12:34 a.m. Rape investigation. North Montello Street. Caller states she was drunk earlier to the point she passed out and believes her roommate allegedly had men come up to her room and rape her while she was passed out and would like a rape kit done. Ambulance sent. Michael Rupsys Jr., 33, of Brockton was charged with default warrant. Patricia Marie Damaral, 36, of Brockton was charged with default warrant.

2:39 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle. Battles Street. Caller states that 2 males just stole her silver 1998 Honda Civic. Last seen going towards Battles Farm Drive. Police report taken.

6:27 a.m. Larceny in progress at Spiegel Paper Recycling, 166 East Ashland St. Caller stated he saw a gray vehicle take off from a city owned lot with a bunch of copper. Caller gave police license plate number. Called Randolph PD and want to talk to owner of vehicle.

7:32 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. Lisa Drive. Black 1992 Honda Civic stolen.

12:46 a.m. Domestic violence call. Scott Road. Caller states his younger brother allegedly just bit him and was threatening everyone with a knife. Ty Hunt, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:43 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. North Ash Street. Windows smashed. Police report taken.

11:12 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. North Montello Street in the vicinity of the 820-826 block. Shauna Leahy, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for possession of Class C &E drug.

11:36 a.m. Domestic violence call. Warren Avenue & Green Street. Philip Samuel Lennon, 23, of Bridgewater was summonsed for A&B.

2:26 p.m. B&E investigation on North Montello Street. 1st floor apartment rear door broken into. Police report taken.

2:41 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. Turner Street. Male allegedly assaulting a female. Antoinette Webb, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:28 p.m. M/V accident. Ash Street. Black male fled on foot toward Hilber Avenue. Party in custody and motor vehicle was stolen. Damage to fence and motor vehicle. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for receiving stolen motor vehicle, resisting arrest, A&B on a police officer, unlicensed operation of M/V and leaving the scene of property damage.

4:33 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Thomas Street. Michael C. Gomes, 32, of Boston was summonsed for A&B.

8:46 p.m. B&E home attempted. Errol Road. Alarm system alerted caller that someone was trying to get in the back door while they were home. Damage to door frame was observed and appeared someone was trying to pry the door open. Police report taken and area will be patrolled.

12:47 a.m. Disturbance. Haverhill Street. Female states male and female in apartment are arguing and being loud. Freddie Buchanan, 61, of Brockton was charged with possession of a Class B drug.

1:44 a.m. Disturbance. Brockton Commons, 55 City Hall Square. Security states people are arguing in the lobby. Edwinika Hampton, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:37 a.m. Disturbance. Brockton Commons, 55 City Hall Square. Sharon A. Ragucci, 51, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat in the night time, disturbing the peace and threatening to commit a crime.

2:47 a.m. Disturbance. Belmont Street. Detective needs assistance. Marco Rodrigues, 23, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Glory C. Caraballo, 29, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

7:22 a.m. Violation of a 209A investigation. Douglas Security, 20 Haverhill St. Kathleen DePina, 52, of Brockton was charged with harassment prevention orders violation.

12:10 p.m. B&E motor vehicle at W.B. Mason, 59 Centre Street. Black Toyota Corolla was broken into. Police report taken.

3:39 p.m. Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon. 120 Ames St. & 1 Intervale St. Group of 7-8 males in the parking lot of the Lit about to fight and one has a bat or piece of pipe. Police respond and matter settled.

5:59 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Summer Street & Bates Road. John Ramos, 24, of Brockton was charged with resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with license revoked.

8:47 p.m. Assist other agency at the Avon line. 1100 North Montello St. Avon Beer and Wine was just robbed by a white male about 5'10 and wearing a ski mask. Dark jacket and used a long kitchen knife. Last seen near the dance studio.

8:48 p.m. Suspicious person in the area of the Downey School, 55 Electric Ave. Three teen girls hanging out behind the school stated that an older white male in his 50's maybe gray hair, mustache and beard. He was driving a white 2-door pick-up truck, and asked them " What are you silly girls doing?" They ran toward Electric Avenue and he then said to them, "Ok I am leaving." He drove off. Notified school police.

8:57 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 722 Belmont St. Michael Hodge, 20, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school/park.

9:59 p.m. Gunshots call at Howard Street & North Main Street. Big party in the vicinity of 50-55 Howard Street and people running everywhere. Suspect described as male in his 20's and black short-sleeve Polo shirt style and white striped jeans. Police report taken.

10:08 p.m. Disturbance on Main Street & Davids Street. Alexandre J. Fernandes, 32, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:23 a.m. Suspicious person. Ridge Street. Pedro A. Silva, 18, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat in the night time, larceny over $250 and malicious damage to motor vehicle. Julio Antonio Fernandes, 18, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat in the night time, larceny over $250 and malicious damage to motor vehicle.

7:12 a.m. Pick up a prisoner on a warrant. Christopher Hanson, 23, of Brockton was charged with foreign warrant and possession to distribute Class B drug.

9:23 a.m. Narcotics investigation. Frankton Avenue. Christopher Hanson, 23, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute cocaine.

