4:43 a.m. Disturbance by a family at 50 Sewell St. Caller states her son is trying to come in the house, but she doesn't want him there. Michael B. Vargas, 29, 33 West Elm St., Apt. #225, Brockton was summonsed for misdemeanor B&E, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

7:18 a.m. B&E attempt at 13 Frederick Douglas Ave. Caller is maintenance man and he heard someone kick in the window in the front of the building. Unknown if anyone got in.

1:44 a.m. Disturbance by a family at 103 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller states she has been arguing with her husband and wants him to leave but he refuses. Ricardo Elien, 29, 103 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. #8, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

4:08 a.m. Domestic violence call at 165 Carl Ave. Caller states her ex-boyfriend just came to her house and is allegedly drunk and head-butted her. Manuel M. Barbosa, 27, 165 Carl Ave., Apt. #F197, Brockton was charged with A&B.

7:07 a.m. Sudden death at The Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Fire department called and states hotel employee requesting police. Ambulance was called to check on a female party complaining of her arm hurting.
8:21 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at 19 Ellsworth Ave. Caller states boyfriend allegedly took cell phone and pushed her out of the way. Adilson J. Almeida, 32, 23 Ellsworth Ave., Apt. #3R, Brockton was charged with A&B and larceny from person.

10:08 a.m. Domestic violence call at 27 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller states she told her boyfriend to leave because she wants to be with someone else and he allegedly assaulted her. Edson Brito, 30, 27 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. #7, Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:33 a.m. B&E attempt at 48 Melrose Ave. Basement door broken out. It looks like someone tried to get in.

11:44 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at 17 North Ave. Caller's husband allegedly pushed her against the hallway stairs. Then he grabbed her by the arm in the bedroom in front of both her children. He took her cell phone and her son’s cell phone. Russell Grant, 46, 83 Mass Ave., Walpole was charged with A&B, intimidation of a witness, and larceny over $250.

1:15 p.m. Domestic violence call at 382 Moraine St. Caller is in front and states baby's father refusing to give her their 2-year-old daughter and allegedly threw a toy at her. John Patrick Kinney, 23, 68 Fuller St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon, A&B, and possession Class B drug.

3:56 p.m. Domestic violence call at Dahlborg Macnevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St. Robert Stockwell, 23, 647 Main St., Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:21 p.m. Threats see the complainant at Wainwright, 69 Candy Lane. Caller states her uncle allegedly threatened to come over with a bat to beat up her husband. Uncle just showed up. Paul McBee, 57, 1126 San Pablo Dr., San Marcos, California was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

6:31 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at 115 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller states she was walking home from store and ex-boyfriend allegedly drove by her, got out of the car and hit her in the back of the head. Anthony Jose Vicente, 21, 310 Grafton St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:27 p.m. Man with a gun in the vicinity of Prestige Gas, 781 Warren Ave. Male party in a silver car pulled a gun on her and tried to get her purse. She is inside the gas station. The car went right onto Warren Avenue. ETD tried to call back victim several times with no answer. Cruisers circled the area and the clerk at the store had no idea where she went. The car in question was stopped and the driver stated that he did pick up a common night walker, gave her fake bills and this is when the caller became enraged.

12:13 a.m. Unknown emergency at 310 Grafton St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly threatened to shoot her and she did not see the gun but that it is somewhere in the basement. Police report taken.

1:29 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Cardoso Cafe, 146 Montello St. Allegedly drunk female outside and the bar is refusing to let her in. Nunu Pinto, 23, 59 Denton St., Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and carry dangerous weapon.

2:21 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of Downey School, 55 Electric Ave. Massasoit Police are checking the area with reports of 4 shots being heard.

2:50 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon--gun in the vicinity of 15 Huntington St. Male party "Rodrick" online stating a Spanish speaking only male just walked up to the porch and has been shot twice in the head. Injured man stated someone tried to kill him. Caller unable to provide any further info. Ambulance sent and victim en route to Boston Medical Center.

