1:18 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Clinton Street. Caller states boyfriend allegedly assaulted her. Darius Dower, 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B and attempted murder.

5:28 a.m. Unwanted guest. Good Samaritan Medical Center. Male party allegedly out of control in the ER. Tony Barros, 32, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

6:33 a.m. Assault & battery in progress. North Main Street & Broad Street. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B.

7:08 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Lyon Avenue. GMC Envoy broken into and 2 credit cards taken which have already been used.

8:31 a.m. B&E investigation. Chester Avenue. Stolen copper and tools taken.

9:23 a.m. Bomb Scare. 737 Court St. One of the teachers found a bomb letter in the boy's bathroom. Principal said they didn't find anything and is having the children evacuate the building. Police report taken.

11:23 a.m. B&E investigation. Wilson Street. Entrance through kitchen window. House was ransacked and items stolen.

12:09 p.m. Domestic violence investigation.Weston Street. Caller’s boyfriend allegedly punched her 3 times in the face. Daughter called and said mother has bruises and a cut on her face. Suspect left the scene. Charles Dean Warren, 44, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:20 p.m. Keep the peace. West Junior High School, 271 West St. Teacher allegedly being fired from school and is concerned he will become volatile.

4:40 p.m. Disturbance. Jade Lee Kitchen, 258 North Main St. Female called about alleged $3.00 difference on their bill. Caller was told to come to the station and now they are fighting with the restaurant personnel. No assault and parties left prior to arrival. Argument over $2.00 tip from last night.

8:05 p.m. Shoplifting. R&K Food Mart, 77 Legion Parkway. Male just stole 5 packs of Newports and ran toward Main Street.

9:37 p.m. Larceny. Old Colony YMCA, 320 Main St. Wallet stolen from car parked in lot behind the Y.

10:00 p.m. Duplicate calls for gunshots. Laureston Street and Fuller Street. Six shots heard on Laureston Street. White car seen fleeing the scene. Last seen west on Tribou Street. 7 shots heard on Fuller Street. Unfounded.
