12:34 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. 291 Grove St., Apt. 1. Caller states her sister got cut and is bleeding bad on the side of her stomach. States she got cut from a treadmill. Framingham State Police received a call from a male party stating his sister allegedly has been stabbed. Keylin M. Hall, 19, of 85 Waumbeck St., Apt. 2, Boston was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, malicious destruction of property under $250.

1:37 p.m.A&B in progress. 741 N. Main St., Apt. 3. Two calls. Caller states there is violence going on in above apartment. A lot of alleged drug or alcohol activity as well. Possible weapons. Caller states he was in apartment before calling. Second call from elderly female stating that there is fighting on second and third floors. States they are going to kill each other. Three cruisers sent. Last cruiser departs at 1:52 a.m. Matter settled.

2:01 p.m. M/V accident with property damage. 10 Lyman St. Caller states a Ford Mustang hit his house and then took off. Caller states he was hit during impact. Richard A. Anderson, 27, of 355 Diane Circle, Abington was charged with leaving the scene of personal injury, leaving the scene of property damage, marked lanes violation, and reckless operation of M/V.

3:35 p.m. A&B in progress. 1240 Warren Ave. Apt. 1. Caller states fight inside apartment. Male parties are allegedly breaking bottles. Female caller is pregnant and afraid. Numerous cruisers sent. A 17-year-old male was taken into protective custody.

3:49 p.m. Domestic violence call. 40 W. Park St., Apt. 2. Caller states her husband allegedly has been hitting and choking her. She said he said he was going to kill her. There is a 5-year-old child in the house. Says he took house keys and is outside. Second call from sister of victim states husband came back and is allegedly hitting her and kicked a female in the head. Antonio Alves Mendes, 22, of 40 W. Park St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B, intimidating a witness, threat to commit crime, A&B with a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest.

3:46 p.m. Welfare check. 2 E. Ashland St. & 382 N. Main St. Drunk white male wearing a Raiders black and gray jacket is walking into fences and stumbling at the above. He is heading toward N. Main St. Fire Department on scene. A 50-year-old man was transported to Brockton Hospital ER.

5:37 p.m. Threats—see complainant. Asack’s Place, 571 N. Main St. Caller states male known to her allegedly threatened to kill her. States she is calling from Golden Corner, but will be at Asack’s. Gregory S. Smith, 49, of 35 E. Main St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

5:46 p.m. Domestic violence call. 133 E. Ashland St. Caller states her boyfriend’s son’s mother allegedly is hitting him, and the car in the middle of the street. Caller states she is with her children inside the car. Christina B. Nieves, 24, of 133 E. Ashland St., Apt. C, Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:35 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. 110 Battles Farm Dr. Bernardino Cardoso Jr., 19, of 110 Battles Farm Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B.
