2:19 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Frank’s restaurant. 265 N. Pearl St. Officer reports transported one from the Foxy Lady for fellow officer. Erik Sprague, 31, of 191 Commercial St., Apt. 204, Braintree was charged with trespass, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

2:42 a.m. Domestic violence call. 15 Seaver St. Caller states her son allegedly is drunk and just pushed her across the room and went after her husband. Father states the son allegedly is standing out front with two knives from the kitchen. Officer reports heading to Boston Medical to watch prisoner from shooting. Advised victims. Christopher Arnold, 36, of 15 Seaver St., Brockton was charged with 6 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, 2 counts of A&B, and resisting arrest.

10:15 a.m. Domestic violence call. 24 Hall St. Caller wants daughter removed from the house. Sarah Lang, 18, of 24 Hall St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime and assault with dangerous weapon.

12:48 p.m. Open and gross. 335 Moraine St., Apt.2.  Caller states a black van with beige bumper followed her from her house to the Tedeschi’s. When she walked by the van in the parking lot, a man allegedly exposed himself to her. Justin E. Bailey, 22, of 24 Cricket Lane, Randolph was arrested and charged with operating M/V with suspended license and open and gross lewdness.

1:02 p.m. Hit & run in progress. Webster Bank. 220 Oak St. Caller reports a red Ford allegedly struck the caller in the parking lot of the bank and took off. Jamal Mainer-Smith, 30, of 155 Belair St., Brockton was charged with subsequent offense operating M/V with suspended license, leaving the scene of property damage, and failure to yield at intersection.

7:49 p.m. M/V stop. 186 Southworth St. Robert Martin Sanderson, 31, of 186 Southworth St., Brockton was arrested and charged with operating M/V with license revoked.

8:26 p.m. Domestic violence call. 20 Nye Ave., Apt. 3. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly punched him in the head and is now outside “breaking up” his car. Jandira Landim, 26, of 20 Nye Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

11:47 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 93 N. Main St. & 17 Linden St. Monique Ashley Viola, 18, of 1151 N. Montello St., Apt. 5, Brockton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
