5:57 a.m. A Perkins Avenue caller reported his car was broken into and a baseball umpire’s uniform and shoes were taken.

9:11 a.m. A Burton Avenue caller reported the theft of a 1996 black Ford pickup truck.

9:58 a.m. Police charged seven Brockton residents with trespassing after a Pleasant Street caller
reported people drinking out front. Charged were: Paula L. Guyette, 47, 54 N. Main St.; Marian Clark, 49, 20 Weston St.; John Nelson, 59, 54 N. Main St.; Donald Gauvin, 47, 54 N. Main St.; Len Kirksey, 44, 54 N. Main St.; Thomas Adams, 57, 15 Longworth Ave.; Robert Lee Hollins, 43, 224 Pleasant St.

12:51 p.m. Vinh X Nguyen, 25, 95 Nahatan St., Norwood was charged with driving with a suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Warren Avenue.

1:43 p.m. Thomas Lee Hammond Phoenix, 20, 10 Janet Road, Easton was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding after a traffic stop on Cairn Road.

2:38 p.m. Lionel Orelus, 20, 52 Freeman St., Avon was charged with driving with a revoked license, suspended registration and uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop on West Street.

3:09 p.m. William Spadea, 42, unknown address, Brockton was charged with trespass after a Belmont Street caller reported a possible drunk man in back of Radio Shack.

4:16 p.m. An 11-year-old was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250 after a caller from Legion Food Mart on Legion Parkway reported a slashed car tire.

5:07 p.m. Jessica Levin, 19, 36 Roberts Road, Stoughton was charged with driving with a suspended license, uninsured and unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop near Warren Avenue and Frederick Douglas Avenue.

5:08 p.m. Two Howard Street residents were charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after an altercation with a knife involving a third person. Charged were: Carmen Andrade V, 32, 65 Howard St. and Florangel Castro, 27, 65 Howard St. The third person, Francisca DeCastro, 47, 65 Howard St. was charged with assault and battery.

5:56 p.m. Jeffrey Monteiro, 23, 30 Coolidge Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop near Spark and Winter streets.

7:52 p.m. Manuel Mendes, 49, 22 Exchange St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported he hit his wife.

8:42 p.m. Amanda Turner, 23, Easton was charged with larceny over $250 after Macy’s at Westgate Mall reported a shoplifter.

9:02 p.m. Daniel Jean-Louis, 20, 383 Battles Farm Dr., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a caller from Rutland Street reported an injured man near his door.

11:38 p.m. Angela Maria Barbosa, 20, 55 City Hall Square, Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after a Green Street caller reported a disturbance by a family.

12:54 a.m. Richard Wallace, 49, 38 Cedar Ave., Randolph was charged with driving with a suspended license, speeding and an open container of alcohol after a traffic stop on Grove Street.

6:34 a.m. A Dandy Road caller reported all four tires of his car were stolen overnight.

10:16 a.m. Cheryl L. Davis, 39, 3 Sycamore St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic violence investigation.

10:21 a.m. Manny Joseph DeSousa, 26, 221 Menlo St., Brockton was charged with driving with a revoked license, speeding, and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop on N. Cary Street.

11:45 a.m. Jeffrey M. Singleton, 22, 280 Blue Hills Parkway, Milton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a disturbance over an apartment.

12:38 p.m. Crescent Credit Union on W. Chestnut Street reported a robbery by a white man wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans. The bank reported the man said he had a bomb and fled on foot toward Liberty Street. A witness followed a black Ford Escape toward Route 24 on Harrison Boulevard where he lost the vehicle. The witness reported the passenger was wearing the same clothes identified in the robbery and the driver was a white man with a large tattoo on his left shoulder.

2:49 p.m. Anthony McLean, 39, 83 Nelson St., Boston was charged with violating a restraining order after a Boyden Street caller reported he was on the property.

3:15 p.m. Mary Conant, 19, 53 Myricks St., Lakeville was charged with shoplifting after a caller from A.J. Wright on Westgate Drive.

4:04 p.m. A 15-year-old and a 14-year-old were arrested and charged with affray after a call from the Lincoln School on Highland Street reporting an assault and battery in progress.

5:56 p.m. A Howard Street caller reported a break-in of an apartment.

8:44 p.m. Shawn Donnelly, 32, 133 Clifton Ave., Brockton was charged with armed robbery. Police arrested Donnelly for robbing Crescent Credit Union on Crescent Street Friday, April 24.

9:25 p.m. A 16-year-old boy was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Dagmar Road reported her son and husband were fighting.

1:22 a.m. Kiree S. Johnson, 17, 91 Thurber Ave., Brockton was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Police responded to a call from a Court Street woman who said her daughter had been raped by a boy she caught in her daughter’s bedroom.

3:50 a.m. Louis Mallett, 22, address unknown, Whitman was charged with assault and battery after a woman from Foster Street reported another woman had been hit and thrown on the floor by a man.

