12:46 a.m. Malicious damage M/V investigate. Brockton window with a rock.
2:51 a.m. Threats see the complainant. 206 Drew Ave. Caller states her daughter’s 23-year-old boyfriend allegedly keeps threatening the daughter over the phone and on the computer. Daughter advised of her rights.
6:16 a.m. Welfare check. 31 Highland St. & 97 Warren Ave. Passerby states black male on the sidewalk on Highland Street not moving. A woman known to police was responsive upon arrival. She had a heavy odor of alcohol on her person. She was transported to Brockton Hospital.
6:48 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 87 Bartlett St., Apt. 2. Broke window and stole radio.
7:50 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 29 Pratt St. States someone broke in and took everything from inside M/V.
8:27 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 32 Pomona Dr. Computer, scanner, backpack and other items taken.
8:35 a.m. Hit & run investigate. Tedeschi Food Shop, 563 Centre St. Building was driven into. On surveillance camera.
9:16 a.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 115 Colonel Bell Dr. Dark blue Dodge Caravan at back of building. Been there 2 weeks.
9:39 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 174 W. Elm St. & 140 Newbury St. Michael J. Tierney, 37, of 138 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with foreign warrant. James Watson, 38, of 76 Balch St., Pawtucket, R.I. was charged with foreign warrant.
10:17 a.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. 27 Forest Ave. & 615 Main St. M/V hit a person.
