12:33 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 76 West Elm St. and 192 Warren Ave. John P. Fleurissaint, 24, of Brockton was charged with OUI Liquor, reckless operation of motor vehicle, not in possession of license and malicious destruction of property over $250.
7:18 a.m. Suspicious person on Mulberry Street. Caller reports an older male with a red hoodie and wearing a jacket and jeans is across the street and near the park and keeps walking around the area looking in yards. Caller states he is now behind a pole and possibly going the bathroom. Police respond and matter settled.
7:43 a.m. Chad Bailey, 37, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
12:58 p.m. B&E investigation at a North Quincy Street residence. Reports of back door kicked in and unknown if anything was taken. Richard Lydon,34, of Hanover was summonsed for felony B&E building during the daytime.
1:19 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 45 Cambo St. Michael L. Miller, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for operating a MV with license suspended and failure to signal.
2:00 p.m. Alleged malicious damage in progress at an Armiston Street residence. Elaine Gorman, 44, of Rockland was summonsed for malicious destruction of property under $250.
2:24 p.m. Larceny of copper at Tropical Banana Company, 433 Forest Ave. Police report taken.
2:31 p.m. Reports of 2 males and 1 female engaged in open and gross activities on the Pleasant Street side of the park in the walking trail by the waterfall. Police respond and could no locate.
4:08 p.m. Code enforcement at 25 Fairmount Ave. The building is abandoned but all the signs of squatters, and of coming and going are there. Building department will make arrangements to board it up ASAP.
5:12 p.m. Reports of prostitution at the Calvary Cemetery, 1 North Cary St. and 232 Elliot Street. Reports of prostitute and her john in a green Ford pick-up in back of the cemetery. Police respond and could not locate.
5:22 p.m. Reports of suspicious persons at Christo's restaurant, 782 Crescent St. Caller states there were 2 white males in the parking lot looking thru all the cars. The caller stated they crossed the street and are in the back of Lobster Hut. Police respond but nothing found.
5:54 p.m. MV accident with injuries at 1824 Main St. 2 cars and a motorcycle involved. Ambulance sent and police report taken.
6:14 p.m. Larceny investigation on Emmet Street. Caller reports larceny to their motor vehicle. Police report taken.
6:49 p.m. MV accident at 336 Thatcher St. Car vs. Deer. Police report taken.
7:16 p.m. Suspicious person at Bertuccis, 1285 Belmont St. White male about 25 years old and wearing a baseball cap, light jacket and baggy jeans. Has been in and out of Bertuccis several times and walking around and going in and out of the bathroom. Police respond and could not locate.
8:36 p.m. Suspicious person on Moreland Street. Caller reports there is an unknown male laying in their driveway. He is breathing and moving and they are asking him to leave but he has not moved or responded. Police and ambulance respond and take drunk male to hospital.
10:06 p.m. Motor vehicle stop on Hamilton Street. Manuel Rosa, 24, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of failure to stop/yield and operating MV with license revoked.
11:03 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of the 300 block of Green Street. Caller reports he was just robbed by a male with a gun. The robber is described as a black male, 5’9and wearing a hood and jeans, also spoke with an African or Haitian foreign accent. The robber stole the victim's cell phone and ran toward Warren Avenue. Police report taken.