10:15 a.m. Aaron Robinson, 27, 154 Rotch St., New Bedford was charged with forgery of a check and uttering a false check after a call from Citizens Bank on Belmont Street.

10:32 a.m. Michael Andrew Simeone, 19, 427 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace after a traffic stop on Baltic Avenue.

12:18 p.m. A man was brought to Brockton Hospital’s emergency room after a caller from Frederick Douglas Avenue reported a man passed out on the sidewalk about 50 yards from the intersection with Main Street.

1:48 p.m. Wayne L. Ruffin, 22, 656 N. Quincy St., Brockton was charged with threats to commit a crime after a N. Quincy Street caller reported two parties outside threatening to kick in the door.

4:21 p.m. A Massasoit Avenue caller reported a break-in to a house.

4:40 p.m. A man and woman were charged with drug violations after a call near the Alamo on Legion Parkway reported suspicious activity. David K. Jones, 45, 58 Sylvester St., Brockton was charged with distribution of a counterfeit drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and a default warrant. Pamela Borel, 44, 500 Belmont St., Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of a Class E drug.

5:14 p.m. Katarzyna Burchard, 36, 60 Brewster Road, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police received a call with screaming from a man and yelling from a woman in the background. A male party called back to report his girlfriend pushed and hit him.

6:39 p.m. A 16-year-old was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon after a call from Marion Street reported an assault and battery with a gun.

6:48 p.m. Melissa Lynne Lyons, 27, 155 Lincoln Road, Rockland was charged with forgery of a document and utter a false document after a caller from Walgreen’s Pharmacy on N. Montello Street reported a woman attempted to fill a prescription with fake documents.

6:56 p.m. Abdulcadir M. Aden, 50, 101 Annella Road, Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop near N. Warren Avenue and Battles Street.

10:33 p.m. Robert Hartman, 35, 25 Weston St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and a default warrant after a Weston Street caller reported a man had assaulted a woman in front of a nearby house.

11:51 p.m. Stephen Picher, 33, 16 Bunker Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a child under 14, assault with a dangerous weapon and threats to commit a crime after police investigated a domestic violence situation on Bunker Avenue.
Sunday, April 26
8:37 a.m. A man and woman were arrested after a robbing an elderly woman of her pocketbook at Stop & Shop on Belmont Street after a tip about a previous break-in lead police to a Dennis Avenue residence that connected the pair to the robbery.
Benjamin R. Burnett, 19, Newell Hagan Court, Canton was charged with unarmed robbery of a person 60 or older, larceny from a person, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, retaliation against a witness, felony breaking and entering in the daytime and felony breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in the daytime. Also charged was Bianca McDonald, 20, 122 Water St., Stoughton was charged with unarmed robbery of a person 60 or over, larceny from a person and felony breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in the daytime.

11:57 a.m. A Tilton Avenue caller reported his house has been broken into the second time in a month.

3:01 p.m. Citizens Bank on Belmont Street reports the bank was robbed by a white male, about 6 foot, 2 inches, in late 20s with a a scar on the right side of the face handed a note to a teller, indicating he had a gun but did not show one. The man fled toward Torrey Street in a white vehicle. A woman with reddish hair was in the passenger seat.

4:29 p.m. A Brockton man and woman were arrested and charged with assault and battery after a Bates Road caller reported a fist fight. Arrested were Richard Kelly, 43, 57 Howland St. and Kathleen Sullivan, 40, 15 Bates Road.

10:02 p.m. Alma Charmain Debinion Jr., 38, 44 Glendale Ave. Brockton was charged with violating a restraining order and property damage to intimidate after calls from Maxim Street about a disturbance and the welfare of a child that included Lawrence and Randolph police.

10:58 p.m. Police recovered six .45 caliber shell casings after two callers reported six or seven shots near Ellsworth Street. A black Mercedes was seen leaving the area.

12:17 a.m. Manuel Barbosa, 25, 109 Laureston St., Brockton was charged with assault and two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 after a Warren Avenue caller reported her ex-boyfriend broke down her door.

1:57 a.m Two Brockton men were charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and other violations after police spotted a stolen car the men were driving in. Justin Joyner, 23, 49 W. Ashland St., was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and driving without a license. Desean Wooten, 20, was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition and defacing a firearm serial number. The stolen vehicle is a green 1997 Plymouth Voyager van.
3:23 a.m. Daniel Ferreira, 42, 186 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with felony breaking and entering at night and violating an abuse order after a Grafton Street caller reported he broke into a house.

4:59 a.m. Melissa Gomes, 17, 26 Nye Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a child 14 or under after a family reported from Brockton Hospital’s emergency room Gomes assaulted a 14-year-old member of the family.

10:24 a.m. A Park Road resident went into lobby of police headquarters to report his garage had been broken into.

