1:56 a.m. B & E attempt to a residence on Myrtle Street. Caller reports that someone rang their doorbell, when they looked outside there was a male standing there and he broke the window. They don’t know who he is and doesn’t know if he is still outside. Police respond and report taken.
2:21 a.m. Shoplifting call at the 7-Eleven-662 Belmont Street. Clerk states there are several people inside the store and shoplifting. Tevin Leonidas, 17, of Brockton was charged with trespassing and attempting to commit a crime.
6:12 a.m. Disturbance on Huntington Street. Richard Wayne Labossiere, 36, of Brockton was charged with assault.
7:39 a.m. Assault and battery investigation in the vicinity of the 575 block of Crescent Street. Michael A Pinnetti, 35, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.
7:46 a.m. B & E MV investigation on Overton Street. Caller reports that they left car running to warm up around 5am and someone took his keys to his work truck and stole his $1700 construction laser. Police report taken.
9:57 a.m. Lewiston Street resident reports that tires were punctured and police report taken.
4:27 p.m. Domestic violence call at a Brookside Avenue apartment. Caller reports that 2 males are allegedly fighting in the 2nd floor apartment. Michael John Fernandes Nunes, 19, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
5:55 p.m. Suspicious person at the Main Dragon Restaurant-1040 Main Street. Rear of building are a few people. Cypriano Kennedy, 69, of Stoughton was summonsed for Possession of a class B drug, Possession to distribute class D drug and possession open container of alcohol in MV.
5:55 p.m. Unwanted guest at a Hubbard Avenue residence. Laurie A Scully, 36, of Whitman was summonsed for A&B, B&E for misdemeanor and malicious destruction of property under $250.
6:00 p.m. Suicide attempt at the Super 8- 385 Westgate Drive. Female drank Clorox and ambulance sent.
7:10 p.m. Domestic violence call at the Country Inn-50 Christys Drive. Caller is in the lobby and states that babys father allegedly tried to strangle her. Jerome Morris III, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
8:55 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at the 588 block of Main Street. Caller states someone allegedly hit him with some kind of glass and caller is hurt. Jose G Pichizaca-Zumba, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