3:27 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 36 Broad St. Caller states someone just broke her front house window but can't see anyone around.

6:12 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V at 193 North Main St. Chevy Tahoe with shattered windshield.

6:58 a.m. Unknown Emergency at the BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Unknown male party online stating that someone took his baby at bus station. Male party is yelling and apparently following parties. Unknown female states she and her friends are being followed by her friend’s boyfriend. They drove to the station. Adelin Jules, 35, 48 Galen St., Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B dangerous weapon on a child under 14, A&B and reckless operation of motor vehicle.

7:03 a.m. Larceny investigation at 33 Johnson Square. All 4 tires stolen from car.

9:14 a.m. B&E M/V investigation at 87 Grafton St. Caller stated someone went into her vehicle and stole her purse.

10:15 a.m. Larceny investigation at African Hair Braiding Store, 1 Perkins Ave. Slandy Cherfils, 30, 67 Keith Ave., Brockton was charged with larceny under $250, credit card fraud under $250, forge or utter forged credit card and receiving stolen property under $250.

11:19 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 92 Tribou St. 1996 Toyota Camry stolen.

11:36 a.m. Code enforcement at 58 Hunt St. Three unregistered vehicles on property. Two listed in call tagged with 72-hour notice. No answer at door.

12:52 p.m. Code enforcement at 386 Montello St. Several barrels and recycle bins in the street causing a hazard.

2:19 p.m. Code enforcement at The Renaissance Building, 88 North Main St. Illegal dumping on the property and allegedly caught on video. Carlos Almeida, 31, 248 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was summonsed for city ordinance violation.

2:37 p.m. Check Property at 562 North Main St. & 33 Battles St. Members of the Outcast MC Club allegedly drinking in the parking lot of Golden Corner. Dumped the beers and issued warning. No further action taken at this time.

4:47 p.m. Domestic violence call at Kevin Road. 16-year-old son calling states Mom allegedly beat him with a bat. He states she is in the room crying and telling him she was going to tell police that he beat her up. Caller states her 16-year-old son came home and assaulted her. Juvenile arrest of 16 year old for A&B and witness intimidation.

5:03 p.m. Violation of 209A order at 102 Richmond St. Caller wants to report a violation of 209A order. Lauraine E. Ayemoba, 47, 40 Kevin Road, Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

5:49 p.m. B&E investigation at 25 Nilsson St. Caller came home and found her house broken into and unsure if anyone is inside.

6:16 p.m. B&E investigation at 135 Rockland Dr. Unknown party broke into the house.

7:27 p.m. B&E investigation at 134 Oak St. Caller states someone cut the screen window and stole laptop.

9:20 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at 37 Foster St. Black male, no shirt bleeding from a fight that just happened. Frederick Campbell, 32, 37 Foster St., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.

11:16 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Pedro A. Fernandes, 27, 74 Otis St., Apt. # 2, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct.

11:58 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at Clinton St. Caller states his 16-year-old stepson stole his gray Nissan Versa. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for use of M/V without authority and unlicensed operation of M/V.

1:49 a.m. B&E motor vehicle at 33 Keith Ave. Short black male wearing a blue pin-stripped shirt and a dark hoodie stated to the caller he was coming back with a gun. Second caller states the suspect came back to above location with 2 other males and they are being chased on Warren Ave.

4:59 a.m. Domestic violence call at 1 Millet St. Caller states his ex allegedly broke into apartment, kicked in bedroom door and assaulted his female friend. Caller reports she allegedly punched him in the face 3 times. Caller also states she "smashed" flat screen T.V. Yessenia Reyes, 24, 388 Highland St., East Bridgewater was summonsed for felony B&E a building in the night time, 2 counts of A&B, and malicious destruction of property over $250.