1:46 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Park Road. Vincent Lewis-Hayward, 26, of Boston was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

1:55 p.m. Welfare check at Brockton Mini-Mart, 139 Pleasant St. Frank J. MacDonald, 55, of Weymouth was charged with possession Class B drug.

3:39 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Star Food Mart, 4 Hovendon Ave. Iqbal Mohamad, 42 of Brockton was summonsed for delivering cigarettes to a minor.

6:11 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Crescent Street. Caller is at the church and reports that her husband is allegedly threatening to cut her arms and legs off with an axe. Osvaldo Caban, 45, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

7:20 p.m. Larceny investigation. Uno Foods Inc., 180 Spars St. Caller reports her car and house keys were stolen from her locker at work. Police report taken.

11:04 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. Milton Street. Aguinaldo Barros, 33, of Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250 and violation of abuse prevention order.

11:24 p.m. Hit & run in progress at Field Street & Winter Street. Christopher S. Duggan, 36, of Brockton was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and leaving the scene of property damage.

12:24 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. April Renee Mitchell, 37, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

3:07 a.m. B&E in progress. Nemo's Carry All Market, 572 North Main St. Caller reports a person dressed in all black wearing a mask climbed in a window and ran out with a case of beer. Police report taken.

3:54 a.m. Robbery investigation. East Ashland Street & North Montello Street. Caller came into station injured from being beat and robbed. Police report taken.
9:10 a.m. Suspicious person. St. Edith Stein Church, 71 East Main St. Caller reports on North Montello Street a male in a gray suit and gray trench coat with longish hair was following some children to school. Bill Garner, 48, of Brockton was charged with drinking in public.

10:15 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Riverside Avenue. Caller would like her neighbor removed from her doorway. Crystal Pelland, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

1:05 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. BAT Bus Garage, 1442 Main St. Caller reports another employee allegedly assaulted him in the parking lot. Guy D. Pierre, 51, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:49 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. Brookside Avenue & Copeland Street. Caralee A. Leonard, 46, of Brockton was charged with failure to stop for police and disturbing the peace.

7:37 p.m. Robbery. Olympic Market, 125 Pleasant Street. Police report taken.

9:28 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Longwood Avenue. Corey Field, 22, of Mansfield was summonsed for misdemeanor B&E, threatening to commit a crime and destruction of property under $250.

1:24 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Morabezza Restaurant & Pub, 581 Main St. Caller reports 4 people getting ready to fight and the young one has a gun and he saw the gun. Police respond and matter settled.

5:32 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. Tremont Street. Car windows broken and IPod and digital camera taken.

7:26 a.m. B&E investigation. Madden Tree Company, 353 Howard St. Someone broke into a vehicle and stole equipment, batteries, saws and ladders.

9:26 a.m. Open and gross behavior call. Ford Street. Caller reports a gray Honda with a male inside wearing a baseball cap is playing with himself. Matter settled. Person was just texting.

11:11 a.m. Larceny in progress. Nemo's Carry All Market, 572 North Main St. Male party inside allegedly trying to cash bad checks. He just ran out of the store and up Battles and down Bunker Avenue. Paul Lescault, 21, of Abington was summonsed for attempting to commit a crime and uttering a false check.

12:38 p.m. Assist other agency. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Court officers need a few police officers out front of the court house to assist at the front doors. Related to arraignment for M/V homicide over the weekend.

3:18 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Lily Avenue. Female caller states her boyfriend is allegedly attacking her. Steven Langley, 36 of Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:05 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Golden Circle. Caller states that parties out front are fighting and may have bottles for weapons. Mark Scopa, 24, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.
Thomas C. Scopa, 20, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Thomas Purdy, 30, of Roxbury was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, trespassing and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.
Jerome K. Fordham, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and trespassing.
Christopher L. White, 24, of Boston was charged with A&B on a police officer, resisting arrest, trespassing, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

7:56 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. West Street. Caller states that boyfriend allegedly bit her ear and chocked her and was kicking her. Suspect left the apartment and is believed heading to Ashland Street. Caller says he hides on the roof when police look for him. Karl A. Tripp, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:31 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Division Street. Damage to fence. Carol Joseph, 56, of Brockton was summonsed for destruction of property over $250.

11:47 a.m. Larceny in progress at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Loss prevention chasing male in front of Montello News. Benjamin Richard Tubbs, 22, of Brockton was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

4:33 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation. Menlo Street. Caller states a group of people fighting in front of his house. Glenn Angelo, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.

5:11 p.m. Domestic violence call. Wellington Street. Seventeen- year-old daughter keeps allegedly pushing mom around and she broke the door. Nicole Dasilva, 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:21 p.m. Domestic violence call. Forest Avenue. Caller states his father allegedly just hit his mother. Harrison Jones, 60, of Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.

9:19 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Good Samaritan Medical Center, 235 North Pearl St. Caller in hospital states that the person that allegedly stole items from his house earlier is now calling his cell phone and threatening to kill him and his family. Develle Johntay Webb, 21, of Brockton was charged with threatening to commit a crime.

9:38 p.m. Domestic violence call. Plain Street. Caller states she is fighting with her husband. Miguel Ramos, 42, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:56 p.m. Domestic violence call. Warren Avenue. Landy Rivera, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B and destruction of property over $250.
