11:04 a.m. Code enforcement. Paradise Caribbean Restaurant. 192 Warren Ave. Officer reports they do not have a common victualler license and they were told to put up the chairs and have take-out only. They will be getting a citation with a fine. It is now February and the license expired Dec. 31. They were also told to get to the License Commission ASAP and fix it or they would be getting fine every day for $300.

11:10 a.m. Code enforcement. Howard Street Diner. 142 Howard St. Officer reports they still have seating available and no common victualler license. Told to put up all the chairs and no sit down. $300 citation will be issued for today.

11:22 a.m. Code enforcement. C.W. Price. 200 Westgate Dr. Officer reports spoke to manager about the false alarm problem and why has not the bill for $300 been paid. Officer notes some of alarms belong to Marshall’s and will be noted.

11:31 a.m. Domestic violence call. 20 Auna Dr., Apt. 10. Caller reports his 17-year-old son allegedly threw him to the ground. John J. Todesca, 17, of 50 Blanchard Boulevard, Braintree was charged with A&B.

11:49 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. 63 Main St. Caller states she allegedly was just pushed by boyfriend. She reports he took her red Chevy Cobalt and headed toward Warren Avenue. She is inside in urgent care on the first floor. States security witnessed incident. Jeremy Harris, 22, of 956 Warren Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B, larceny under $250, larceny of M/V, and resisting arrest.

11:54 a.m. A&B in progress. 43 Clifford Ave. Caller states he was allegedly assaulted by a woman known to her. Caller said she told him she would be back with someone to assault him again. He states he is bleeding from face and back. Vicky Jackson, (no birth date available), 43 Clifford Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:28 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Lowe’s. 125 Westgate Dr. Richard Medeiros, 56, of 65 Horton St., Fall River was charged with assault.

1:20 p.m.  A&B dangerous weapon—knife.  12 Perkins Ave.  Caller states a male party has stabbed him. He is behind the old club. Male party states 2 males asked him for money and stabbed him. Suspects described as 2 Spanish males with white shirts.

1:43 p.m. Code enforcement. 515 N. Main St. Officer reports the second hand store is attempting to open with no licenses. I need to investigate.

1:49 p.m. B&E investigate. 229 Belmont St. Caller states his house was broken into over the weekend. States the door jamb is busted and the basement door almost fell on him because the pins were taken out of the door.

6:01 p.m. Suspicious activity. 50 Hill St. Two arrested on drug charges. Luis DeJesus, 33, of 25 W. Park St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law. Krysta L. Smith, 27, of 37 Edson St., Brockton was charged with 5 counts of possession of Class E drug, attempt to commit crime, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

6:25 p.m.  B&E investigate. Raintree Circle. Caller reports broke window and stole computer.

8:13 p.m. 229 Belmont St. Caller reports someone kicked the side door in and stole his washer & dryer along with other items.

10:54 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 271 Prospect St. & 17 Cross St. Kelsie Barstad, 18, of 7 Highland Court, Taunton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee. Also, Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old, charged with sexual conduct for fee and warrant.

11:55 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. 104 Leach Ave. Caller states neighbor known to her allegedly just slashed her tires and keyed her car. She is still outside. Second call states female is now getting violent and followed her to her house. Morghyn Croteau, 22, of 100 Leach Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

12:26 a.m. Disturbance.  22 Perkins Ave. Assisting detail officer. Four people were arrested after numerous cruisers responded to a disturbance.  Two of the 4 were charged with affray, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and trespassing. They are: Ana DaGraca, 25, of 194 Thurber Ave, Brockton and Mara Suely Teixeira, 22, of 566 Paul Bunker Dr., Taunton. Catia S. Gomes, 22, of 97 Tribou St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, affray, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and trespassing. Queivon Correia, 23, of 23 Dean St., Apt. 2, Boston was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.

                                                                                                                                                 

12:41 a.m. M/V stop. 71 N. Bassett Road & 115 Sycamore St. Payton Wright, 19, of 280 N. Main St., Apt. C2, Brockton was arrested and charged with unlawful carrying of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and receiving stolen property over $250.

1:23 a.m. Hit & Run investigate. 19 Hillberg Ave. & 938 Warren Ave. Caller reports second vehicle fled scene. Caller states he will need a tow. Ana Gomes, 23, of 100 Florida St., Apt. 12, Boston was charged with operating a M/V with suspended license.