9:39 a.m. Code enforcement at 99 Brookside Ave. Stand by for the city engineer who is responding from city hall. Neighbors report a problem with the wall that was built and the damage to the city sidewalk. Met with city engineer he is going to send a letter telling the home owner he has to remove the wall down to 42.5 inches because it blocks the site line of Brookside Avenue and Churchill Avenue.
The engineer also addresses the sidewalk that was ruined with the party who claimed to be the home owner. He stated he will take care of the problem when he "gets around to it." The city will send a letter and give a week to fix it. If no action is taken code enforcement will seek a court order in housing court.

10:18 a.m. Code enforcement at 95 Churchill Ave. Met with city engineer on scene who is going to send a letter to the property owner to trim back bushes at the corner of Brookside Avenue because they block the site line up the street for cars pulling onto busy Brookside Avenue.


12:56 p.m. Alarm telephone and attempted robbery at Harbor One Credit Union, 820 North Main St. Silent panic hold-up alarm sounding. White male about 6-feet tall and wearing a Red Sox or Patriots hat, white shirt, jeans and glasses attempted a robbery by showing a note. BCI notified.

2:40 p.m. B&E investigation at 160 Mulberry St. Entry through cellar. Laptop taken.

2:49 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at 1081 Warren Ave. Caller states about 20 people came to her door way to fight her 17-year-old daughter. Viana Bien Aime, 18, 452 Warren Ave., Brockton was summonsed for A&B, and A&B with dangerous weapon.

2:50 p.m. B&E in progress at 11 Ellis St. Caller states a male party in blue jeans, black sweater, yellow striped shirt ran from back of house into a red jeep and is heading towards Prospect.

3:20 p.m. Domestic violence call at 48 Galen St. Husband allegedly broke her cell phone and tried to hit her in the face. Adelin Jules, 35, 48 Galen St., Brockton was charged with assault.

3:21 p.m.Assault & battery with D/W in the vicinity of soccer field behind housing on Oakdale Street. Caller states a black male is allegedly assaulting 3 white females--caller is one of them. Caller states he is throwing crates at them. Guy Finch, 47, 40 Ellen Road, Brockton was charged with drinking in public. Daniel Nicholas Delgado, 63, 54 North Main St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:38 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation on Hunt Street. 12-year-old son was shot with a BB on Hunt Street. Child being transported to Brockton Hospital ER. Unsure if this is a gunshot wound.

5:30 p.m. B&E investigation at 60 Chilton Road. House broken into.

6:06 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Carlos A. Veiga, 34, 53 Foster St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug and failure to signal.

7:38 p.m. Shoplifting at Vicente’s Tropical Grocery, 689 Main St. Alleged female shoplifter just left in a green car. Nicole Anne Legault, 39, 27 Blaine St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with common & notorious thief, larceny over $250 and default warrant. Paula Ann Saulenas, 37, 71 Packard Way, Brockton was summonsed for common & notorious thief and larceny over $250.

9:43 p.m. Assault & battery in progress in the vicinity of Green Street. Caller states her friend sent her a text saying she is allegedly being assaulted by 3 other females. Tamara King, 20, 263 Pine Grove, Brockton was charged with threatening to commit a crime and default warrant.

1:11 a.m. Domestic violence call at 40 Kevin Road. Caller states he just came home and wife is allegedly drunk, arguing with him and threatened his life. Lauraine E. Ayemoba, 46, 85 Maplewood Circle, Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

6:17 a.m. B&E investigation at 53 Ellis Street. Caller states apartment was broken into. She believes it may have been her boyfriend she threw out last night.

11:44 a.m. Larceny investigation at Walmart, 700 Oak St. See loss prevention about alleged employee theft. Mark Anderson, 21, 66 Lisa Dr., Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250.

2:10 p.m. B&E investigation at 141 Hillberg. Apartment broken into.

2:11 p.m. Larceny investigation at Family Dollar Store, 222 East Ashland St. Female stole several items and fled in a car. Police given license plate #.