12:32 p.m. A 15-year-old girl was charged with two counts of assault and battery after a Hamilton Street caller reported a domestic violence problem.

12:50 p.m. Amilton Perreira, 23, 22 Holbrook Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a revoked license and not meeting motor vehicle safety standards after a traffic stop near Lawrence and Clinton streets.

3:15 a.m. James Nagarya, 62, 68 Harvard St., Brockton was charged with assault after a Harvard Street caller reported Nagarya was flipping out and assaulting her daughter.

3:36 p.m An Appleby Street caller reported a dog and an opossum got into a fight in the backyard and the injured opossum is bleeding to death under the deck.

4:58 p.m. Alison B. Mendes, 23, 26 Denton St., Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property after a Keith Avenue caller reported a woman kicked in her car door.

5:45 p.m. Jovahn Benitez, 25, 15 Sherman St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic violence call from Sherman St. A 16-year-old girl as arrested for a warrant during the incident.

7:35 p.m. Anthony Willis, 36, 17 Jackson St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and larceny of a motor vehicle after an ex-girlfriend called to report Willis took her car after he choked her and pushed her around at her Pine Grove Drive residence.

10:07 p.m. Shawn Donnelly, 32, 133 Clifton Ave., Brockton was charged with armed robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm after a clerk from Stop & Shop on N. Montello Street reported a white male, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes robbed the store.

10:31 p.m. William Pierce, 38, 99 Arthur St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after an 11-year-old girl called to report her mother’s boyfriend is punching and choking her mother.

10:56 p.m. Pierre Desir, 31, 925 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police received a call from a woman screaming for help.

10:57 p.m. Police responded to a call for a party shot at 12 Addison Avenue.

11:22 p.m. Two men were charged with disturbing the peace after police received a call reporting two men fighting at Morabeza Restaurant and Pub on Main Street. Anildo Monteiro, 39, 42 Winter St., Boston and Jose Gomes, 26, 53 Park St., Taunton were charged in the incident.

2:09 a.m. Caller reports a motor vehicle vs. fire hydrant. Police report driver identified himself as a narcotics officer from State Police in Boston and the car was an unmarked unit. A State Police supervisor from Middleboro was dispatched to the scene and took over the investigation. The vehicle was towed.

2:45 a.m. Lasheena Terrio, 25, 37 Foster St., Brockton was charged with drunk driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop on Exchange Street.

4:08 a.m. George A. Baker, 41, 42 Green St., Brockton was charged with trespass after a Faxon Street caller reported the man on the bicycle is back and yelling loud.

5:15 a.m. A Prospect Street caller reports a woman lying under a tree and the party does not seem to be moving. The woman under the tree was transported to an area hospital.

9:15 a.m. David Rose, 31, 19 Vernon St., Woburn was charged with disturbing the peace and two warrants after a foot pursuit on Main Street after a caller reported suspicious activity near Brockton Neighborhood Health Center.

11:53 a.m. A caller from Davids Street reports two electric meters have been taken from the building and National Grid did not remove them.

12:05 p.m. Edward J. Murphy, 21, 34 Hermon St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and credit card fraud over $250 after an investigation.

12:47 p.m. Police are investigating a case of statutory rape on Wilder Street. No further information is available.

1:05 p.m. Robert Simeone, 23, 521 Woodlands Way, Abington was charged with threat to commit a crime after a caller from Country Inn on Christy’s Drive reported two white males made threats to kill him.

1:37 p.m. Anthony McBride, 22, 23 Monsignor Reynolds Way, Boston was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Crescent Street.

6:34 p.m. Kevin Barry Walsh, 48, 135 Manners Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a revoked license and an uninsured vehicle after a two-car accident near Ames and N. Montello streets.


6:58 p.m. Hold up alarm from Crescent Credit Union on Crescent Street was pressed and suspect fled in a white car with gray tires heading west on Crescent Street. Police have a possible suspect.

7:35 p.m. A Battles Farm Drive woman reported a white male with black hair and glasses driving a gold Toyota Corolla stuck his head out the window and said “hey, you want a bullet in your head?” and drove away. No weapon was shown. Police checked the area and were unable to find the driver.

9:32 p.m. Frederick Campbell, 20, was charged with assault and battery, shoplifting and four warrants after a caller from Crescent Variety on Crescent Street reported a man was going after a female employee.

9:53 p.m. Robert Stephen Harraden Sr., 35, 269 Market St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Market Street caller reported a fight between a girlfriend and boyfriend.

10:44 p.m. Darrin V. Lyttle, 42, 295 Belmont St., Brockton was charged with felony breaking and entering a vehicle at night after a call on Legion Parkway.
Thursday, April 23
12:32 p.m. Ingrid McClean, 28, 18 Boyden St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a domestic violence investigation.

1:27 a.m. Robert P. Tautkus, 23, 96 Beacon Park, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after the mother of a woman called to report Tautkus beat up her daughter and is on the way to Good Samaritan Medical Center with the woman for medical aid.

