tamboo Bistro, 252 Main St. Joao Darosa, 27, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with police officer in performance of duty and resisting arrest.


1:53 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon gun near Cardoso Café, 146 Montello St. State police out with victim. 1 shot on shot-spotter for 95 Montello St. came in as firecracker. Ambulance sent and BCI notified. Police report taken.


2:05 a.m. Domestic violence call on Webster Street. Anthony Barnhill, 47, of Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with a dangerous weapon and violation of abuse prevention order.


2:18 a.m. Disturbance at Morabeza Restaurant & Pub, 581 Main St. Non-patrons starting trouble after closing time, possibly shot somebody with a BB gun. Jorge Dosantos, 22, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, carrying a dangerous weapon, A&B on a police officer and intimidation of a witness. Samuel Varela, 33, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty.


4:00 a.m. Gunshots call on Hovendon Avenue. Caller says someone fired gunshots into the house, no one inside hurt. Evidence turned in. Police report taken.


10:06 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Moreland Street. Someone tried to break into house yesterday. Police report taken.


2:31 p.m. Disturbance at the Dunkin’ Donuts, 634 Centre St. Male was rude in store and he went out front and threw coffee at the front of store. Unfounded.


3:32 p.m. B&E in progress on Appleton Street in the vicinity of the 58-60 block. Caller states her 9-year -old son went out to kitchen and noticed an unknown male there. Mother and kids locked in bedroom. No weapons shown, all doors were still locked upon arrival, no signs of forced entry and no one found inside apartment. All clear for now and report taken.


3:51 p.m. Shoplifting at Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. Uncooperative female shoplifter. Pamela J. Dowd, 44, of Stoughton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.


5:21 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Beach Street. Lanika Brewington, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.


6:12 p.m. Robbery investigation at Walmart, 700 Oak St. Caller was approached by a male and asked to use her cell phone, caller allowed him to use the phone and male pulled up his shirt and displayed a handgun in his waistband and then fled around the back of Walmart toward the mall. Police report taken.
