9:48 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 22 Amark Road. House hit with paint. Note that several houses in the neighborhood were hit with orange paint. Someone was paint balling in the neighborhood.

8:55 a.m. Code enforcement. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. See Lt. Mills at the high school.

10:10 a.m. Unwanted guest family. 111 Ford St., Apt. 2. Amanda Waite, 21, of 111 Ford St., Apt. 1 Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:18 a.m. Larceny in progress. Brockton Auto Parts, 511 Thatcher St. Black male allegedly just stole a navigation system and fled in a motor vehicle on Thatcher headed toward Bridgewater. Therry Kenol, 42, of 585 Wendon Road, Cumberland, R.I., was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

10:55 a.m. Code enforcement. 30 Southworth St. Neighbor reports of car sales from the property. I will be seeking a court complaint for car sales without a license for I have been building a case against this homeowner for a year. Rocco Commesso, 64, of 30 Southworth St, Brockton. Officer reports summons for 5 city ordinance violations and 4 unlicensed used car sales.

12:08 p.m. Code enforcement. Patriot Convenience and Tobacco, 554 Centre St. Store opening without going to zoning. Called by the Board of Health.

12:12 p.m. Larceny investigation. Family Dollar Store, 222 E. Ashland St. Black male and female took off with carriage heading toward Montello from the store. Caller asked for the carriage back and they refused and kept walking. Unable to locate.

12:24 p.m. B&E investigate. 223 Copeland St. Garage broken into.

1:00 p.m. A&B investigate. Old Colony YMCA, 320 Main St. Speak to nurse in the office regarding elderly male “claiming” he fell on a knife. Male took a cab to VA Hospital. VA transported man to BU Medical Center.

1:43 p.m. Domestic violence call. 301 Pine St. & 48 Washington Ave. Caller reports a male and female allegedly fighting over a child next to a silver car on Pine St. heading toward Crescent.

2:29 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 17 Goddard Road & 32 Highland St. Tashawn W. Leslie, 22, of 81 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with distribution of Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school-park, and unlicensed operation of M/V. Christopher Henry, 44, of 148 Park Road., Brockton was charged with subsequent offense distribution of Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school-park, and possession to distribute Class B drug.

4:55 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. 191 Sumner West St. Suspect allegedly violated 209A order twice. A&B case against suspect allegedly pending in Fall River District Court. Newton Barbosa, 24, of 536 Durfee St., Apt. 3, Fall River was charged with two counts of violating an abuse prevention order.

4:57 p.m. Shoplifting. Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. White male wearing a white baseball hat, gray pants, and leather Patriots jacket allegedly heading out the west door. Anthony Stone, 21, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, foreign and default warrant.

5:05 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Save-a-lot, 240 E. Ashland St. Thomas J. O’Leary, 23, of 145 Dundee Dr., Bridgewater, and Caitlyn Ellen Connolly, 22, of 30 Colby Road, Bridgewater were each charged with possession of Class A drug.

5:11 p.m. Domestic violence call. 542 Pleasant St. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly threw a brick at her windshield, has threatened to blow up her car and set her house on fire. Caller claims he is no longer on the property. States she had a restraining order on him, but it expired. Daniel Swanson, 41, 73 Hemlock Lane, Halifax was charged with two counts malicious destruction of property over $250, threat to commit crime, and local and foreign warrant.

6:31 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Eastern Adjustment and Appraisal, 649 N. Main St. Five people were arrested for drug offenses.
Carina M. Docanto, 22, of 143 S. Leyden St., Brockton was charged with distribution of Class A drug, drug violation near school-park, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Stephen Cabral, 20, of 148 Florence St., Brockton was charged with distribution of Class A drug, possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school-park, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Christopher Cabral, of 148 Florence St., Brockton was charged with distribution of Class A drug, possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school-park, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Jose Dossantos, 21, of 20 Moreland St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with distribution of Class A drug, possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school-park, conspiracy to violate drug law, and possession of Class B drug.
Anibel Pires, 21, of 18 Crowell St., Brockton was charged with distribution of Class A drug, possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school-park, conspiracy to violate drug law and local and default warrant.

6:33 p.m. Larceny investigation. 28 Endicott St. Christmas decorations.

6:42 p.m. B&E in progress. 916 N. Quincy St. Caller reports seeing “tan male” wearing a white or gray hoodie trying to kick-in door of above. States he was just driving by. No further information. Dilia Alicea, 23, of 168 Barnstable Road, Apt. 9J, (other city/town MA), was arrested for default warrant.

6:46 p.m. A&B in progress. Pleasant Street. Language barrier. State Police report a Portuguese female states rocks are being thrown at her inside the laundromat by three females known to her. No injuries and she doesn’t want to press charges.

6:52 a.m. B&E investigate. 23 N. Manchester St., Apt. 2. Caller states he just came home and found his apartment broken into. Believes suspect/suspects came through back window.

7:04 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 6 Debbie Road. Caller reports a woman is screaming to call the police because there is a large group of people on the corner. A house was egged. Culprit believed to be a male who has been giving her son problems. Officer went to male’s house to speak with him. Not at home. Under investigation.

7:17 p.m. B&E investigate. 4 Track St., Apt. 2. Entry possibly through bathroom window. Xbox, PlayStation and video games missing.

8:03 p.m. Malicious damage—M/V. MBTA Montello Station parking lot. 150 Spark St. Caller states she believes her ex-boyfriend disconnected all the fuses under the hood of her car.

9:07 p.m. Domestic violence call. Arlington St. Caller states his 14-year-old daughter is out of control and allegedly punched him in the face. Juvenile arrest for 14-year-old for A&B.

9:22 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 198 Crescent St. & 1 Otis St. Tyrone Evans Jr., 30, of 50 Weston St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, failure to stop-yield, operating M/V with suspended license, and drug violation near school-park.

9:46 p.m. Disturbance. Laundromat, 139 Pleasant St. Drunk male sleeping inside on floor. Matter settled.

11:12 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 542 Pleasant St. Caller states her ex-boyfriend Daniel Swanson allegedly just broke side window. States he is headed to D.W. Field Park. See earlier call.

11:20 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 16 Green Place. Caller wants her boyfriend out of the house. Second call female states boyfriend allegedly broke door and grabbed her by the arm. States she is outside and he is inside with their baby. Kenneth D. Randall, 25, of 102 Ashfield St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:50 p.m. Kidnapping. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. To Attleboro. Investigated.
