12:09 a.m. 911 unknown emergency on Bartlett Street. State police said they received a call from a residence on Bartlett Street and male party says he is allegedly having a problem with his wife. Shellyann Dean, 37, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:24 a.m. Unknown emergency. Holmes Street. Female allegedly screaming to send police. Caller states that boyfriend allegedly threw her in the corner and states he is drunk and just left the apartment with 9-year-old daughter. Richard Hicks, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

2:02 a.m. Police officer has prisoners, St. Margaret’s. Juan Tacuri, 29, Manuel Alfredo Lopez, 26 and Roberto Castro, 30, all of Brockton were each charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Jose Antonio Guaman, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and trespassing.
Celestina Loja Tacuri, 31, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty and disorderly conduct.
Gregorio Mayancela, 32, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, resisting arrest, trespassing and disorderly conduct. No other information available.

2:09 a.m Hit & Run in progress at Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Angel Alfredo Pilco, 26, of Brockton was charged with leaving the scene of personal injury & death and unlicensed operation of MV.


6:42 a.m. M/V accident with injuries in front of Fuller Art Museum, 455 Oak St. Vehicle hit sign and driver out of vehicle, female unconscious on floor of vehicle. BCI responding for photos. Single car crash and one person ejected. Med-flight to a Boston hospital and another person injured.

3:21 p.m. Larceny investigation. North Montello Street. Front end suspension assembly stolen and worth about $800.

5:53 p.m. Welfare Check. Allen St. Caller would like an officer to come talk with daughter’s friend because mother disappears for days and allegedly threatened her with a knife. Monica Lopes, 34, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

6:04 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Division Street. Jose Herpin, 49, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:13 p.m. Bat in house. Arthur Street. Thirteen-year-old daughter trapped inside the laundry room and afraid to come out. Animal control on scene.

10:23 p.m. Disturbance on Somerset Place. Emanuel Jesus Lopes, 35, Rudy Moniz, 22, and Antonio Silva, 21, all of Brockton were charged with disturbing the peace and drinking in public.
Sandy Salviono Lopes, 22, of Randolph was charged with disturbing the peace, drinking in public and defaults warrants. Also charged was Nilton Depina, 18, of Brockton with person under 21 in possession of liquor, disturbing the peace and drinking in public.
