Stephen Barry, 44, 319 Center Ave., Rockland was charged with utter false prescription, possession Class B drug, larceny over $250, receiving stolen property under $250 and obtain drug by fraud.
4:24 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at 18 Brookfield Drive. Complainant received a Walmart/Target mass mailing and looks like a scam trying to get credit card numbers. Forwarded to B.C.I.
8:02 p.m. Robbery investigation at AMS Gas, 1126 North Montello St. White male, early 20s, came in the store with a screwdriver in hand and told clerk to open drawer and give him the money. Clerk refused and told him to leave. He left and fled south on North Montello on foot.
8:26 p.m. Narcotics violation in progress in the vicinity of 1285 Belmont St. Burgundy Grand Am with 2 males allegedly rolling drugs with 2 small children in backseat under the age of five in front of Super Cuts. Daniel A. Gibbons, 23, 30 West Chestnut St., Apt. #3A, Brockton was charged with local warrant.
10:24 p.m. Domestic violence call at 101 Southfield Drive. Caller states her baby's father allegedly assaulted her and he is outside trying to break down the door. Arcelino Santos Silva, 22, 24 Westhaven Drive, Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for destruction/damage/vandalism.
11:11 p.m. Gunshots call at 61 Sprague St. & 104 Claremount Ave. 6 shots heard and then caller saw 2 cars racing from Sprague Street towards Claremount Ave.

1:12 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 37 Foster St., Apt. #1. Caller states Fredrick Campbell is back and allegedly yelling and screaming. He grabbed her phone and threw it in the driveway and pushed her. Frederick Ford-Campbell, 32, 37 Foster St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B, malicious destruction of property under $250 and intimidation of a witness.
1:27 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Owen O'Learys Restaurant, 1280 Belmont St. Huge fight inside bar. Christopher Logan Jr., 23, 501 Washington St., Apt. #2C, Easton was charged with disorderly conduct. Barry T. Dorion, 26, 15 Belmont Ave., Stoughton was charged with disorderly conduct.
1:50 a.m. Robbery at 93 Myrtle St. Caller states she was getting out of her car and a Cape Verdean male came up to her and said give me your wallet and he held his pants as if he had a weapon. He left on foot towards Blaine Street. He also was wearing a hoodie and she states her IPhone is in the purse and can probably be tracked.
3:54 a.m. 911 unknown emergency at 19 Magnolia Ave. Open line and female crying telling someone to leave. Female says male party making threats to kill someone. Shawn Kelley, 39, 143 Dorchester St., Apt. #426, Boston was charged with A&B.
9:33 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at 22 Skinner St. Apt. #2nd. Damage to car. Police report taken.
1:14 p.m. Robbery at Walgreens, 880 North Montello St. Hispanic male in his 20s about 5'8 and medium build with goatee. Held a needle and robbed cashier and fled on foot on North Montello Street towards Avon.
2:02 p.m. Domestic violence call at 115 Pine St. Max Badio, 23, 160 Park Road, Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.
5:03 p.m. Robbery investigation in the vicinity of Prestige Gas Station, 64 North Montello St. Black male wearing a white shirt and black pants, dreads, tattoo on his arm. Pulled a gun on caller and stole his phone. He fled on foot up Linen Street towards North Main Street. Caller waiting at the gas station, he was just walking by there.
8:29 p.m. 911 verify call at 60 Banks St. Caller states his sister is out of control and hung up again. James Anthony Gloody, 22, 60 Banks St., Brockton was charged with A&B on disabled person or +60/Elder, A&B and intimidation of witness.
10:37 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Charles McNeil, 40, 419 Warren Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with trespassing and local warrant.
10:57 p.m. Disturbance by a family at 233 Country Club Lane. Caller states that his girlfriend is arguing with her 23 year old son and she is trying to throw him out and he is upset. Adam Cohen, 23, 233 Country Club Lane, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:02 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at Reynolds Memorial Highway. Ryan Hudson, 26, 62 Deady Ave., Stoughton was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense.
2:09 a.m. Disturbance a 1112 Main St. & 1 South St. Afonso Brandao, 18, 282 North Montello St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing and threatening to commit a crime.
3:44 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation in the vicinity of Curtis Street. Caller states when walking home a tall White male punched him in the mouth.
4:00 a.m. MVA at 44 Longwood Ave. Across from above a rollover on the lawn. Jeffrey P. Etienne, 22, 139 Longwood Ave., Brockton was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disturbing the peace and leaving the scene of property damage.
12:52 p.m. Larceny in progress at Shaws Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Loss prevention states a female allegedly stole about $100 worth of makeup. Carrie Davidson, 26, 35 Marigold Road, West Yarmouth was charged with shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Ashleigh A. Simpson, 24, 162 Twin Lakes Drive, Halifax was summonsed for shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise and trespassing.
2:16 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 37 Wendell Ave. Operator had a "League City" "Fire Fighter" bade with no identification to accompany it. The badge was seized and turned into BPD evidence locker for follow up for investigation. Judith Lloyd, 56, 26 Addison Ave., Brockton was summonsed for unlicensed operation of M/V, speeding, failure to yield at intersection and failure to drive in right lane.
4:49 p.m. Domestic violence call at 34 Tribou St. 16 year old son allegedly punched her in the face. Juvenile arrest of a 16 year old for assault.
5:03 p.m. Robbery investigation at City Gas & Service, 736 North Main St. 2 males in mid 20s, just robbed the store. Tall White male with a gun and a shorter light skin Hispanic male. They fled on foot up Rutland Street. Both wearing blue jeans and black masks.
8:34 p.m. Serve warrant at 1151 North Montello St. Patricia Marie Damaral, 36, 20 Baker St., Brockton was charged with possession Class B drug. Algernon Risdon, 49, 1151 North Montello St., Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium and possession Class B drug.
8:39 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 217 Prospect St., Apt. #1. Caller states she would like her sisters boyfriend removed from the apartment. She states he came there and allegedly started arguing with her sister and she has kinds in the apartment and she wants him out. Angelo Douthitt, 21, 217 Prospect St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:15 a.m. Larceny in progress at American Check Cashing, 500 Main St. Female passing a counter fit check and they are arguing. Police report taken.
10:23 a.m. Violation of 209A order. Michael Fredette, 37, 564 Washington St., Whitman was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.
10:42 a.m. 911 hang up at 24 East Chestnut St., Apt. #1. Jon Richard Little, 59, 24 East Chestnut St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with foreign warrant, local warrant and receiving stolen property over $250.
11:46 a.m. Hold-up alarm at Terra Nossa, 1040 North Montello St. Terra Nossa called and a Black male about 5'7 with thin build and dressed in all black and black mask over face showed a silver handgun and took $2000. Took off in a silver Honda Accord heading south on Main Street. Avon police notified.
