1:06 a.m. Check motorist—drunk. 158 Myrtle St. Check for a 2002 red Volvo. It just left the Charlie Horse and operator appears to be drunk. Called in by W. Bridgewater PD. Mark S. Kuzia, 45, of 334 Savin Hill Ave., Apt. 2, Dorchester was issued a complaint for uninsured M/V.

4:17 a.m. Domestic violence call. 109 Arthur St.. Caller reports a female in first floor apartment is allegedly yelling and arguing with an unknown party. DCF notified. Call originally came in as a disturbance. Kathleen Marchioni, 53, of 109 Arthur St., Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

7:56 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 74 Florence St., Apt. 1. Vehicle broken into. Window broke on 2005 Nissan Maxima. Plymouth County BCI notified.

8:17 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. James Lacour, 55, of 181 Cross St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat, possession of burglarious instruments, malicious destruction of property over $250, and larceny under $250.

9:39 a.m. Code enforcement. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. The monthly wrap up of outstanding alarm fees paid.

10:03 a.m. Domestic violence call. 55 Amark Road. Caller states her brother is allegedly high on drugs and is attacking people at the residence. He allegedly hit her and now attacking her father. David W. McIlvene III, 24, of 55 Amark Road, Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:19 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 10 Felton St. Windows smashed and suspect tried to take the radio. Wants fingerprinting done.

12:20 p.m. Disturbance. Champion Fuel, 633 Warren Ave. Caller states black male with a red hat and red backpack walking toward Forest Avenue threatened to assault him after he asked the male to put back what he was stealing. Unable to locate.

12:26 p.m. Larceny in progress. Stop & Shop, 932 N. Montello St. A white, older male wearing a blue jacket and middle-age white female wearing a hoodie and jeans stole items from the store. They put the items in a vehicle and fled to the woods. Vehicle was left unlocked. Property was recovered and vehicle towed.

12:43 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Brockton Auto Parts, 511 Thatcher St. Disgruntled customer refusing to leave. A lot of yelling in the background. Party left prior to arrival.

1:34 p.m. Fire, structure. 58 Belcher Ave. Small kitchen fire at back of house. Under control.

2:25 p.m. Man with a gun. 61 Ellis St. Three Cape Verde males are allegedly outside with a gun. Numerous cruisers sent. Dodge Caravan towed to the station. Arrested were a 16-year-old juvenile, and Valdir Barros, 24, of 66 Paul Bunker St., Taunton and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit crime. The juvenile was also charged with unlawful possession of ammunition.

3:10 p.m. Threats—see complainant. 63 Ellis St. Party transported to New Bedford. Manuel A. Junior, 22, of 38 Glenwood Square, Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with intimidating a witness and threat to commit crime.

3:24 p.m. Code enforcement. 301 Sully Road. Check on basketball hoop in the street. No hoop on street.

3:29 p.m. Code enforcement. 169 Keswick Road. Check on basketball hoop in the street. No hoop.

3:17 p.m. Code enforcement. 286 Jon Dr. Check on basketball hoop in street. No hoop.

4:05 p.m. Larceny of M/V. Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. Car was stolen from north entrance of parking lot. Car located in east lot.

4:57 p.m. A&B investigate. 200 Westgate Dr. Caller states that her son’s, father’s girlfriend attacked her in the mall. States she will be at the Subway in the mall. No assault. Probate issues. Will come to the station for a keep the peace at another location.

5:12 p.m. Keep the peace. 72 Menlo St., Apt. 1. Woman is in the lobby and would like an officer to go with her to the above. She allegedly has a probate order stating she is supposed to have her daughter today 5:30 p.m., but the father allegedly won’t hand her over. Tried calling father—no answer. Father refused to turn over child. Will let mother pickup child on Christmas day at Noon.

5:40 p.m. Larceny of a M/V. 94 Warren Ave. Woman called to state her son allegedly stole her gray Toyota Corolla and he is going to Dorchester to alleged shoot his 9-year-old son’s mother. Boston Police notified. Cruisers enroute to son’s mother’s house. BPD notifies they have the car—possibly involved in an accident.

6:47 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigated. Brockton Housing Authority, 45 Goddard Road. Caller states he opened his door and someone stabbed him in the wrist. Saw knife, but did not see who did it. Report taken.

6:48 p.m. Pickup a prisoner on a warrant. 240 Torrey St. Attempt to pickup William Rivella, 35, who Stoughton Police faxed a warrant on attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon charges. Alleged suspect taken to Stoughton.

7:41 p.m. M/V stop. 390 N. Main St. & 1 W. Ashland St. Michael Herman Reed, 20, of 7 Rainbow Circle, Brockton was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of M/V, speeding, and default warrant.

9:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 229 Belmont St. Caller states her boyfriend is allegedly beating her up and her daughter is with her. Raymond S. Fiumara, 36, of 229 Belmont St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

11:00 p.m. Overdose. Goddard Road. Caller states her niece took too much medication. She is conscious, but out of it. Party taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

11:11 p.m. Domestic violence call. 81 Howland St. Caller states her stepfather and mother were allegedly arguing and after her sister got involved, the stepfather allegedly pulled a knife. Robert Smith, 54, of 81 Howland St., Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and A&B.
