2:00 a.m. Assault and battery investigation at 81 Warren Ave. Clerk states a person was assaulted and is bleeding. Ambulance called and police report taken. Unknown by who or how.
2:12 a.m. 911 Transfer to Fire. Fire alarm going off…..
3:21 a.m. 911 Transfer to Ambulance…..Caller states daughter is dizzy.
3:21 a.m. 911 Transfer to Ambulance…Caller reports male fell and breathing heavy.
5:39 a.m. 911 Transfer to Ambulance….Caller reports son just woke them up and having difficulty breathing.
5:49 a.m. 911 Transfer to ambulance….Caller reports girlfriend has asthma and having trouble breathing.
9:16 a.m. Assault and battery in progress on Owens Street. Mark Anthony Boyd, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
9:19 a.m. B&E investigation East Nilsson Street. Caller reports that there was a house fire yesterday and the shed and basement doors were locked. Party came homed and found the shed and basement door unlocked.
12:00 p.m. Chatham West Drive resident reports that they have a 209A order and that the person has allegedly called her about 200 times since 11/1/10. Gregory Arrington, 51, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.
12:32 p.m. Larceny investigation at Baypointe Rehabilitation and Skilled Care, 50 Christy's Place. Caller reports that someone allegedly stole items out of his backpack at the rehab.
12:43 p.m. Larceny in progress. Caller reports that person has not allegedly paid their cab fare. Diane E Blanchard, 47, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny under $250 and evading taxi fare.
1:09 p.m. 911 Transfer to ambulance. Person swallowed bone from fish and vomiting blood.
1:57 p.m. MVA no PI at 25 East Nilsson St. Police report taken.
2:40 p.m. Attempted abduction in the vicinity of Denton Street and Nilsson Street. A Hispanic male tried to abduct a female and get her into his green mini-van. He left towards Tribou Street. Caller states she ran from him and is described as about 6-feet tall, T-shirt and blue jeans and short curly hair. Unknown license plate. Police report taken.
4:00 p.m. Corner of Warren Avenue and Belmont Street Nichol Messere, 25, was charged with 2 counts of assault and battery.
4:09 p.m. Reports of fight in the park in front of Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. Police respond and nothing found.
4:16 p.m. B&E motor vehicle on Ridge Street around the 140 block. 2 GPS units taken. Police report taken.
4:35 p.m. Larceny in Progress at AJ Wright, 544 Westgate Dr. Reports of a white male bald and missing front tooth wearing a grey hoodie and a Hispanic male wearing a black & white hat. Concealing merchandise and they stole a pair of boots earlier and are back trying to take more. Hispanic male ran toward UNO’s and security has the white male in custody. Police respond and parties left prior to arrival. Security was able to retrieve the merchandise. Suspects are believed to be driving in a gold SUV.
6:09 p.m. Battles Farm Drive are reports of kids throwing eggs at the BAT bus. Police respond and unfounded.
7:17 p.m. Justin A. Teixeira, 19, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium.
7:23 p.m. Disturbance at Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. Reports of 2 drunk males inside causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Police respond and parties left property.
7:57 p.m. Assault and battery investigation on reports of a female party that was allegedly beaten up. Robert G. Taylor, 50, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping and assault and battery.
8:42 p.m. MVA with injuries at 864 North Montello St. and 30 Howard St. 2 cars involved in a head on. Fire and ambulance en route. Police report taken.
9:32 p.m. Thomas Grennan, 19, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts for a foreign warrant.
9:53 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at a Perkins Avenue apartment around the 250-260 block. Caller reports that a male party just walked in and allegedly went after his cousin with a hammer and the caller and others in the building. Don’t know who the male is. Robert Barnette, 48, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E of a building in the night time, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime and trespassing.
10:46 p.m. Robbery at the BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Victim ran into lobby and stated they were allegedly robbed of their IPod by a bunch of males who assaulted him.
Osiris Baskerville, 19, of Mattapan, Francois Cherduville, 18, of Brockton, William Thomas, 17, of Brockton, Emmanuel Cherduville, 18, of Brockton, Antwoine Hardaway, 18, of Brockton, Mackerthney Kerthney Belony, 20, of Brockton, Tedbengy Pierre, 19, of Brockton and Jovan Wilson, 17, of Brockton were each charged with one count of unarmed robbery and 2 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
