8:26 a.m. Tarik S. Holmes, 33, Court Street, Brockton was charged with trespass, misdemeanor breaking and entering and malicious destruction of property under $250 after a Prospect Street caller reported a male party sleeping in first floor apartment.
9:08 a.m. Heather Tripp, 35, Fifth Avenue, Fall River was charged with larceny over $250 and assault and battery after a caller from Walmart on Oak Street reported a female shoplifter assaulting employees.
10 a.m. Police responded to two calls of larceny at Brockton High School. One student reported having a jacket and house keys taken from a gym locker. Another student reported having an Ipod Touch taken from a gym locker.

1:48 a.m. Tara Ricker, 38, Pine Street, Bridgewater was charged with three counts of wanton destruction of property over $250 after a Hayward Avenue caller reported after Ricker was asked to leave a house she left and got into her Ford Explorer and smashed the vehicle into three other vehicles in the driveway.
1:49 a.m. Keila Garcia, 29, Green Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police received a call from the Morabeza Restaurant and Pub on Main Street from a male who said he was just punched by a woman. He said the woman was inside the club.
4:21 a.m. A Prospect Street resident reported five or six gun shots in the area. Police “shot spotter” picked up shots fired on Prospect Street. Nine shell casings were retrieved and submitted to the criminal investigation unit as evidence.
4:34 a.m. Theresa Novicky, 24, Beechstone Street, Portsmouth, N.H. was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a caller a Colonel Bell Drive caller reported a domestic violence situation.

4 p.m. Police recovered near Green Street a gray 2003 Nissan Frontier reported stolen out of Boston.
8:53 p.m. Ronnie Fort, 47, Thayer Avenue, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Thayer Avenue caller reported her boyfriend pushed her.
10:36 p.m. Peter Dovell, 52, Ossipee N.H., was charged with resisting arrest and refusing to identify self after a motor vehicle stop near Highland Street.
10:52 p.m. Gunshots reported near Pine Grove Drive. Caller reports he heard four shots followed by people yelling and saying “get him to the hospital.” Caller states shots near the laundromat.
11:33 p.m. Caller reports Friendly’s Ice Cream Shop on Belmont Street robbed by two men. Caller reports one man had a 3-inch knife and the other a black gun.
The victim said the robbers took the night deposit bag which was estimated at $2,000. The caller reported the suspects came from behind the building when he left the restaurant.
Robbers were described as two light-skinned males; one about 5-foot 8 inches, the other 6 feet. Both were wearing blue scarves. The suspects fled on foot toward Boston Market and Route 24.

1:28 a.m. Ulpiano Pena, 24, Wilmington St., Brockton was charged with second offense carrying a dangerous weapon, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and resisting arrest after an Easton Street caller reported a male wearing a tan coat with a knife stabbing a motor vehicle in a driveway.
10:59 a.m. Police investigated a report of a larceny in progress after an Ames Street caller reported a man came to the house claiming he needed to check the water. The caller found her purse open and bank book was gone. Caller said the man did not have any kind of identification badge and is described as a short, Hispanic male with a mustache and eagle-type nose.
12:08 p.m. Brockton Hospital reports they have a 60-year-old male with a self-inflicted pellet gun wound on his foot.
2:38 p.m. James Broadus, 48, Cambo Street, Brockton was charged with shoplifting more than $100 of merchandise after a caller from Sears on Westgate Drive reported a male shoplifter.
