12:43 a.m. Assault & Battery--dangerous weapon. Gigi's. 193 Crescent St. Manager states large fight inside bar and people swinging pool sticks.
12:43 a.m. B & E M/V. 36 Churchill Ave. Caller reports a male party breaking into a m/v across street from 36 Churchill Ave. near side street. Police report a man and woman enjoying each other’s company.
1:29 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. 250 Main St. Michael J. Starks, 30, of, 108 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and resisting arrest.
2:06 a.m. Gunshots call. 140 Bradley Ave. @ 508 E. Ashland St. Caller reports 2 shots in the area. Did not see anything, but did hear a m/v race off in unknown direction. Nothing showing on E. Ashland St. Shot Spotter picked up a muffled sound on Mulberry Street bit there was nothing showing there either. Police report uncooperative witness entered the PD lobby and stated that there was an altercation on Algonquin Street--no number given--and that the shooter drove a black Cadillac. No Cadillac could be found on Algonquin Street.
2:25 a.m. Keep the peace. Country Inn. Christy's Dr. Caller’s vehicle was just shot at. She is requesting a keep the peace at the above to retrieve her children from her former boyfriend. She stated the room is rented to her. She will meet officers at the above. Caller refused to provide additional information and stated she does not want to deal with this and left the area, adding she is heading to the hotel to obtain her children. Police report kids are safe, boyfriend is not at scene.
2:28 a.m. B & E M/V. 90 Bishop St. Victim reports console pulled apart. She states she heard neighbors car alarm and when she looked out interior light of her vehicle were on.
4:07 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. 36 Fairmount Ave., Apt. #1. 1995 blue Honda Civic.
5:52 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 73 N WARREN AVE Apt. #1. Andre Agassi Almeida, 20, 73 N Warren Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton, was arrested on a local warrant and charged with larceny of a M/V.
8:36 a.m. Recovered Stolen M/V. 16 Maguire Road. Caller states dark m/v was left out front of her house about 3:30 in the morning & states it looks stolen. BCI notified.
9:52 a.m. Disturbance. 16 Casieri Court. Caller is allegedly having some kind of dispute with her roommate who she didn’t want to let in and he pushed his way in. Police report after speaking with all parties involved, charges are going to be filed in regards to this incident. Antonio Tavares, 31, of 145 Orion St., Apt.6, Worcester was charged with A&B.
11:18 a.m. Party unconscious. 59 N Main St., Apt.1 Caller reports male party by Perkins Park layed out and possibly not breathing. Male party transported to Brockton Hospital ER for medical treatment for alcohol issues.
11:39 a.m. Malicious damage. 39 Shaw Road. Caller reports paintball on house and car, one broken window. About 4 houses on the street with damage. Police report 10 Edinboro, 33,39,41,45 Shaw Road all hit. BCI requested.
1:52 p.m. B & E investigate. 83 Budd Ave. Victim reports jewelry and money taken.
1:51 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle. Plouffe School. 250 Crescent St. Two bikes stolen.
2:19 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. Caller reports group of kids fighting. Juvenile arrest of two 16-year-olds. One was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resist arrest and the other with disturbing the peace, interfering with police officer in performance of duty. A third person, 17-year-old Vladimir Delisme, of 56 Green St., Apt.#1 Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.
2:50 p.m. Violation of 209A. 283 Belmont St., Apt.#1. Caller reports she has allegedly received text messages from a male who shouldn’t be contacting her. Fidelio S. Martins, 22, of 12 Wyman St. Brockton, was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
2:55 p.m. B & E M/V. 202 Sinclair Road. Caller reports B&E to 2 cars and some items were taken.
4:42 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 958 Warren Ave., Apt. #9. Mom reports her 18 year-old son is allegedly arguing. She wants him to leave the apartment. Malcom Griffin,18, of 51 Shore Dr., Plymouth was charged with threat to commit crime.
6:36 p.m. Larceny investigation. Registry of Motor Vehicles. 490 Forest Ave. Caller reports someone went into his m/v and stole a bag and a laptop. Car was left unlocked.
6:18 p.m. Fire, Other. Dailey Road. Caller reports fire in woods. FD en route.
9:58 p.m. Gunshots call. 15 Market St. Report of 4 or 5 gun shots toward Nilsson and Main Street area. 4 shots heard. Possibly 7 shots from Shot Spotter. Residents on street stated hearing approximately 4 shots. Police searched street for ballistic evidence. Could not locate any.
10:22 p.m. Fire, other. 84 East St @ 112 Oakland St. Fire in the woods. FD en route.
