2:08 a.m. Gunshots call. Appleton Street. Callers states she heard 5 shots and believes her house was hit. NFI notified and one slug and four casings recovered.
3:50 a.m. Unwanted guest. Pleasant Street residence. Caller said she needs help. Has a male party there who is allegedly looking for her son. Yelling and arguing in the background. Peterson Fleury, 31, of Brockton was charged with possession of Class B drug and distribute Class B drug.
8:39 a.m. Disturbance. Atlantic Rubber, 93 Pleasant St. Homeless people hanging out front refusing to leave. John Nelson, 60, of Brockton, Bernard Ford, 59, homeless, Elizabeth A. Fitzgerald, 53, of Brockton and Joy Solana, 47, of Brockton were all charged with trespassing.