5:43 a.m. Officer Andrew Kalp responded to a caller reporting that people are shooting paintballs behind a house on Baxendale Avenue. Kalp found the individuals and made them clean off the building.

12:31 p.m. Jaki A. Jenkins, 21, 19 Grand St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, assault, felony breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in the daytime and witness intimidation after reports that male beat up a female near Prospect Street. The victim fled the area and was picked up by a city building inspector who brought the woman to the police station.

2:59 p.m. Nikki Lynn Wilkinson, 32, 81 Walnut St., Brockton was charged with possession of a class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, after a roommate called to report an argument.

4:48 p.m. Kimberly A. Hersey, 27, 19 Rutland St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Whipple Avenue caller reported she was assaulted by Hersey on April 11 at 11:15 p.m.

8:23 p.m. A white man was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center after Pizzeria Uno and Chicago Bar & Grill at Westgate Mall reported a drunk man urinated in the foyer and then fell asleep on a bench. The caller reports when the man was asked to leave he went to sleep in the bushes near the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru.

12:17 a.m. A Brockton man and woman were arrested after a domestic violence call near Haverhill Street when a woman reported her boyfriend punched her. Manuel Depina, 43, 20 Haverhill St., was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and threat to commit a crime. Maria Goncalves, 37, 76 Newbury St., was charged with trespass.

1:32 a.m. A Leach Avenue caller reports she just came home and a window is broken and the TV is gone.

1:36 a.m. Two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after a call about a disturbance near Main and Calmar streets. The 16-year-old and one 15-year-old were also charged with interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

4:55 a.m. James Good, 17, 686 E. Ashland St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after a caller reported her father and step-daughter were fighting about a boyfriend.

6:44 p.m. T.E. Corcoran Co., Inc., on N. Montello Street reported someone broke into the building last night and stole some petty cash.

9:30 a.m. Police picked up a 14-year-old girl who walked out of a Department of Social Services program. The girl was charged with a child in need of services.

12:07 p.m. Colt Young, 42, 35 Clifton Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and malicious destruction of property under $250 after a woman called to say her boyfriend beat her up. The woman said she went to a friend’s house for safety.

1:59 p.m. Gino Fratalia, 58, 44 Moulton St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a man called to report his mother’s boyfriend beat her up and was trashing the house.

2:03 p.m. Citizens Bank on Belmont Street called to report a white woman with blond hair was trying to cash a fake check. Police arrested Melissa Walters, 19, 219 Walnut St., E. Bridgewater and charged her with forgery of a check and utter a false check.

2:59 p.m. Uthai Nithnhalay, 29, 6 Blakely Circle, Randolph was charged with two counts of possession to distribute a class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, after a traffic stop near Westgate Lanes on Westgate Drive.

3:24 p.m. Shaw’s Supermarket on Crescent Street reports a woman with two children is loading up her bag with groceries. Charged with shoplifting was Sausha Weave, 25, 245 Grove St., Brockton.

5:32 p.m. Prince Irene, 43, 68 Jordan Dr., Stoughton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a child under 14, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under $250 after a disturbance between a customer and employee at Vinny’s Sunoco on E. Ashland Street.

7:06 p.m. A Southworth Street stepfather and stepdaughter were arrested and charged with assault and battery after a domestic disturbance. Charged were Jennifer Mickel, 27, 124 Southworth St. and Thomas E. Rogers, 48, 124 Southworth St.

8:20 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after a caller from Custer Street reported a fight with her brother.

11:57 p.m. Theresa Ann Finnell, 34, 68 Harvard St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person 60 or older and two counts of assault and battery after a caller reported daughter came in and destroyed the apartment.

9:04 a.m. Gilson Moraes, 19, 34 Harrison Ave., Abington was charged with driving without a license and crosswalk violation after a traffic stop near Pleasant Street and Warren Avenue.

10:09 a.m. Carol Jezard, 47, 44 Sinnott St., W. Bridgewater was charged with driving with a suspended license and a suspended registration after a traffic stop near Keith Avenue Extension.
10:43 a.m. Cameron Hill, 17, 270 W. Elm St., Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property after a caller reported a domestic violence disturbance and that he was busting up her walls.

10:44 a.m. Junior I Dasilva, 23, 6 Bolton Place, Brockton was charged with driving without a license, marked lanes violation and lights violation after a traffic stop near Clinton Avenue and W. Elm Street.

12:48 p.m. David Pina, 39, 29 Intervale St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported hearing fighting and a male assaulting a female with children in the background crying.

1:21 p.m. Rene Ramos, 19, 189 Belmont St., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop on Warren Avenue.

2:17 p.m. A Centre Street caller reported a female walking down the street with blood all over the left side of her face and a cut lip. Police report the woman was uncooperative and would only say a man punched her in the face to get her cigarettes.

