1:10 a.m. Robbery charges against Luis Miguel Lopes, 31, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery and John Junior Dasilva, 27, of West Bridgewater was charged with armed robbery.
8:19 a.m. Narcotics investigation in the vicinity of the 147 block of North Warren Avenue. Valdir F. Andrade, 27, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug and unlawful possession of Ammunition.
12:18 p.m. Assault and Battery in progress at 120 Ames Street and 1 Intervale Street. Male and female fighting and male just allegedly knocked female to the ground. James Willard Harris, 33, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
3:53 p.m. Overdose in the vicinity of the 330-340 block of Copeland Street. 2 people in the basement using heroin and the female is passed out and the caller “Doesn’t think she is going to make it.” Ambulance sent.
4:28 p.m. Disturbance at the Metro PCS Store-506 Main Street. Caller states that a male just allegedly pushed her and threatened to kill her. Caller does no know the male and just came to pay her bill. Osvaldo A. Dias, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, assault and threatening to commit a crime.
6:08 p.m. B&E in progress at a North Leyden Street residence. Reports that someone breaking in through back window. Caller thinks someone made it inside the house. Bobby Ranson, 21, of Brockton was charged with B&E building night time for a felony and malicious destruction of property under $250.
8:30 p.m. MV accident at 398 Grafton Street and 164 Menlo Street. Jimmie Loftus, 62, of Conifer, Colorado was charged with OUI Liquor, 5th offense, Marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of MV and negligent operation of MV.
