4:14 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. Brookfield Drive. Woman said Brookfield Drive and bring back up. Loud noise in background. Daniel Dauphin, 52, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.
6:13 a.m. B&E investigation. M&M Seafood, 1124 Main St. Owner states he just got there and found someone broke in and stole some computers.
6:18 a.m. Domestic violence call. Carl Avenue. Anthony B. Freeman, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B, resisting arrest and threatening to commit a crime.
11:16 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. Keith Avenue. Vehicle was scratched, written on and spoilers were taken.
12:56 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V. Crescent Street. Four slashed tires and scratches.
6:37 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V. Boylston Street. Vehicle window shot by BB gun.
10:22 p.m. Man with a gun. Cairn Road. Caller states a Timothy Clark allegedly came in with a black hand gun and has issues with brother in the past. He is in the house with 7 other people. Caller stated she was in the back of the house to make the call. Timothy Clark, 23, of Brockton was charged with possession of large capacity firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device.