3:23 p.m. The Community Bank at 276 Quincy St. reports a white male, about 30-years-old and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a black bandana over his face robbed the bank by threatening to use a bomb. Suspect fled over a fence and headed east on Frost Street.

4:29 p.m. Raymond Lima, 27, 14 Stearns Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder after the report of an incident on April 14 at
5:52 p.m. Lima turned 27 on the day of his arrest.

5 p.m. Frank Romen Torres, 30, 1180 Main St., Brockton was charged with violating a restraining order after a call about the violation from Main Street.

6:35 p.m. A caller from Belmont Street reports she left her apartment unlocked and came home to find someone cut up a lot of her clothes and urinated on her belongings. Caller reports nothing is missing.

7:02 p.m. Shawn E. Galano, 35, 41 Almon Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and threat to commit a crime after a call from Grove Street about a domestic violence problem.

7:04 p.m Elijah K. Finch, 21, 86 Battles St., Brockton was charged with attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and violation of a restraining order after police responded to call from a Field Street woman reporting her ex hit her in the face, chocked her and hit her in the face leaving cuts and scratches.

10:42 p.m. A clerk at Giannaros Liquors on Main Street reports a black male, about 20-years-old with a thin goatee, wearing a dark sweatshirt or jacket, white T-shirt and blue jeans who was in the parking lot shot at the store six times. Caller reports they have the shooter on video.

1 p.m. Jason Dasilva, 24, 92 Copeland St., W. Bridgewater was charged with driving with a revoked license, an obstructed window and improper operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Thatcher Street.

1:51 p.m. Alexandra Gordon, 20, 35 Heritage Dr., Rockland was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Crescent Street.

1:51 p.m. Sandy Salviono Lopes, 20, 45 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with threats to commit a crime and intimidating a witness after Family Life Center on Father Kenney Way reported a client at the facility was receiving calls threatening to kill her.

1:57 p.m. Willie Brown, 45, 832 Centre St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after State Police reported receiving a call from a female requesting an officer.

1:15 a.m. Chelsea Kwiatkowski, 17, 1453 Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and a default warrant after a Belmont Street caller reported his ex-girlfriend was in his apartment and assaulted him.

1:16 a.m. Audrey Baughman, 39, 298 North Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a North Avenue caller reported a domestic violence problem.

1:45 a.m. A man is transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center and his car is towed after a caller reported that a man near Spring and N. Main streets was unconscious in a motor vehicle and the rear window of the vehicle is smashed.

9:24 a.m. Douglas Almeida, 22, 5 Wendell Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop near E. Ashland and N. Quincy streets.

10:56 a.m. Augusta Jackson, 53, 111 Green St., Brockton was charged with violating a restraining order after a caller reported she had pushed her way into his apartment and is refusing to leave.

11:49 a.m. Police arrested a man on a motorcycle near Bouve Street. Arrested and charged was Dallisson Silva, 25, 74c Elm St., of Framingham. He was charged with failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, negligent operation of motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, speeding and two counts of failure to stop or yield, two counts of passing violations and failure to keep right on a hill or with an obstructed view.

1:51 p.m. Police searched the Dupont Circle area after reports of gunshots being fired. Caller reports seven shots possibly near Bates and Pine streets. Police found a bullet hole at 70 Pine St.
5:15 p.m. Paul Charles Wilkinson, 38, 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a report that two white males had beat up a white female near the Timothy Holster Playground on W. Chestnut Street.

5:33 p.m. Ubirata de Oliveira Ferreira, 28, 242 Belmont St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery and driving without a license after his girlfriend called to report he had punched her in the face during an argument.

6:48 p.m. Matthew Tarr, 17, 442 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a caller reported he was at the back door.

1:04 a.m. Paul Anderson, 43, 157 Mansfield Ave., Norton was charged with trespass, malicious destruction of property over $250, possession of burglarious tools, attempt to commit a crime and resisting arrest. Police responded to Pearl Street where a detail officer reported a breaking and entering in progress at Verizon supply lot. Police reported while attempting to arrest Anderson, two officers came in contact with Anderson’s blood. Police reported they had fresh wounds acquired while jumping over a chain link fence while chasing Anderson.

2:31 a.m. Jose Santos, 23, 101 Cherry St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a counterfeit drugs, two local warrants and two default warrants after police pursued a man reported as suspicious, possibly being armed and last seen behind the main library.

5:11 a.m. Two Brockton residents were arrested and charged with possession to distribute a class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, after a traffic stop near Main Street. Joao Monteiro, 24, 1037, N. Main St., was also charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to violate drug laws, drug violation near a school or park, speeding and failure to stop or yield. Mario Lopes Pereira, 23, 22 Roan Court was also charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws and a drug violation near a school or park.

7:02 a.m. Michael Pedini, 38, 18 Trepainer St., S. Attleboro was charged with assault and battery and kidnapping after a woman went to police headquarters to report her boyfriend assaulted her.