3:28 p.m. B&E investigation at 71 Churchill Ave. Home broken into.

3:59 p.m. Disturbance at 226 West Elm St. Three parties who are allegedly trying to fight with the caller's kids. Parties are friends of the new 1st floor tenants. Argument over 10-year-old child. No one wishes to press charges. Clayton Johnston, 18, 226 West Elm St., Brockton was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon and 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

5:23 p.m. Larceny investigation at Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. Black male in his 30's stole several jackets and fled in a gray Dodge Ram. He is heading toward Lowes.

5:25 p.m. B&E investigation at 11 Lebanon St. Caller states their residence was "broken" into.

6:43 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 93 Guild Road. Stolen on 10/12/11 at 6:30 p.m. was a 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe.

6:49 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at 79 Otis St. They got a call with a female yelling she is not going to take it anymore. Weberston Etienne, 28, 78 Otis St., Apt. #3, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

7:44 p.m. B&E investigation at 51 Market St. Apartment was broken into.

9:08 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at 21 Goddard Road. Caller states male party is outside allegedly beating up his cousin. Anthony Ganzzllas, 46, 193 North Main St., Brockton was charged with A&B and default warrant.

3:36 a.m. Threats see the complainant. 53 Ellis St., Apt. 2. Caller states 2 men were just in her hallway looking for her boyfriend and they threatened her when they were leaving. They said they would be back.

5:54 a.m. Assault investigate. Jack’s Breakfast, 205 Belmont St. Employee states a female entered the restaurant and stated she was assaulted and had her phone stolen. John L. Eggleston, 40, of 10 Brook St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B on a person 60 or over/elder or disabled person, witness intimidation, larceny over $250.

6:17 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 389 Belmont St., Apt. 9. Someone smashed his windows, slashed his tires and smeared mustard all over his car.

9:54 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 W. Elm St. Caller states her boyfriend was upset and allegedly started throwing things around in the room. He allegedly grabbed her and threw her around, too. Caller states she hit him in the head to get him off her. Boyfriend has left. Party is not answering her phone. Second call from boyfriend states he was trying to leave the room when the girlfriend hit him in the head with a lamp. He is out front of the hotel. He also mentioned a knife was involved. Richard A. Champignie, 34, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 419, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

10:40 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 101 Packard Way. Windshield smashed.

10:58 a.m. Larceny investigation. Lowe’s, 125 Westgate Dr. Caller states someone stole tools out of his work truck.

11:23 a.m. A&B investigate. 30 Winter St., Apt. 1. Caller reports son was allegedly assaulted by a tenant in the building. Tammi Lee Fiasconaro, 30, of 30 Winter St., Apt. 6, Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:03 p.m. Larceny investigation. F.W. Webb, 60 Industrial Road. Party in a black Ford Explorer just stole some copper pipe. Suspect left scene. Police given license plate #. Party came into lobby to report possibly former employee used his account and tried to charge $650 of copper piping to it.

12:15 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Westgate Conference Center. See caller for removal of an employee who was allegedly caught stealing. Manager wants employee out. Christopher Michael Azevedo, 27, of 464 Foundry St., Easton was charged with foreign warrant.

1:54 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigate. 51 Reservoir St. GPS, tools and some other items taken from truck.

4:25 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. 120 Hatchfield Dr. Stereo system gone.

4:52 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. Toys R Us, 105 Campanelli Dr. Jimmy Archer, 19, of 1 Morton Square, Stoughton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

4:56 p.m. A&B in progress. 81 S. Leyden St. Caller reports two females in the street allegedly punching each other. Tiara Tinkler, 18, of 162 Perkins Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton and Tamiko Terry, 33, of 82 S. Leyden St., Apt. 3, Brockton were charged with A&B.

5:40 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Price Rite, 21 Torrey St. Oliver J. Snyder, 35, of 27 Allen St., Apt. 1R, Brockton was charged with trespass.