1:52 a.m. Domestic violence call. 32 Montello St., Ext., Apt. 1. Language barrier. Male party on line stating he needs help. Stated his wife did something and the line hung-up. On call back females states husband is drunk. Requested to talk to husband again who stated he was sleeping and that his wife allegedly punched and scratched him. States he has some blood on face and back. Declined ambulance. Ermelinda Ferreira, 52, of 32 Montello St., Ext., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

2:44 a.m. Welfare check. 387 Crescent St. Apt. 2. Caller is a 3^rd party. States possible A&B. There is a party with loud music going on and his son called him and states he was hit with a bottle and it cut his arm. Christopher J. Andrade, 24, of 387 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

3:08 a.m. M/V accident. 157 Rockland St. Caller states a car hit the curb and the driver is allegedly passed out. Driver transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center. Green drug citation issued. Elena R. Ferrara, 26, of 1339 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with OUI drugs and license not in possession.

3:53 a.m. M/V accident. Montello News. 829 N. Main St. One vehicle took off heading down Oak Street towards the mall. Two car accident. One vehicle is smoking. The vehicle left behind has no one inside it. Driver took off on foot. Other vehicle was found at 654 Chatham West. Dr. Both operators fled the scene. Heavy front end damage on both cars. Under investigation.

4:41 a.m. A&B investigate. 15 Royal Road. Jonathan Lambert, 20, of 15 Royal Road, Brockton was charged with A&B and Civil Rights violation.

6:21 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. Davis Commons. 165 Carl Ave., Apt. 43C. Caller states her sister allegedly kicked her, punched her in the head and bit her finger. She has left the apartment and is now at grandmother’s. Sarah Davis, 22, of 3 Rufus Jones Lane, Easton was charged with A&B.

7:48 a.m. Domestic violence call. 26 Nilsson St., Apt. 2. Caller states her husband came in the bedroom and allegedly pushed her. States she is pregnant and her 2-year-old and 6-year-old were with her when the incident occurred. Wants him removed from the apartment. Edgar Vasquez Pinos, 30, of 26 Nilsson St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

9:27 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Annie’s Beautiful Hair Salon, 791  N. Main St., Apt. Q. Rear window smashed.

9:34 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. Davis Commons. 165 Carl Ave., Apt. 177F. 1999 blue, Ford Contour.

10:57 a.m. Overdose. Dunkin’ Donuts. 587 Main St. & Forest Ave. Caller reports a female is passed out in a M/V in the parking lot. Female and child transported to Brockton Hospital. Emergency 51A filed. Department of Children and Families to be notified.

1:22 p.m. Larceny investigation. Macy’s. 200 Westgate Dr. Caller reports a black female and white male stole some clothes and fled in a silver M/V headed toward Dick’s Sporting Goods.

2:45 p.m. Robbery. 129 Pleasant St. Caller states a Spanish male wearing a black mask went into Fernandez Family Liquors showed a black hand gun, assaulted a cashier and took money. Left in an unknown direction.

6:07 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 73 Bernice Ave. Rock through window.

7:57 p.m. Larceny investigation. Family Dollar Store. 222 E. Ashland St. Caller states a white male allegedly stole a $50 comforter. Jose Ortega, 45, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with second offense shoplifting by asportation.

8:40 p.m. Domestic violence call. 449 N. Montello St. Caller is 18-years-old. States his father and brother allegedly just beat him up and threw him out of the house. Antonio G. Andrade, 23, of 449 Montello St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B. Manuel Andrade, 21, of 449 Montello St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

9:44 p.m. Disturbance. 118 Oak Lane. Caller states 2 females are outside by the Callahan building. They are yelling at each other and one of the females is yelling for someone to call 911. Daniel P. Gill, 47, of 2 Springbrook, Lakeville was arrested and charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

10:31 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 22 N. Manchester St., Apt. 1. Victim walked into the station and states that she allegedly had an argument and physical fight with her husband. She said he kicked her out of the house. She wants him arrested so she can go home.  Vehicle is parked in front of address. No answer at front or side doors. Officer to Brockton Hospital ER for rib injury. Suspect arrested. Door damaged. Another officer received cut to right index finger by an unknown source while making arrest.  Helder R. Duarte, 54, of 22 N. Manchester St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with attempted murder, A&B with dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

12:19 a.m. Disturbance. Joe Angelo’s Café. 11 Crescent St. Matter settled.

12:19 a.m. Disturbance. Max’s Blues Café. 68 Field St. Female caller states she heard one gunshot and looked out window and there were people fighting. Saw someone on the ground. Stated police just arrived. Numerous cruisers responded. Last cruiser cleared scene at about 12:41 a.m.

12:32 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 33 Montrose St. Caller reports “boulder” through passenger side window.

12:51 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. Brockton PD. 7 Commercial St. Victim came into the lobby and stated her sister allegedly beat her up on multiple occasions. Josephine Resende, 31, of 49 Summer St., Apt. 15, Stoughton was charged with A&B.