12:43 p.m. Maria Teixeira, 47, 865 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Main Street.

11:37 p.m. Mainspring on N. Main Street called to report a female just showed up at the door beaten up and her face all bloodied. The woman told police she was assaulted in Dedham and would contact Dedham police to make a report. The woman was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center for care.

12:41 a.m. Marcos Mariot, 21, 39 E. Union St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and lights violation after a traffic stop on Oak Street and Campanelli Drive.

3:05 a.m. James Andrews IV, 19 Hazard St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a woman said she was at the Elm Court Hotel on W. Elm Street where a man choked her, pulled her earrings out of her ears. The woman left the hotel and called police from Gay Street.

12:53 a.m. Gregory Sullivan, 23, 69 Hovendon Ave., Brockton was charged with drunk driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation after an accident on Oak Street.

2:17 a.m. Three Brockton men were charged with carjacking after a caller on Dailey Road reported he was jumped by two kids who stole his 1997 Toyota Camry. Charged with carjacking were:
Julious C. Franks Jr., 22, 33 Downey Road; Anthony Scott, 23, 148 Kevin Road; and Daniel L. Curtis, 22, 153 Dixon Road. Curtis was also charged with assault and battery.

3:46 a.m. Five men were arrested after police responded to a Harvard Street caller who reported two males in a driveway were stealing rims off cars in the neighborhood and one had just jumped over a fence into a backyard.
Arrested were Alvaro Andrade, 19, 231 Tremont St., Taunton; Pierre Delaneau, 19, 22 Cheryl Lane, Hyde Park; Michael Teixeira, 21, 39 Harvard St., Brockton; Ryan N. Lincoln, 19, 527 Manley St., W. Bridgewater; and Roberto Melendez, 27, 34 Hill St., Brockton.
All five were charged with larceny over $250, receiving a stolen motor vehicle and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

7:04 a.m. Three Brockton men were charged with trafficking in heroin, morphine and opium. Arrested were Kenneth Harris, 26, 16 Deanna Road, Duarte A. Lopes, 44, 16 Deanna Road and Robert R. Knight, 27, 15 Sheppard St.
Both were also charged with possession to distribute a Class C drug, possession of a Class E drug, unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

11:23 a.m. A N. Main Street caller reports a purple 1993 Honda Accord has been stolen.

12:03 p.m. Bruno Brito, 25, 142 Forest Ave., Brockton was charged with possession of a Class D drug, usually marijuana, disturbing the peace, malicious destruction of property over $250 and felony breaking and entering a building during the daytime. Police arrested Brito after a Forest Avenue caller reported two males had run out of a house near Menlo and Grafton streets, got into a gray car and sped off. The car, the caller reported, then pulled into 141 Forest Ave. and the men ran into the house.

12:58 p.m. A caller from Highland Street reports a green 1997 Honda Accord has been stolen.

2:16 p.m. Four Brockton men were charged with assault and battery, assault with dangerous weapons and affray after a caller from Pleasant Street reported a large group of homeless people hanging around out front of Olympic Market.
Arrested were Richard H. Pierce Jr., 48, 54 N. Main St.; John Nelson, 47, 54 N. Main St., James Broadus, 47, 33 Oakdale St.; and John Ohman, 41.

2:41 p.m. David James Carroll, 34, 419 Warren Ave.. Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and marked lanes violation after a traffic stop near City Hall Square.

2:55 p.m. Omini L. Williams, 21, 127 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and warrants after a caller near Newbury and W. Elm streets reported a brick was thrown through a car window.

4:35 p.m. A 14-year-old girl was charged with assault and battery after a Stillman Avenue woman reported her daughter and a friend were walking home from school and were jumped by several other girls.

8:51 p.m. Two Ash Street residents were arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine after police executed a warrant at 456 Ash Street. Charged were Dinah Hernandez, 33, and Daniel Rodriguez, 35. Also arrested was Angel Concepcion, 30, 101 Forest Ave., Brockton was arrested on two default warrants.

9:06 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was charged with assault, assault and battery and threat to commit a crime after Transition House on Montello Street reported a situation.

9:09 p.m. Shawn Davenport, 23, 20 Berry St., Quincy was charged with threat to commit a crime after a Sumner Street caller reported a group of people was out front trying to call out the caller’s 21-year-old son. The caller reported all were screaming and one in the group said he was going to get a gun and come back.

9:12 p.m. A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 after a Forest Avenue caller reported daughter’s cell phone was stolen.

9:53 p.m. Good Samaritan Hospital reports a woman was in the emergency room with a stab wound to an arm. The woman would not give any information about the wound to ER doctor.

11:14 p.m. Carolyn Johnson, 41, 25 Taber Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon after a roommate called to report Johnson was pushing and throwing things at him.

