12:08 a.m. A&B in progress. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 215. Clerk states she can hear 2 males beating a female in above room. States room is above desk. Matter settled.
3:40 a.m. 911 Unknown emergency. 12 Second St. State Police had a hangup from a female who states she needs medical help on Second Street. No answer on call back. Female called back and states her male friend was beat up by another male party. Her male friend was taken to Brockton Hospital ER. Police report three parties were interviewed, including victim. Victim does not recall anything. Unknown where he was or who assaulted him. Other three parties could not explain what made them get up, go out and look for the victim on Myrtle Street.
6:25 a.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. 1201 Main St. Party has been hit by a M/V and isn’t moving. M/V has stopped. Fire sent.
6:46 a.m. M/V blocking driveway. 32 Owens Ave. Small compact vehicle blocking driveway. Homeowner cannot leave for work. Plates confiscated.
6:57 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 11 Lyon Ave. 2002 Honda Accord—all doors open, vehicle ransacked. Items thrown all over the street. Two GPS and phone taken.
7:13 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Seventh Day School, 243 Court St. Rock through front door.
7:55 a.m. Hit & run in progress. Campello Keith Oil & Coal, 74 Plain St., Apt. 74A. Caller states a M/V hit a BAT bus. Two males fled on foot toward Otto Street. Second call. The 19-year-old driver of the vehicle in on the phone stating he ran to 60 Coral St. States he ran because he has permit, is hurt, and bleeding from the head. Caller also states there was another party in vehicle that has a permanent license.
8:46 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Positive Images Salon, 356 Oak St. Front window of salon. Window already fixed. Victim requests check of the property after 10 p.m.
8:49 a.m. B&E attempted. Brockton Pediatrics, 304 Pleasant St. Front door broken. Rock through front window.
9:26 a.m. Robbery. Crescent Credit Union, 835 Oak St. Several hang-up calls. Panic button hit. Caller states a thin, black male, about 5-feet, 8-inches tall, wearing a bandana and fishing hat handed her a note. He took the note back. No weapons shown. He fled on foot walking on Reservoir. CID investigating. BCI responded to scene.
10:17 a.m. M/V stop. 126 Court St. & 63 Commercial St. Vehicle towed. Joseph Fuchs, 36, of 32 Spring St., Holbrook was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, failure to stop/yield, and license not in possession.
10:40 a.m. Code enforcement. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Police officer reports monthly alarm update. $48, 558.59 collected to date since August.
11:33 a.m. B&E investigate. 255 Belmont St., Apt. 2. Caller has been away for 2 weeks. Came home and found door open, stereo and other items missing. Stated it was his son and he doesn’t want to take out charges against his son.
11:45 a.m. Disturbance. Champion Fuel, 633 Warren Ave. Female ran over bike that was lying by the sidewalk. Exchanged info with the bicyclist and operator of M/V. Operator instructed to contact parents of bicycle owner.
12:06 p.m. Alarm telephone. Brockton Champion School, 175 Warren Ave. Juvenile arrests of two 13-year-olds and a 16-year-old for false fire alarm, disturb a school and intimidate a witness in association with the evacuation of the school. Fire department responded. Students returned to classroom.
2:42 p.m. Disturbance by a family. West Junior High School, 271 West St. See caller regarding his daughter’s refusing to go with him. Father was awarded custody in court yesterday.
2:51 p.m. Accosting. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Security states they have an off-duty E. Bridgewater officer saying that a customer allegedly propositioned him at the deli counter. All parties are in office. Albert J. Butler, 59, of 14 Kennedy Dr., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with indecent A&B on a person 14 or over.
3:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 200 Nilsson St., Apt. SF. Caller states his ex-girlfriend alleged punched him in the face and tried to run him down with her car. BCI dispatched. Salua H. Abreu, 32, of 85 Vine St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B, and felony B&E a building in the daytime.
4:20 p.m. Robbery investigation. 79 Hill St. Two females and one male pulled up behind the caller as he was dropping someone off. The male acted like he had a gun by putting his hand in his pocket. No weapon seen. One of the females hit the caller in the face and the other female stole his keys and his girlfriend’s purse. They fled in a white Chevy Cavalier heading East on Centre Street. Parties have come back and there is a large fight in the parking lot now. Two women and two men were arrested:
Maria R. Nogueira, 42, 135 Edward St., Brockton was charged with armed robbery and A&B. Monique R. DePina, 22, of 89 Battles Farm Dr., Brockton was charged with armed robbery and possession of a Class E drug.
Trayvone Bonnett, 18, of 135 Edward St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of Class B drug, intimidating a witness, threat to commit crime and disturbing the peace.
Patrick Andrade, 21, of 208 Winthrop St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
5:12 p.m. B&E in progress. 40 Farrington St. Caller states his tenants at the above location called him and stated someone broke into the basement and they are still in the basement. Shakeem Abdoul McNeill, 21, of 30 Farrington St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and receiving stolen property over $250.
6:05 p.m. Violation of 209A in progress. 28 Cherry St. Lamont Kohlman, 45, of 30 Commerce Road, Rockland was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
7:08 p.m. Larceny in progress. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Male and female inside the store allegedly stealing DVDs. Caller is watching them on camera. They are heading for the door. Antonio Millner, 44, of 20 Chestnut St., Stoughton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
7:16 p.m. Disturbance. Cumberland Farms, 1813 Main St. White male with a beard, in his 30s keeps asking people for money out front of the store. They asked him to leave, but he refused. 28-year-old man moved along.
7:37 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Saab’s Food Mart, 1280 Main St. See the clerk. Male came into store who the clerk has had a problem with before. He asked this man to leave. Male did some damage in the store and broke the cash register. He fled in a vehicle. Clerk gave police license plate #.
8:27 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 15 Judith Road. Caller reports her husband allegedly assaulted her. Stephan Thelusme, 33, of 15 Judith Road, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidating a witness.
8:42 p.m. Domestic violence call. 280 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 3B. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly just punched him in the face because he said he was leaving. Refused medical. India Keyla Ware, 22, of 280 N. Warren Ave., Apt. B3, Brockton was charged with A&B.
9:34 p.m. Disturbance. Stop & Shop, 932 N. Montello St. Caller reports 2 white males out front of the store bothering customers. One has a sign asking for money, and the other is sitting by a small black car in the lot.
10:21 p.m. A&B in progress. Brockton Area Private Industry, 45 Oakdale St. Caller reports a car out on the basketball court and he believes dozens of people are out there fighting.
