9:09 a.m. Noah Devine, 18, 6 Ray Ave., Brockton was charged with violating an abuse order after a call near Main and Union streets.

9:11 a.m. Luisa Andrade, 56, 193 Fremont St., Taunton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after a call from Forest Avenue reporting an argument between a landlord and tenant.
