8:09 a.m. Code enforcement. Bay State Auto, 787 Main St. Matter settled.

9:30 a.m. Domestic violence call. 37 Sheppard St. Caller is calling from Atlantic City. She states her daughter is allegedly being assaulted by her boyfriend. Caller said daughter texted her that he is sleeping and she wants to get out of the house. Charles C. Smith, 28, of 23 Scott St., Attleboro was arrested and charged with two counts of A&B and threat to commit crime.

9:53 a.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts, 66 Montello St. Christopher Richman, 20, of 72 E. Main St., Avon was charged with A&B, disturbing the peace, and attempt to commit crime.

10:12 a.m. Domestic violence call. 280 N. Warren Ave., Apt. C-1. Boyfriend allegedly punched hole in the wall. Female is crying and saying please hurry. She states he was allegedly drunk last night and threatened her. He fled the apartment. Steven Laurent, 38, of 18 Silver Road, Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and threat to commit crime.

10:31 a.m. Suspicious person. 35 N. Winnifred Road. Caller states she has a scary looking, unknown white male banging at her door saying he is looking for work. Party is going door-to-door asking for work. Party identified. No criminal history of break-ins.

11:16 a.m. Larceny in progress. Bridgeway Liquors, 142 Howard St. Two black males and one Hispanic female allegedly stole four bottles of liquor off the shelf and ran. They headed toward Winter Street on foot. All 3 are wearing black jackets. Detectives are out with some parties at 18 Oscar Ave. Arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation were Shante Sol, 22, of 10 Douglas Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton; Derrick Murray, 23, of 83 Newbury St., Brockton; and Maurice Antonio Sol, 20, of 83 Newbury St., Brockton.

11:29 a.m. Larceny in progress. Walgreens, 610 Pleasant St. Male party stole items and fled in a red Ford. License plate # given to PD.

11:40 a.m. B&E in progress. 865 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller states someone allegedly just broke into the front door of her apartment. She fled out back and is calling from Bud’s Variety. Paul Robles Jr., 22, of 430 N. Montello St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with felony B&E in daytime—person in fear, and two counts of larceny of a M/V.

12:48 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 33 Manomet St. Niko Johnson, 20, of 55 Damon Ave., Holbrook was charged with two counts of receiving a stolen M/V. Delvon D. Bailey, 22, of 16 Jackson St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with receiving a stolen M/V.

3:34 p.m. Overdose. Francine Drive. Caller reports daughter overdosed on heroin. Fire en route.

4:06 p.m. Disturbance. Rockland Trust, 836 N. Main St. Caller states he was at the drive thru window, the car behind him pulled up next to him and started swearing and making racial slurs. The male then threatened to shoot him. Caller did not see a weapon. Both parties are still in the parking lot. No weapon shown. Spoke with all parties. Victim was adamant he did not wish charges.

4:25 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. Brennan’s Smoke Shop, 909 N. Main St. See owner in regards to a customer who have him tow fake credit cards and false ID to purchase 40 cartons of cigarettes.

4:50 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. 83 Elsie Road. Caller states male allegedly called her wanting to talk. She states she hung up and it’s not the first time. Richard A. Desrochers, 49, of 69 Cedar St. Apt. 7, Malden was charged with two counts of violating an abuse prevention order.

8:02 p.m. B&E investigate. 19 South St., Apt.R. Caller states she came home and the front door was kicked in.

8:07 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, 63 Main St. Male party was stabbed. No suspects. Security called this in. Police are checking 270 Green St. and 54 N. Main St. for a crime scene. Victim taken to Brockton Hospital ER. Copy of DVD turned into CID. Plymouth County BCI responded. No named suspect at this time.

9:25 p.m. Suicide attempted. Oak Street. Caller reports her son sent her a text message saying, “sorry Mom, I am going to kill myself.” Mother reports he broke up with his girlfriend and is walking to Holbrook to make the attempt on his life. Mom contacted Holbrook PD also. He left home about 1 ½ hours ago. Mom states he called the girlfriend and stated he was at the place they met—Holbrook’s Halfway CafĂ©. Holbrook PD said no sign of him. Mom states son told girlfriend to meet him at Winter Street Playground in 5 minutes.

10:44 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 77 Elliot St. Caller states someone threw a brick through car window. No suspect.
