12:35 a.m. Check property. 81 Carl Ave. Caller reports youths are possibly in the garage of a vacant property. Second call states now can hear glass breaking. While making arrest Officer Grayson injured his ankle and right hand. Kevin S. Harkins, 49, of 69 Carl Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with felony B&E in the nighttime, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

12:53 a.m. Domestic violence call. 130 Algonquin St. Unknown emergency. 911 hangup. On call back female states daughter’s father allegedly punched her in the face. Shawn Cox, 33, of 423 Battles Farm Dr., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

2:16 a.m. M/V stop. 65 Cleveland Ave. & 24 Vine St. Kenny Pina, 25, of 412 Crescent St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of M/V, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, failure to stop/yield, failure to signal and marked lanes violation.

4:47 a.m. Disturbance. Raymond School. 125 Oak St. Large group in the parking lot being loud. Group moved along.

6:54 a.m. Pickup a prisoner on a warrant. Probation called and would like us to apprehend 39-year-old Kenneth Johnson at 12 Monarch St. He has an electronic monitoring bracelet and is at the above location in violation of probation. Police report they searched the whole house and Kenneth was not there. Checked yard and garage also.Probation was called and informed we could not locate.

12:45 p.m. Assault & Battery investigate. AMS Gas. 1126 N. Montello St. Caller, who is a witness, states a group of males in a silver Maxda assaulted another male pumping gas. They were waving guns and told the employee if she talks they will be back. Employee called the owner who will not come down until the police get there. Has video. Suspects are gone. Police checked the area around Oak Lane and could not locate. According to the employee the people fighting did not enter the store, and the victim of the assault has not report the incident to the police. The owners of both cars are females, and there were only males involved in this incident. The victims and suspects could not be located at this time.

  1:13 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. 130 Algonquin St. Caller has a restraining order on Shawn Cox and he is allegedly outside the house in a silver Acura. Shawn Cox, 33, of 42 Fairmount Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
 
1:15 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 12 Grand St. Caller states he found his stolen Shanghai scooter to the rear of above. Will be waiting out front for police.
 
1:15 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 37 Battles Farm Dr. Caller said a friend told her that her stolen car is out front of 159 Battles Farm Dr. BCI notified.

3:02 p.m. Domestic violence call. 358 W. Chestnut St. Caller states her 10-year-old daughter was just dropped off after being at her father’s house and is causing a disturbance. Caller said he allegedly slammed her to the floor and slapped her. Caller said he damaged her door trying to kick it in. Incident occurred at 358 W. Chestnut. Victim is at 102 Ashfield Dr. Christopher Hill, 31, of 358 W. Chestnut St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B, vandalizing property and threat to commit crime.

  4:20 p.m. B & E M/V. 10 Glendale St. Car broken into.
 
4:18 p.m. Larceny investigation. Nemo’s Carry All Market. 572 N. Main St. Caller reports a male passenger in a gray Pontiac took off with a 6-pack of Corona and a 12-pack of Heineken. Police report spoke with suspect and owner. Owner only wants money back for the beer at this time. Matter settled.

4:39 p.m. Shoplifting in progress. Vicente’s Tropical Grocery. 689 Main St. Caller reports a male party is allegedly stealing. Luis M. Colon, Jr. 48, of 10 Essex St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and default warrant.

5:04 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 235 Pleasant St., Apt. 3. Caller states her baby’s father just allegedly hit her and took off with their 5-year-old son heading to Boston. Paul Attis, 55, of 87 Smith Ave., Stoughton was charged with A&B.
 
5:51 p.m. Disturbance. Toys R Us. 105 Campanelli Dr. Caller states shoplifter from earlier is back in the store. Robert A. Williams, 21, of 54 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and two default warrants.
 
  9:04 p.m. Domestic violence call. 15 Dover St., Apt. 1. Female crying on open line. Female states her dad allegedly hit her in the face with his hand. Jose Alves, 32, of 15 Dover St., Bockton was charged with A&B.

9:19 p.m. Domestic violence call. 127 Summer St. Caller states she ran from the house because her husband is allegedly going crazy in the home and making threats to kill her. She said she is in fear and ran to a neighbor’s house. The kids are still at the home. Nothing physical at this time. Michael A. Johnson, 48, of 127 Summer St., Brockton was charged with assault and threat to commit crime.