7:19 p.m. A&B in progress. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Byron Eaton, 41, of 20 Normandy St., Apt. 2, Dorchester was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

7:48 p.m. Domestic violence call. 6 Olive Terrace. Caller reports a man just allegedly choked her, hit her and slashed her tires. Second call from the man states his baby’s mother allegedly was smoking crack and she is lying. He states he will come to the lobby. Anthony Dew, 29, of 16 Astoria St., Dorchester was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of A&B, and malicious damage to M/V.

7:54 p.m. B&E attempted. 28 Clifford Ave. Caller states neighbors 17 and 19-year-old sons were trying to get into her house while she was the store. Caller reports neighbor stopped the males, but this is an ongoing problem. Under investigation.

7:59 p.m. B&E investigate. 80 Melrose Ave. Apt. 2. TV and $1,000 taken.

8:20 p.m. B&E investigate. 120 Winnifred Road. Caller came home and found someone broke in through back window.

9:38 p.m. Domestic violence call. 7 Garden Road. Caller states her husband allegedly beat her. She states she cut him. Yelling in background. Caller allegedly states her husband, “set her up to kill him.” Susan Garrett, 47, of 7 Garden Road, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder.

10:47 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 141 Market St., Apt. 2. Caller stated he looked out his window and saw a female in a white T-shirt and pajama bottoms near his car. He went downstairs, the female is gone and he has two flat tires.

10:50 p.m. Disturbance. 271 Centre St. Victim is in the lobby and states his roommate stole his passport. Victim was told yesterday to wait for police to go back to the house. Victim left anyway and is her now stating the roommate is trying to fight with him. Told victim to head back to the house and wait for police. Language barrier. Victim stated roommate speaks English.

10:53 p.m. Suspicious person. 176 Boylston St. Caller states two black males were walking by his house about 30 minutes ago. He just went out to his car and the door was open. The car has been rummaged through but only loose change and a flashlight has been taken. Caller did not want a report made. Just requests an officer check the area. One suspect is heavy set wearing a gray sweatshirt, the other is wearing a black jacket.

Flavio Fontes Montrond, 17, of 16 Owens Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat in the nighttime and larceny under $250.
Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat in the nighttime, and larceny from truck.

11:29 p.m. Domestic violence call. 81 Walnut St. Apt. 3. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly beat her up. He is still in the house and her face is swollen. Tatiana Tavares, 19, of 81 Walnut St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and assault with dangerous weapon.

12:02 a.m. Disturbance. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Caller reports a man causing a disturbance in the ER. They would like him removed. Man removed.

12:29 a.m. Unknown emergency. 183 Battles St. White male, wearing a T-shirt, jeans and carrying a picture in his hand is banging on her door yelling a female needs help. Harris Ainslee, 52, of 189 Battles Farm Road, Brockton was charged with three counts of malicious destruction of property under $250.

1:02 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 47 Highland St. Caller states he wants his girlfriend removed from his house. Matter settled.

1:40 a.m. Domestic violence call. 17 Melrose Ave. Caller states her mother and father just returned home and are allegedly drunk and were physically fighting. Reports father is now locked in the house and mother is outside breaking windows trying to get in. Mother may have hurt hand. Geraldo C. Silveira, 50, of 17 Melrose Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:57 a.m. Disturbance by a family. 687 N. Cary St. Caller states her fiancé keeps arguing with her and making the baby cry. Caller wants him removed from front door.

2:03 a.m. Disturbance. 106 School St. & 165 Montello St. Large group in the street looks like they want to fight. Arguing with everyone. Matter settled.

2:04 a.m. A&B investigate. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Report taken.

2:07 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 54 Holmes St. Fire requested for possible injury. Charles Sterling, 48, of 54 Holmes St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:18 a.m. Disturbance. 44 Milton St., Apt. 2. Caller states his ex-girlfriend is threatening him and his new girlfriend. States they are locked inside a vehicle parked at above. Ex-girlfriend is outside. Cancel. Male called back to say ex-girlfriend left.