1:41 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 74 School St. & 27 Lincoln St. Caller reports 8 vehicles had tires punctured in city lot. Owners will respond on Saturday to change tires. Please don’t tag or tow, caller requests.

2:46 a.m. Unknown emergency. 94 Ford St. Female on phone screaming for police. Line hung-up. No answer on call back. BCI notified for photos. EMS on scene to evaluate victim. Not transported. Advised of 209A and other legal steps. Victim will seek emergency room in a.m. Carlos Junior Gonzalez, 17, of 337 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

7:26 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 498 Main St. & 47 Exchange St. Two cars. Ambulance sent.

8:23 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 400 Forest Ave. Caller reports 3 M/Vs broken into.

8:51 a.m. Hit & Run investigate. 36 Ash St., Apt. 3. Caller reports her Ford Ranger was hit during the night. Her car was pushed into another parked M/V.

8:54 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 794 Warren Ave., Apt. 3. Caller reports all the windows to the car are smashed. Party states he and the second floor tenant got into an argument last night. Caller said the car was fine last night and this morning he woke up to damages. A 32-year-old woman who is 38-weeks pregnant was transported to Brockton Hospital ER to be checked out. 

Leonel Rojas, Jr., 24, of 794 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with assault, threat to commit crime, and intimidating a witness.

Alejandra Rojas, 53, of 794 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B on a police officer, assault, threat to commit crime, resisting arrest, intimidating a witness and interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

10:05 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 73 Bernice Ave. Caller reports someone overnight threw a rock and smashed a window. BCI notified for photos. Hot sheet.

12:12 p.m. B&E investigate. Porter LLC. 78 Court St. Caller states his building was broken into. Copper stolen, busted door lock.

1:13 p.m. Larceny investigation. 29 Leavitt St., Apt. 2. Caller states that her $10,000 watch has been stolen from her bedroom. Report taken.

1:19 p.m. Shoplifting. Sears. 200 Westgate Lane. An alleged male shoplifter is being followed by security into woods at D.W. Field Park. Manuel G. Goncalves, 20, of 12 Clarence St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

1:28 p.m. Domestic violence call. 13 Sheppard Ave. Caller states her husband is allegedly beating her up. She states he punched her numerous times in the head. Gerald S. Jenkins, 41, of 13 Sheppard Ave, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

2:53 p.m. Larceny in progress. Stop & Shop. 932 N. Montello St. Caller reports a white male wearing a black jacket, and red and white hat is allegedly stealing steaks. Caller states he is a repeat offender. Suspect is still in the store. Thomas Edward Terranova, 47, of 22 Madrid Square, Apt. 4, Brockton was arrested and charged with shoplifting $100 or more by concealing merchandise.

3:09 p.m. Animal complaint. 47 Grant Ave. Caller states a black Toyota Camry with 2 occupants allegedly threw a Jack Russell terrier out of the car in the area of South Middle School. Caller states the dog is in her yard now and might be injured.  Police report dog not injured and that the dog jumped out of the car when the car stopped and opened the door. Youths never saw dog in neighborhood before. Transported to Animal Control and placed in kennel.

3:18 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 1753 Main St. Caller reports someone took $40 and a pair of sunglasses.

3:36 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 973 Main St. Car vs. car. Fire is on the scene. Fire requesting officers—possible fight. Fire reporting detaining possible car theft suspect. Francisco Morales, 40, of 25 Martin Terrace, Randolph was arrested and charged with larceny of M/V.

3:39 p.m. Domestic violence call.  Fairbanks Road.  Caller states her 14-year-old son is fighting with her husband. No weapons involved. Mom states teen is off his meds. Juvenile arrest, 14-yar-old, and charged with A&B.

4:06 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. 749 N. Montello St. Water department just pulled a gas line out of the street. Fire department requests a cruiser respond.

7:58 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Westgate Hotel. 495 Westgate Dr., Apt. 405. See the clerk who reports a female in room 405 just called down stating her boyfriend allegedly beat her up. He has left the hotel.  Complaint filed. Refer to suspect’s prior arrest.

9:01 p.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Caller states an unknown party punched him in the face. States he was unconscious, has blood all over him. He states he was told to wait outside for an officer. Man declined medical assistance. Walked to a friend’s house.

9:06 p.m. Man with a gun. Hess Gas Station. 261 N. Main St. Caller states he was at the Hess Gas Station and a male pulled a gun on him and now he was being chased onto Prospect Street. Suspect is driving a Nissan Maxima. Victim gave police a partial license plate #. Suspect made threat to shoot victim.

10:02 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 50 S. Fuller St. & 120 Dover St. Police made 4 arrests on heroin trafficking and other charges. They are:

Lillivette Acosta, 19, of 29 Roel St., Randolph, charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, and drug violation near school/park.

