1:01 a.m. Paulo A. Delgado, 23, 628 N. Main St., Brockton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, trespass and resisting arrest after a disturbance call from Morebezza on Main Street.

11:49 a.m. Samantha D. Arena, age not given, 29 Foster St. Brockton was arrested and charged with assault and battery after police received a call about a domestic disturbance.

1:07 p.m. James Nixon, 49, 848 Montello St., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and no inspection sticker after a traffic stop on Montello Street.

2:09 p.m. Alandria T. Knight, 28, 31 Marlene Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license after a three-car accident near Main and Nilsson streets.

4:17 p.m. Gregory Giguere, 41, 32 Pleasant St., Stoughton was arrested and charged with a fourth drunk driving offense, driving with a suspended license from an OUI, drunk driving and causing serious injury and other violations after a three-car accident on E. Ashland Street.

4:44 p.m. A 14-year-old girl was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and threat to commit a crime after a call from Stillman Avenue reported the girl was very unruly.

4:54 p.m. John Tejeda, 19, 725 Pleasant St., Brockton was arrested and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order after a caller reported her 15-year-old daughter had spent the night with Tejeda in an abandoned house.

5:19 p.m. Carmen Andrade, 32, 65 Howard St., Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property after a Bartlett Street caller reported a broken window.

9:36 p.m A 14-year-old girl was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after a disturbance call from Davis Commons on Carl Avenue.