3:13 a.m. Disturbance. 7-Eleven, 662 Belmont St. Matter settled.

4:37 a.m. M/V accident. 553 Copeland St. M/V went off the road and hit something. BCI notified. Victor Silva, 28, of 88 Myrtle St., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of M/V, marked lanes violation, speeding, and negligent operation of M/V.

9:51 a.m. Welfare check. Summer Street. Caller states her 24-year-old daughter just left the house and is a danger to herself because she is a drug user. Woman located and transported to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.

11:12 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 435 Westgate Dr. They want an employee removed that has been stealing from the store. Party was transported off property.

12:11 p.m. A&B in progress. Mainspring House, 54 N. Main St. Two females fighting on side of building. One is not supposed to be on property. Unknown weapons. Bother parties left area together. Spoke with them in front of park and informed them not to return to Mainspring House today.

1:00 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 31 Linden St. Caller wants a female removed from her business. Unwanted female called police stating business owner is refusing to give her papers at the above. 1:24 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 42 Allen St., Apt. 2. Caller states 20-year-old son has a knife and is allegedly trying to pop tires on the car. 4:08 p.m. Rape. 46 Spring St. Caller states a male party went into a female’s room and allegedly raped her. Suspect is a Cape Verde male named Carlos. He is wearing a tan, striped shirt, black pants and black shoes. Caller states he was walking down Walnut Street. Carlos Goncalves, 52, of 46 Spring St., Apt. 17, was arrested and charged with kidnapping, indecent A&B on a person 14 or over, witness intimidation, threat to commit crime, and assault to rape.

9:07 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 85 Waleco Road & 86 Colgate Road. Caller states he was driving down Colgate Road and someone threw a rock through his car window. Caller is coming to station.

9:31 p.m. Disturbance. 271 Centre St. Man in lobby states his Green card was taken last week and he found it under his roommate’s mattress. Man is still missing his Social Security card and Passport. He believes the roommate still may have them. Party left lobby.

8:51 p.m. Robbery investigation. 19 Elm View Terrace. Third party call. States neighbor was robbed outside above location by “gunpoint” by 3 black youths. Resident at above was robbed by a black male, medium build, wearing a red and black hooded Champion sweatshirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. Suspect used a dark-colored firearm with a laser. 8:58 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 66 Hill St. Caller states her 33-year-old boyfriend is throwing things in the house and threatening to damage her vehicle. No physical violence yet. Five children in house that belongs to the couple. Male party is currently inside house. Report taken.

Moses Furtado, 21, of 45 E. Main St., Apt. 1, Brockton was also arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

2:53 a.m. Disturbance. 166 Leach Ave. Outside above location. Caller states neighbor across the street is allegedly harassing an Asian male—calling him names. Matter settled.

3:44 a.m. Unwanted guest-drunk. 195 Westgate Dr. Caller reports there is an allegedly drunk female in the hotel lobby who is passing out. Caller states the female is not a guest at the hotel. Lisa S. 1:31 p.m. B&E investigate. Storage Pros, 145 Campanelli Dr. See the manager in regard to a storage unit that was broken into.

1:48 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Brockton Public Library, 540 Forest Ave. Tiffany Andrade, 21, of 93 Stillman Ave. Brockton was arrested for local warrant.

1:57 p.m. Larceny investigation. CVS Pharmacy, 1933 Main St. Caller reports two females walked into CVS, grabbed a bunch of merchandise and took off in a white GMC Jimmy. Security just called to report they stole a customer’s cell phone. Security identified one of the women as the driver. Hanson PD attempted to locate vehicle at address, but unfounded. Hanson PD provided two phone numbers to contact suspect. No answer at either.

2:42 p.m. B&E investigate. 15 Lansdowne St. Third party caller reports sister came home to find her door was kicked in. House has been ransacked. No suspect at this time. BCI notified.