Luis Plaza, 22, of 27 Farrington St., Apt. 1, Brockton, charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, and no inspection sticker.

Antonio Dossantos, 21, of 1005 Belmont St., Apt. 114, Brockton, charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park and failure to wear seat belt.

Wilson Tirado, 19, of 89 Mora St., Apt. 3, Brockton charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, and failure to wear a seat belt.

5:40 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 183 Florence St. 1998 Red Honda Civic.

6:02 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 163 Ames St., Apt. 3L. Smashed rear window to Dodge Stratus.

8:16 a.m. A&B investigate. 27 First St. Caller states children at the bus stop assaulted his 7-year-old daughter and they threatened to assault her again this morning. Caller is at the bus stop with all parties involved.

9:41 a.m. Narcotics investigation. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. Two police officers out by tennis court with a group of students smoking marijuana.

11:01 a.m. Larceny investigation. Mary Baker School. 45 Quincy St. Caller reports $300 missing from purse.

11:45 a.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 125 French Ave. Caller reports he found a M/V on his property. License plate given to PD. Two tires removed and ignition broken.

1:58 p.m. Larceny investigation. Heights Crossing. 35 Christy’s Place. Apt. 149. Larceny of jewelry.

2:25 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 47 Highland St. Anthony Clapp, 29, of 47 Highland St., Apt. 12, Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school/park, and three warrants.

2:38 p.m. Larceny investigation. L&M Bargains. 593 Centre St. Caller reports catching 3 employees allegedly stealing.

5:18 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. Habitco. Centre Street. Caller states his truck was keyed in the parking lot of the methadone clinic.

5:46 p.m. B&E investigate.  15 Vesey St. B&E to caller’s home.

6:45 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 130 Algonquin St. Someone broke the window on her 2002 black Infiniti. Reports same type of damage occurred a few doors down by a BB gun.

8:17 p.m. A&B investigate. Sears. 200 Westgate Dr. Caller is at merchandise pickup. He states a party in a silver Mitsubishi Galant just sprayed him with a fire extinguisher and took off toward Oak Street. Unknown license plate #.

9:42 p.m. B&E investigate. 45 Fulton St., Apt. 3. B&E to the apartment.

10:23 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 64 South St. Female on line who just keeps saying, “just come here.”  Audrea M. Johnson, 42, of 51 Snell St, Apt. 2R, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

10:25 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 522 N. Main St. & 45 Division St. Lisa Marie Patti, 45, of 280 Weir St., Taunton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

10:29 p.m. Gunshots call. 32 Gifford St. Caller heard 3 shots in the area. Gang unit heard them too—fireworks.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2012

2:32 a.m. Robbery investigation. 70 N. Cary St. Caller states about 3 hours ago when he got home from work and was walking to his house door, 2 black males wearing masks held him at gun point and tried robbing him. He states they brought him in the house and went through his room looking for money. They then brought him outside and locked him in the trunk of his car.

3:36 a.m. Larceny investigation. Norman Road. Detectives investigating B&E of motor vehicles in the area.

6:14 a.m. B&E investigate. 35 Central Square, Apt. 2. Caller states someone broke into his M/V and stole a GPS and blankets.

7:41 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 252 Boylston St. Caller states his ex-girlfriend allegedly stole and wrote $212 check and forged it. Toni Lynn Perry, 32, of 229 Belmont St., Brockton was charged with forgery of check and larceny over $250.

7:47 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 369 Chatham West Dr. Caller states someone broke into her M/V and stole radio.

7:51 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 264 N. Montello St. Window smashed.

8:53 a.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton Auto Parts. 511 Thatcher St. Caller reports 3 employees took 15 to 20 converters. Surveillance footage will be ready for pickup later this afternoon.

9:27 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 87 Florence St., Apt. 2. Window smashed. Laptop taken.

9:59 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 682 Chatham West Dr. Someone smashed vehicle’s window.

12:58 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 88 Ellis St. White Dodge van was broken into. They stole 2 machines worth $1,500 each. Broke the lock.

1:18 p.m. Code enforcement. Champion Fuel. 633 Warren Ave. Officer reports 25 cent ledge game found on the premises. They have been given 48 hours to remove it or officer will come back, seize the machine and charge them criminally with running an illegal gambling operation. Citation will be sent. Employee contacted boss and machine will be removed ASAP.

1:21 p.m. Domestic violence call. 154 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 3. Caller states her baby’s father allegedly punched her in the face several times and pulled her hair. She is out front at above location. Antonio Gomes, 26, of 154 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:29 p.m. Code enforcement. 65 Litchfield Terrace. Followup for sex offender officer on possible sex offender living in a car at rear of property. The car is revoked and tires are flat. The house is reported open?