2:19 a.m. George A. Baker, 40, 42 Green St, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after a caller from Brockton Hospital on Centre Street reported a man causing a disturbance.

9:19 a.m. Two Plymouth residents were charged with reporting a false crime after an arrested person at Brockton District Court was released because of false allegations. Charged with reporting a false crime were Clayton Dent Jr., 25, W. 21 Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth and Crystal Lee Bertozzi, 22, W 21 Algonquin Terrace. Dent was also charged with intimidating a witness.

9:32 a.m. Jose Alex Pabon, 36, 28 Charles St., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license, no inspection sticker and motor vehicle lights violation after a traffic stop near Warren Avenue and Pleasant Street.

12:39 p.m. Sarah Davis, 19, 348 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported his girlfriend was in a fight with her sister.

2:50 p.m. A police officer investigated a report that two white males were in a bathroom injecting drugs at the McDonald’s on N. Montello Street. An officer found two hypodermic needles on the men, but no drugs, which were believed to be flushed. The men were searched and no drugs were found. The men were told not to return to the McDonald’s and their information was entered into police databases.

1:01 p.m. Charles Brycen McLane, 34, 25 Columbia St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Columbia Street caller reported she was punched in the face by a tenant’s boyfriend.

1:24 p.m. Monique Carter, 19, 30 Nye Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Nye Avenue caller reported her sister hit her with a shoe.

4:57 p.m. A caller from Winnifred Road reports house has been ransacked and back window smashed.

8:20 p.m. Shawn Nichols, 25, 5 Glade St., Worcester was arrested on a warrant after a bus dispatcher called to report Nichols was hanging onto a bus and would not let the bus move.

8:22 p.m. A caller from Celinas Market on N. Main Street reported a customer ran out the door without paying for lottery tickets.

10:41 p.m. Henry E. Gray, 39, 40 Farrington St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a female caller from Farrington Street reported she locked herself in the bathroom and her father and brother were arguing.

11:07 p.m. A Bartlett Street caller reported a 1997 gray Honda Accord has been stolen minutes after she walked into the house. The same vehicle was reported stolen on Sunday and recovered out of gas on Ames Street. Caller reports the car is overheating and would likely not get far.

11:48 p.m. Lisa Jolie, 42, 33 W. Elm St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after her daughter reported Jolie grabbed her by the neck and hit her in the face.

1:18 a.m. Michael Anthony Townshend, 19, 57 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with a person under 21 in possession of alcohol and Nick Silva Andrade, 22, was charged with possession of a Class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, after a traffic stop on Pleasant Street.

6 a.m. Marie Carline Kenol, 33, 203 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to a motor vehicle after her husband called to report Kenol smashed his car into his while he was in it at Circuit City at the Westgate Mall. Robert Kenol was arrested Saturday after a domestic violence dispute on Prospect Street.

10:30 a.m. Neila Deandrade, 20, 82 Stillman Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and unregistered motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Centre Street.

4:03 p.m. Christa Balinda Cooper, 49, 166 Melrose St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a man called to report his girlfriend choked him.

5:12 p.m. Gary Kirkland, 22, 24 Silver Road, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Silver Road caller reported her ex-boyfriend assaulted her.

8:05 p.m. Jeremiah Namo, 24, 60 Canton Road, Randolph was charged with assault after a domestic violence call from Oak Street.

8:59 p.m. Rene Serrato, 45, 34 Provost St., Brockton was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. Police received a call from a woman at Dorn Davies Senior Center on Main Street reporting another man in the building had tried to kiss her and put his hands down her pants. She repeatedly told him to stop and would like to speak to an officer.

12:42 a.m. Dannielle Connor, 39, 41 Wilbur St., Abington was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 after a Leahy Road caller reported someone threw an object through a house window.

1:18 a.m. Two women were charged with disorderly conduct after police received a call reporting a woman was being assaulted in front of Dino’s Bar on Main Street. Charged were: Shawna M. Wright, 23, 285 Hatherly Road, Scituate and Shameika Wright, 23, 65 Franks Lane, Hanover.

4:30 a.m. Gregory Paluccio, 54, 45 Welsford St., Brockton was charged with assault and threat to commit a crime after his step-son called to report he is in fear of his life.

4:49 a.m. Edson Brito, 27, 27 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace after a domestic dispute with his wife involving a knife.

7:24 a.m. Sandy Salviono Lopes, 20, 45 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with felony breaking and entering a building in the daytime and trespass after a Summer Street caller reported a male wearing a red T-shirt and dark hooded sweatshirt was breaking into a house.

9:12 a.m. A Milton Street caller reports all four tires on a 2002 Honda Accord SE were stolen.

12:40 p.m. Damon Glass, 34, 11 Albert Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding after a traffic stop on N. Cary Street.

1:11 p.m. Police issued a sudden death report after a caller reported an unconscious man at a park near White Avenue and Montello Street.

