10:28 a.m. Code enforcement at 30 Lebanon Street. The yard is full of vehicles and they belong to A&A Auto Body at 347 North Montello Street. They are Storing cars on the vacant lot across from them and is in violation of their license. The yard is full of unregistered motor vehicles and they wont co-operate with the city.
10:29 a.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud investigation at the Salvation Army-281 North Main Street. Payroll checks were cashed fraudulently over $10,000 dollars. Under police investigation.
10:36 a.m. Suspicious person at the Family Dollar Store at 700 Crescent St. Thomas Francis McManus, 46, of Brockton was summonsed for trespassing and littering.
10:36 a.m. Tires stolen off motor vehicle at Myrtle St. Police report taken.
11:43 a.m. MVA at 570 Belmont Street and 480 West Street. No personal injury and male party is yelling at the female. Police report taken.
1:10 p.m. Missing laptop at the Keith School, 175 Warren Ave. Police report taken.
1:14 p.m. MV accident at 78 Court St. and 63 Montello St. 2 cars involved and no PI. Police report taken.
2:12 p.m. Larceny investigation at Guild Road. Jewelry missing and believes family member might have taken it. Police report taken.
2:33 p.m. Shoplifting investigation at Stop & Shop on North Montello
St. Caller reports that a female tried to steal $955 worth of groceries. They got the license plate and Police are investigating.
2:52 p.m. Hit& Run Investigation at the Walgreens at 711 Centre St. Caller states that someone hit their car and fled. Police report taken.
3:10 p.m. Caller from Donna Street reports that a W/M and a W/F going around casing houses with a lawn mower in the back of their car asking to mow lawns for money. Fled upon being questioned by a neighbor.
3:36 p.m. Code enforcement at 103 N. Cary Street and 57 Boyden Street. Out with a man possibly stealing a man hole cover. DPW contacted and the manholes were supposed to be taken back to the warehouse. Police had the guy take the manhole out of his trunk. The car was towed because his plate was expired and non-renewable and person issued a stern warning about picking up things that don’t belong to him.
4:24 p.m. MVA with injuries at 89 West Street and 62 Marlene Ave. 2 cars involved, possible PI and female is 8mo pregnant. Police report taken.
4:33 p.m. Larceny of a Motor Vehicle Plate at a Clarence Street residence. Police Report taken.
4:51 p.m. MVA pedestrian. Male party on bike ran into a car. Police and fire en route. Police report taken.
4:55 p.m. Animal complaint at a North Quincy Street residence. Wild turkey stuck in fence.
4:58 p.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle plate at a Elliot Street residence.
5:07 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle at Walgreens, 880 North Montello Street. 2 bikes stolen from in front of the store. Party who took the bike was found but the caller didn’t want to pursue charges. Matter settled.
5:07 p.m. Domestic violence call on Mulberry Street. Reports of Hispanic male, white t-shirt and black pants allegedly hitting on female employee in the parking lot. Luis Cruz, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery and malicious damage to motor vehicle.
6:15 p.m. Larceny investigation at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. 17-year-old from Brockton summonsed for larceny over $250.
6:21 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Old Colony YMCA at 320 Main Street. Young male party escorted off the property.
7:44 p.m. B&E investigation at a Alden St. residence. Police report taken.
7:47 p.m. Welfare check on a party passed out in the North parking lot at the police station. Matter settled.
8:46 p.m. Keep the peace at 403 Main St. Caller reports they wish to meet the police at Gianero’s package store at 426 Main St. and go to Main Street and recover his belongings and leave the premises. Tiffany Benoit, 21, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
9:23 p.m. Threat complaint at Elmcourt Hotel. Caller reporting son is threatening them. Police report taken.
