arguing. Matter settled.

a.m. Welfare check. Walmart.
700 Oak St. Caller states a male party in a wheel chair is going east on Oak
Street and he keeps going in the middle of the street. Caller is afraid he might
get hit. Police spoke with party in wheelchair and he will use sidewalk.
9:40 a.m. Larceny /forgery/
fraud. 29 Frederick
St. Caller stated someone filed taxes under her name.
9:52 a.m.
Suspicious activity. 50
Summer St. Caller reports an Hispanic male, wearing brown pants reports him
trying to open multiple doors of vehicles in parking lot. Also states he has
been banging on building door. Adult male taken to Brockton Hospital ER for
psych evaluation.
10:35 a.m. Fire,
structure. 12
Walnut St. First floor smoke. Everyone evacuated building. Fire sent. Smoke was
coming from the oven due to excessive grease. No fire.
11:43 a.m. Quality Inn. 1005 Belmont St.
Apt.#105. Male party on floor in room 105. Is unconscious. Pill bottles and
possibly alcohol involved. Ambulance sent. Male party taken to the Good
Samaritan for evaluation.
12:10 p.m. Malicious
damage investigation. Papa Ginos.897 N Montello St. Malicious damage to
door. Delivery driver's door smashed. Door cost approximately $500. BCI
contacted for photos. No entry gained.

& E investigate. 118 Division St. Vacant property. Possible entry
through basement window. Copper piping taken.
12:46 p.m.
Unwanted guest disturbance. Quality Inn. 1005 Belmont St. Apt.#218. Employee states there is
a male
party in room at above refusing to leave. Female refusing to open door.
She is not allowed to have anyone in room. Police report female is with her
kids in the room. She was spoken to about the guest policy. Occupant claims the
visitor was a nurse for her son. The state will be notified of the incident by
the front desk.

p.m. Assault & Battery investigate. Good Samaritan
Hospital. 235 N. Pearl St. Caller reports nursing supervisor wants to make report
about a patient spitting at her. Rose Ryan, 23, of 41 S Walnut St., Apt.#1,
Quincy was charged with A&B.
1:29 p.m. Disturbance. A.L. Prime Energy. 1666 Main
St. Dispute over amount of gas pumped. Caller states attendant pumped more then
he asked for and he is not paying. Driver paid full amount.

Welfare. Advanced
Auto Parts. 966 Main St. Second call. Drunk male from Highpoint is inside
store. He fell and hit his head. Ambulance sent. Male party to Brockton
Hospital ER.

Division St. B&E to above. Plymouth County BCI dispatched. No suspect.
8:12 p.m.
Malicious damage motor vehicle. 24 Tripp Ave. Caller states back window of her car
was broken.

p.m. Domestic violence call. 165 Elliot St. Caller
states neighbors’ ex-boyfriend has been banging on the windows just about all
day and now he has broken a window and is refusing to leave. Karl Jonathan Juste,
21 of 25 W Elm Terrace, Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with
dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property under $250.

Tripp Ave. At least 3 cars have been broken into. Three reports were taken.
