12:12 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 101 Forest Ave., Apt. 1. Passenger window broken and purse taken.

3:48 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 63 Dover St. Someone broke into his M/V and stole the change from his console.

4:21 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 666 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. M/V window broken.

5:14 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 77 Dover St. Doors all open. Items stolen from M/V and doors were not locked.

7:08 a.m.  Malicious damage M/V. 120 Forest Ave., Apt. 2. Broken window.

8:43 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Dattco. 1079 N. Montello St. Larceny of 14 batteries from M/Vs on lot.

9:04 a.m.  B&E M/V investigation. 16 Williams Place. Broken rear small window. Backpack with client’s personal info taken.

9:05 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 82 Belmont St. Green Cadillac DeVille stolen. Hot sheet.

9:07 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 30 Exchange St., Apt. 3. M/V broken into.

9:35 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Affordable Properties LLC. 16 E. Chestnut St., Apt.1R. Third party call reports neighbor came over and said that her husband allegedly stabbed her. Reports female went back to the home. Unknown if husband is still there. BCI notified. Christopher Snuffer, 43, of 16 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of A&B.

10:06 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 484 Chatham West Dr. Front right passenger side window broken.

10:09 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 473 Warren Ave. Caller reports his step-children allegedly used his identity and credit card. Rolando Torres, 28, and Amarantha Torres, 32, both of 473 Warren Ave., Brockton were charged with larceny over $250, credit card fraud over $250 and false pretenses/swindle/con.

10:13 a.m. Violation of 209a order. Brockton District Court. 215 Main St. Go to clerk’s office. Plaintiff and defendant were there for a 209a hearing and the defendant allegedly harassed the plaintiff. See court officer and Brockton PD officer in front of clerk’s office. Rickie Butterworth, 53, of 347 Poskus St., Stoughton was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

10:22 a.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. BHS students report someone broke into their gym locker and took their belongings.

10:26 a.m. B&E in progress. 772 East St. Caller states the above address has been foreclosed and is vacant, however he just saw 3 white males allegedly leaving through the front door with copper. They fled in a red Chevy or Ford truck—license plate given to police—toward Summer Street. Three people arrested and charged with felony B&E building in the daytime, larceny from building, and vandalize property. They are: Matthew Ryan, 29, of 42 West Union St., E. Bridgewater; William L. Lussier, Jr., 37, of 42 Ida Ave., Brockton; and Steven Blake, 25, of 2 Chestnut Place, Hingham.

10:34 a.m. A&B in progress. 917 Montello St. Caller reports a client is assaulting and biting the staff. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old, charged with A&B.

11:32 a.m. Annoying phone calls. The Keith Center. 175 Warren Ave. Caller reports several prank calls and the last one party states, “come through and shoot them up and bomb the building.”

12:30 p.m. Robbery. Rockland Trust. 836 N. Main St. Silent hold-up from tellers. Bank reports a 25 to 33 year-old white male gave a teller a note. Suspect described as having no facial hair, wearing a black hat, and black fleece jacket—possibly Northface—ran out the door.  Second suspect—also white male. Ran toward Wilmington and Howard. Two parties in Papa Gino’s fitting description.
Two men arrested and charged with armed robbery and unarmed robbery. They are: Ronald Joseph Lacombe, 22, of 19 Hervey St., Apt. 1, Brockton and Justin Akins, 21, of 125 Ames Road, Brockton.

1:14 p.m. Domestic violence call. 28 Nye Ave. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly is assaulting her. She fled to a neighbor’s. She left her twin infants in the home with him and wants to return to the apartment before the police arrive. She refused medical attention and would not stay on the line. Cory M. Wilson, 22, of 28 Nye Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton, was charged with A&B, threat to commit crime, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

2:51 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 182 Nilsson St. Passenger side. Iphone taken.

3:50 p.m. Disturbance. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. Student removed from bus.

4:05 p.m. Pickup prisoner on a warrant. Brockton Superior Cout. 72 Belmont St. Second floor of the court house to pick up fugitive. Active warrant out of Rhode Island. Confirmed they will come get her. Kerri Faria, 43, of 109 Crapo St., Apt. 1, Bridgewater, arrested on a fugitive from justice on governor’s warrant.

6:45 p.m. B&E investigation. 95 Tina Ave. Caller states her house was broken into. Reports they entered from her bedroom window.

7:57 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 30 Hill St. Joshua Deburgo, 18, of 377 Centre St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, possession of Class B drug, defacing firearm serial #, subsequent offense firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition, use of M/V without authority, drug violation near school/park, and miscellaneous M/V equipment violations.

8:45 p.m. Welfare check. 91 Hillberg Ave. Caller asks to check on Claude Brown-Madison and see if he is at above. He claims he is home, but his GPS monitor shows him 3 blocks away. If he is there have officer call back from the house phone. Police report unable to locate. No Brown-Madison on any mailboxes and could not get into the building.
