MONDAY MARCH 26, 2012

6:30 a.m. Malicious damage Motor vehicle. Advanced Windows Inc. 507 Crescent St. Caller reports 4-5 vehicles have had their tires slashed. 5 commercial vehicles. 9 tires slashed.
 
  6:35 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Ashfield School. 225 Coe Road. Large amount of spray paint on school, including profanity, etc. BCI notified for photos and prints.
 
  7:44 a.m. B & E M/V investigation. 129 Litchfield St. Caller states his vehicle was broken into during the course of the night. No forced entry.
 
   8:38 a.m. B & E investigate. 406 Montello St., Apt. 2. Caller reports damage to door. Money and jewelry taken. BCI notified.  

  9:25 a.m. Larceny investigation. 88 Clinton St. Caller reports stolen basketball hoop.
 
  9:25 a.m. Larceny investigation. Eastern Bank. 1313 Belmont St. Caller reports whole air conditioning unit was taken. BCI notified.
 
   10:25 a.m. Larceny investigation. 502 Oak St., Apt. 2. Caller reports lights stolen off car.
 
   10:50 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 46 Wilder St. Caller reports all four tires on caller’s car are popped and the car was scratched.
 
   10:59 a.m. Larceny investigation. 110 Oak Lane, Apt. 1. Caller reports someone stole parts from her Mercedes again.
 
   11:31 a.m. B & E investigate. CMCS. 50 Benham St. Caller reports laptop and other items taken.
 
  12:01 p.m. Larceny investigation. Happy Bear Auto. 772 N. Main St. Caller reports catalytic convertor was cut out of van.
 
  1:13 p.m. Code enforcement investigated. 15 Ettrick St. Neighbors report car repair work going on on the weekend and with the good weather having been over the past weekends the cars and people have been crazy. The fire and building dept have been out in the past. They have spoken to the owner in the past.
 
  1:50 p.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts. 784 Belmont St. Caller states there are a couple of men standing out front with some signs. The signs are of the president with a Nazi mustache. Caller states she had words with them, however believes there is going to be a problem out there. Police report no crime being committed. Caller was a customer at Dunkin’ but didn't leave a name or number.
 
  2:03 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 134 Centre St. & 64 Commercial St. Steven Gerald, 31, of 84 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 12, Brockton was arrested and charged with subsequent possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.
