9:25 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation on Bartlett Street. 1997 blue Honda Civic stolen last night.
12:35 p.m. Overdose. Packard Avenue. Heroin OD. Adult male taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center.
3:52 p.m. Larceny. David’s Auto Sales, 1114 Montello St. Parts stolen from tow truck. Wheel lift arms taken.
5:13 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Dilma Gomes, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for intimidation of a witness and threatening to commit a crime.
6:51 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. Old Country Buffet, 200 Westgate Dr. Manager states female just allegedly assaulted him. She spit at him and pushed him and threw a cigarette in his face and is out front. Renee McGee, 40, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, 2 counts of A&B and disturbing the peace.
7:17 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Female came into the station to report that her ex-boyfriend allegedly assaulted her. Marion Chisolm, 40, of Mattapan was summonsed for A&B.
7:43 p.m. M/V Accident. Belmont Street & 83 Elm Ave. Ford Explorer hit another car and driver took off on foot. Caller is chasing him on foot. Is a white male around 6-feet tall and thin. Caller alleged man is drunk and is now back at scene trying to get back in his car to leave. Bernard D. Hamm, 50, of Brockton was charged with 4th Offense OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and motor vehicle rules & violation.
10:07 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Titus Carter, 30, of Brockton was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