3:36 p.m. Animal control—dog complaint. 200 Westgate Dr. Near Best Buy a male party has been bitten by a dog. They have the dog.

4:02 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 111 Ford St. Caller states his friend is in the front yard yelling at his mother and threatening her. Caller does not wish to press charges. Friend was checked for warrants—came up negative. Warned of trespassing.

4:31 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. A Plus Self Storage, 20 N. Montello St. Caller just found two people inside. He thought they were sleeping, but turns out they were passed out after using heroin. They are now up, seem coherent and are fine, but there are needles on the ground. Caller wants them out of the building. Parties moved along.

4:32 p.m. B&E investigate. 589 N. Montello St., Apt. 2. Caller states his apartment was broken into and items were stolen. No answer at door.

5:08 p.m. M/V accident. 740 Montello St. Gerardo Torres, 21, of 31 Berglund Ave., Brockton was charged with negligent operation of a M/V, and two counts of leaving the scene of property damage.

6:24 p.m. Narcotics investigation. 614 Court St. John Schultz, 29, of 420 Court St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession of Class D drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. Kumba Z. Cotton, 34, of 16 Olive St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, possession Class E drug, distribute Class D drug, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

7:42 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. 11 Linda Ave. Caller states his vehicle was broken into.

7:48 p.m. Larceny investigation. Bath and Bodyworks, 200 Westgate Dr. Approximately $300 to $400 worth of perfume stolen.

8:11 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Stolen bike.

8:28 p.m. Keep the peace. 194 Thurber Ave., Apt. 2. Caller states the father of her 2-year-old son is at her door demanding she take the child back. Mother states she gave him the child yesterday and does not want him. Mother states there is no court ordered custody. Mother wants father to leave property. Father of child will be keeping the baby for this evening. They will each seek relief in probate court.

9:41 p.m. Arson & bombing. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Two rubbish barrels on fire.

9:50 p.m. Gunshots call. 7 Rainbow Circle. Caller states 3 cars just stopped in front of this address and there were several shots. One was a yellow Honda Civic. Report taken.

11:22 p.m. Larceny in progress. Maui Restaurant, 1875 Main St. Customer inside restaurant refusing to pay the bill.

11:38 p.m. A&B in progress. 11 Howard Square, Apt. 2. Caller states male and female are allegedly fighting on the second floor—can hear hitting and things being thrown around. No problem at home. Tenant states it is the third time this week someone has called this in. Possibly another tenant who wants them out. Nothing broken in the home and nobody upset or crying.

12:33 a.m. Disturbance. Colonel Bell Drive. Caller reports boyfriend will not let her in the apartment. She is waiting outside. Woman left on her own. Was transported to grandmother’s house.

1:20 a.m. Disturbance. 31 Moraine St. & 440 Pleasant St. Six to 8 motor vehicles and people being loud. Matter settled.

2:15 a.m. Welfare check. Cumberland Farms, 1205 Belmont St. Caller states there is man sleeping inside a green Nissan Altima parked at one of the pumps. The motor is running and clerk would like party checked. Male party is not sleeping. Window is broken and he is trying to fix it. Moved car from pumps.

6:41 a.m. Larceny investigation. 220 N. Main St. Caller states her friend was visiting last night and allegedly stole prescription drugs—Clonazetan. Caylin C. Rudolph, 23, of 94 Circuit Ave., Weymouth was charged with larceny of a drug.

6:57 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Noah M. Devine, 20, of 6 Ray Ave., Brockton was charged with three default warrants.

7:57 a.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts, 66 Montello St. Female states her ex-boyfriend is following her. He was told by police to leave her alone. Matter settled.

9:31 a.m. Domestic violence call. 115 Leach Ave. Caller reports his girlfriend allegedly assaulted him this morning and is preventing him from leaving. Crystal Duby, 21, of 115 Leach Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:32 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. AMS Gas, 1126 N. Montello St. Yvon P. Pierre-Louis, 38, of 279 Howard St., Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.

