1:54 a.m. Domestic violence call. Cherry Street. Caller says girlfriend’s boyfriend allegedly came home drunk and caller can hear them yelling and arguing and fighting on second floor. Domingos M. Monteiro, 31, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

3:01 a.m. M/V accident. Intervale Street & Field Street. Foot Joy security states a car was allegedly racing through the lot then parked on the side. Travis Smart, 20, of Laconia, NH was charged with OUI liquor, possession open container of alcohol in MV, disturbing the peace, marked lanes violation and person under 21 in possession of liquor.

12:53 p.m. B&E investigation at the MBTA, 150 Spark St. Car side window smashed ad items taken and the car was ransacked.

2:51 p.m. Larceny investigation at the American Check Cashing Store, 500 Main St. Male party tried to cash his neighbor’s Federal tax refund check.

4:02 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Farnham Street. Joseph L. Collazo, 64, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with a dangerous weapon.

5:17 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Eagle Avenue. Tard Merisca, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B and destruction of property under $250.


7:09 p.m. B&E investigation on Carl Avenue. Caller came home to find front door broken in, computer and T.V. missing.

8:25 p.m. Robbery at Subway, 768 Centre St. White male all black clothes and ski mask. Had knife and took cash and fled in unknown direction.

10:34 p.m. Domestic violence call. Shaw Road. Caller states that her son has been allegedly verbally abusing her. Mark C. Russo, 40, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

10:55 p.m. M/V pursuit on Highland Terrace. Queito Miranda, 20, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, license suspended, speeding, failure to stop/yield, reckless operation of motor vehicle, failure to signal and failure to stop for police.