2:34 p.m. Joshua E. Santos, 19, 110 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic violence 911 call from Arthur Paquin Way.

3:42 p.m. Silvia-Lorena Quiroa-Reyes, 24, 101 Barton St., Pawtucket, R.I., was charged with shoplifting after a caller from Sears at Westgate Mall reported a female shoplifter.

3:51 p.m. Police investigated a charge of sexual assault earlier this morning at the Guardian Center at 888 N. Main St. The victim reported she knows the suspect. Victim was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital for medical care and evidence.

4:33 p.m. Joao Alendo DeSilva, 49, 218 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer and disturbing the peace after a 911 call from Pleasant Street.

5:11 p.m. Eliseo Perez, 42, 26 Tyler St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting after a call from Kmart on Main Street reporting security has a suspect in custody.

7:15 p.m. Robert Kenol, 32, 203 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after a domestic violence report on Prospect Street.

7:25 p.m. Andy Alves, 18, 312 Quincy St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his mother called to report he was out of control.

12:52 p.m. Police arrested three men and charged them with felony breaking and entering at nighttime, larceny over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250 after a Dover Street caller reported seven to 10 men had kicked in the door of a building often used as a studio where musical bands play.

Kaylen Scott, 21, 60 Parker St., Brockton; Troy Belcher, 19, 286 Pleasant, Brockton and Richard J. Hubbard, 45, 19 Walford Park Dr., Canton.

2:26 a.m. Daniel J. Moore, 20, 87 Parker St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, attempt to commit a crime and assault and battery after a report of a robbery at the BAT bus terminal on Commercial Street.

7:22 a.m. Laurie Tavares, 39, 196 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and failure to yield at an intersection after a traffic stop near Brockton High School on Belmont Street.

8:54 a.m. A 14-year-old boy was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a Centre Street caller reported two teen males were fighting.

6:41 a.m. Lionel Roy, 45, 30 Banks St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a female called to report she was arguing with Roy over money.

8:06 a.m. Two people were charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a report from Liberty Street that a worker attacked a manager. Charged were: Leonel S. Tavares, 29, 27 Battles Farm Road, Brockton and Adil Tahi, 34, 373 Sea St., Quincy.

8:19 a.m. Alishia Hicks, 28, 61 Brook St., Brockton was charged with felony breaking and entering a building in the daytime and malicious destruction of property over $250 after a Green Street landlord called to report Hicks was breaking into his property.

10:04 a.m. A male was brought to Brockton Hospital’s emergency room after a caller from Salameh Home Furniture on Main Street reported a man laying on the ground not moving and unable to wake him up.

10:42 a.m. Battles Street caller reports house broken into, tools stolen and basement windows broken.

11:34 a.m. A Connell Avenue caller reports house broken into.

12:48 p.m. An 11-year-old was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and disturbing the peace after a call from the Raymond Elementary School on School Street.

12:52 p.m. Marian Clark, 49, 193 Main St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after a Main Street caller reported an assault.

1:41 p.m. Fred Gurley, 49, 11 Lyon Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license, marked violations and a default warrant after a traffic stop near Oak and Battles streets.
1:55 p.m. David Cefail, 38, 27 Silver Road, Brockton was charged with felony breaking and entering in the daytime and malicious destruction of property over $250 after his girlfriend reported he broke into her house while she was in the hospital.

2:20 p.m. Christopher M. Hess, 25, 802 Liberty St., Rockland was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, intimidating a witness and malicious destruction of property over $250 after Abington Police reported Hess’s girlfriend went to the hospital after a fight in Abington on Wellington Place.

3:43 p.m. A West Street caller reports the theft of a bullet-proof vest from a Randolph police officer.

5:05 p.m. Emmanuel Tessier, 23, 88 Fuller St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his wife reported he put his hands on her and tried to slash her car tires.

6:47 p.m. Kourtney Leanne Washburn, 24, 279 Auburn St., Bridgewater was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug, usually marijuana, and drug violation near a school or park.

7:51 p.m. David W. Garrett, 17, 7 Garden Road, Brockton was charged with armed and masked robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon after a disturbance call from Wyman Street.

9:21 p.m. Lisa D. Ruffin, 41, 248 William Kelly Road, E. Wareham was charged with larceny by check over $250 and forgery of check after Copeland Toyota on Copeland Street reported larceny of a check for $1,500.

10:06 p.m. Dennis Burton, 58, 13 Park St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his 29-year-old daughter reported he was hitting her.

12:55 a.m. Desmond Fredrick Jones, 24, 19 Adams St., Holbrook was charged with failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and failure to stop or yield after an attempted traffic stop near Goddard Road and Ellsworth Street that escalated into a pursuit.

8:11 p.m. Ryan Bennett, 26, 102 Ferris Ave., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery after police received a call from a woman screaming, “he’s hitting me” and the line went dead.
