1:25 a.m. Motor vehicle stop. North Montello Street & Elliot Street. Domingos V. Santos, 40, of Brockton was charged with OUI 3rd offense and improper operation of motor vehicle.

2:04 a.m. Overdose. Francine Drive. Mother thinks daughter is overdosing. Ambulance sent. 22-year-old daughter having reaction to heroin and taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

6:53 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicles. Emmet Street. BB gun to vehicles.

8:14 a.m. Larceny investigation. Perry Avenue. 2007 red Honda Accord with 4 tires stolen. Car is on cinder blocks.

10:55 a.m. Assault & battery in progress. North Warren Avenue. Caller states her sister’s boyfriend allegedly threw a bowl at her and slapped her. Christoper J. Andrade, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:05 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Avenue. Tyler Butler, 17, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:50 p.m. Larceny/forgeryfFraud. Bridgewater-Goddard Park Medical, 110 Liberty St. Regarding an altered prescription for pain medication. Under investigation.

3:10 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of 375 Westgate Drive. Male party called from 911 cell phone stating he was robbed by a male party in a small green car. Caller states they put a knife to his throat and robbed him of his money and meds near the Super-8. Caller states Sean Cornell allegedly kicked him and has a pocket knife. Two males in a green Ford Taurus. Money and prescriptions were taken. Investigation to follow. Sean D. Cornell, 25, of Brockton was charged with foreign warrant.

5:31 p.m. Domestic violence call. Spring Street. Jeanclaude J. Michel, 53, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:27 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. International Food Gourmet, 57 Oak Street Extension. Female caller states that her ex-husband is allegedly beating up her new boyfriend outside of the store. Gerard A. Puricelli, 49, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of assault, trespassing and witness intimidation.

6:53 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Main Street & Crescent Street. Patrick Chadwick, 57, of Brockton was charged with open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct.

7:56 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of the Old Colony YWCA, 465 Main St. Five to 6 shots in the vicinity of Exchange Street. Multiple calls coming in. Possibly in the area of Bolton Place. Male party called and stating someone has been shot on Somerset Place. Ambulance sent and police investigating.

9:19 p.m. Robbery at Subway, 768 Centre St. Black male showed a gun and fled in unknown direction. Abington notified.

9:44 p.m. Domestic violence call. Bartlett Terrace. Caller states her mother allegedly punched her in the face and is throwing all her stuff around. Mildred Cartagena, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.