12:20 p.m. Larceny investigation. 102 Torrey Ave. Wants to report his meds stolen again. Spoke to caller who stated his pills, including oxycodone, suboxin (sic), and clonopin (sic) were allegedly taken from his residence while he was at a doctor’s appointment. Officer reports caller allegedly was vague in answering questions and informed caller his doctor would be contacted.

1:00 p.m. B&E investigate. 417 Warren Ave. Apt. 6. Caller stated someone stole his meds from his home.

1:30 p.m. B&E investigate. 156 Forest Ave. Third party caller. The neighbor who lives at 156 had his home broken into. No suspects around.

2:50 p.m. Gunshots call. 466 Main St. Tenant called the landlord to report people in the rear hallway talking and then tenant heard a gunshot. Tenant looked out and saw the people flee out the rear door.

3:21 p.m. Man with a gun. 47 E. Battles St. Caller states a man in a driveway, late 20s, has a wooden rifle with a scope on it. Officer states BB rifle.

3:53 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle. 29 Goddard Road. Someone pushed his son off his bike and stole it. This happened yesterday. Son knows who the party is.

4:18 p.m. Larceny of a M/V. St. Jean Auto Repair, 225 N. Montello St. Female came back and took her Hyundai Elantra. Police were there earlier today and gave female her plates and items from vehicle. She was told not to come back. She just left with M/V.

4:26 p.m. Open and gross. Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. Caller reports an older white male with a long white beard, wearing a black shirt, hat and vest is allegedly taking his private parts out. He is in the men’s department. Male is now in the parking lot near the Army Recruiting Center and is getting into a dark-colored minivan. David A. Studley, 55, of 844 Washington St., S. Easton was charged with open and gross lewdness.

5:26 p.m. Disturbance. 60 Main St. & 1 Legion Parkway. BAT bus reports a problem with a rider. Female unhappy with the way the bus takes money off her card.

5:33 p.m. B&E investigate. 83 Alden St. Glass is all broken out of the back door. Caller is unsure if anyone got in or not.

5:40 p.m. Disturbance. 48 Huntington St. Three or 4 black males on property giving tenant a hard time. They are swearing. None of them live there. Matter settled.

5:42 p.m. Larceny investigation. Monro Muffler, 642 Crescent St. Customer came to pick up his M/V after having brakes worked on. Customer said he wanted to test the brakes before paying. Left and never came back to pay $168 bill.

4:43 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 16 Minot Ave. Apt. 2. Woman caller reports she was allegedly slapped by her ex-boyfriend earlier this evening. Nuno Monteiro, 24, of 16 Minot Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:51 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 33 Park St. State Police received a 911 call and heard lots yelling. Female picked up telephone and said send police. She stated her brother is putting his hands on her. Unknown name. No answer on call back. Previous call was traced. Juvenile arrest of 15-year-old for A&B, A&B with a dangerous weapon.

9:26 p.m. Safari Club, 22 Perkins Ave. DJ allegedly stole an amplifier. Officer reports the amplifier was returned. Misunderstanding over the promoter owing the DJ money. Explained to DJ he could not just take the amplifier. They don’t want charges filed.

9:45 p.m. Disturbance. 54 Tribou St. People out front drinking and causing disturbance. Parties advised to take it inside or leave.

11:37 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 164 Menlo St. & 398 Grafton St. Caller reports a white van hit another m/v. People trying to take off. People are hurt. Officers report a two-vehicle crash and there were no operators or passengers present at the scene when PD arrived. Both abandoned vehicles were towed. Tow companies were asked to place a hold on both vehicles for accident investigation.

11:44 p.m. Welfare check, 370 N. Cary St. Caller reports there is a naked white male in the street. The only thing he is wearing is a black hat. Second call—the man has lost his hat and he is now lying in the street in front of 387 N. Cary St. Man taken to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.
