3:37 p.m. A&B with a deadly weapon on Brook St. Caller reports his father called him and said someone entered the house and hit him with a pistol. Caller is heading to the house now and police report taken.
3:43 p.m. Caller from the area of Nilsson St. and French Avenue reports a white male wearing sunglasses, white pullover hood chased a girl off school bus while touching his private parts and went down French Avenue. Police report taken.
4:08 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at the Brockton Food Basket,1650 Main St. Report of a drunk male inside the store harassing patrons and just urinated in the store and left. Police respond and matter settled.
5:16 p.m. Dominos Pizza,1289 Main St. Caller reports there is an older white female wearing a red sweatshirt that keeps coming in the store and smoking. They have asked her several times to stay out and she keeps coming back in. Police respond and matter settled.
5:20 p.m. North Belcher Avenue resident reports sometime last night someone broke into their car. Police report taken.
5:49 p.m. MV accident with injuries at Champion Fuel, 633 Warren Ave. In the parking lot involving 2 cars. Police report taken and Fire en route.
7:02 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Honey Dew Donuts, 1906 Main St. Allegedly a drunk male inside harassing customers and refusing to leave. Rudolph N. Knight, 50, of Boston was charged with trespassing.
7:05 p.m. MV accident with injuries at 205 Howard St. and 1 Winter St. Two cars involved and party complains of back injury. Police report taken.
7:51 p.m. Battles Farm Drive residence reports a female is allegedly throwing things at her door and cut her screen. The caller states it's her daughter's ex-boyfriend. Tawon Curry, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under $250.
8:01 p.m. B&E investigation at an apartment on Weston Street. BCI notified and police report taken.
8:03 p.m. Violation of a 209A order at a Sumner West Street residence. Caller reports a man allegedly stomped on her foot and spit in her face. Peter Monsini, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery and violation of abuse prevention order.
8:07 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the Taco Bell, 675 Belmont St. Reports of a fight inside and a male party allegedly has a knife and stabbed another male with no shirt on and that male is heading toward the Burger King now. The male that allegedly stabbed him got into a red Ford Explorer. Wesler Jean, 19, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and also charged was Stefano Fecu, 19, of Brockton for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
8:37 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the Taco Bell, 675 Belmont St. Caller reports people are fighting in the lot and are in a light colored vehicle. Police respond and matter settled.
8:46 p.m. Malicious damage to property at the YMCA transition house on the 900 block of Montello Street. Caller reports someoone shot bb’s thru a window. Police report taken.
10:07 p.m. Disturbance at Good Samaritan Hospital. Security states a male in a wheelchair in the ER is causing a disturbance. Police respond and male left the ER with an IV in his arm. Police could not locate him.
10:31 p.m. Disturbance call from a Pleasant Street apartment around the 360-380 block. Caller states boyfriend is allegedly out of control and they are arguing. Lenroy Daily, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
11:44 p.m. Larceny investigation at the YMCA, 320 Main St. Gym Bag stolen with personal items and ID. Also license to carry was in bag. Police report taken.
