1:00 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 10 Wyman St. First floor caller reports their kitchen window being shot at.

1:07 a.m. Disturbance at 823 Main St. Woodre Anthony Vincent, 22, 286 Green St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property over $250, and resisting arrest.

5:36 a.m. B&E M/V investigation at 6 Custer St. Caller went to vehicle and found Hispanic male sleeping inside vehicle. Suspect was wearing a gray hoodie and fled on foot.

7:27 a.m. Rape investigation at the Guardian Center. Caller states a resident states she was allegedly raped last night by one of the staff. Police report taken.

10:26 a.m. Disturbance at North Main Street & Pleasant Street. Nicholas Melo, 24, allegedly walked out into the middle of traffic causing a motor vehicle to slam on his brakes. He then began to yell at motorist. He did not use crosswalk light and was very hostile and belligerent when approached. The motor vehicle had right of way. Melo was issued a citation.

10:48 a.m. M/V accident at 201 North Montello St. Car hit parked truck. Thomas R. Shaffer, 53, 105 West Center St., Apt. #1, West Bridgewater was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense, leaving scene of property damage, operating M/V with license suspended and marked lanes violation.

11:23 a.m. Code enforcement at 73 Banks St. Board of Health on scene. Six vehicles 72-hour tagged. Spoke to the owner who understood they have to be removed.

11:49 a.m. Code enforcement at 30 Banks St. Non-operational green pick-up truck 72-hour tagged by Board of Health. This vehicle has been tagged and towed in the past. Blocks under the wheels to keep from failing out of the driveway. Cab is full of junk and debris. Not registered and has not been since the summer.

12:21 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at D'angelos Sandwich Shop, 739 Belmont St. Two Hispanic male allegedly fighting in front of above. Parties have stopped fighting and the aggressor has now entered the shop and the victim has fled in a vehicle. Plate # given to police. Romeo M. Andrade, 29, 103 Hart St., Taunton was summonsed for A&B.
1:09 p.m. B&E investigation at 32 Minot Ave. B&E to 3rd floor apartment and caller is scared to enter. Unknown if someone is still inside. Report taken and BCI notified.

2:22 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 342 Green St. & 205 Highland St. David M. Dasilva, 36, 18 Pennsylvania Ave., Brockton was summonsed for operating M/V with license suspended. Michael J. Dasilva, 57, 18 Pennsylvania Ave., Brockton was summonsed for allowing improper operation of M/V.

2:32 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 684 Main St. Matthew Ryan Luddy, 29, 42 West Union St., East Bridgewater was charged with operating M/V with license revoked.

3:20 p.m. Larceny in progress at CVS, 355 Centre St. White male, black leather jacket, red and black baseball hat took fragrances and ran into house across street.

5:45 p.m. B&E investigation at 83 Myrtle St. Caller came home to find house broken into.

6:19 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at 663 Main St. Female caller and lots of screaming. Reports of 2 females in parking lot arguing over a pocketbook. Ana Gomes, 44, 842 North Montello St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

6:48 p.m. Domestic violence call at 141 Sinclair Road. Fourteen-year-old caller states his stepmother is allegedly in a rage and she is screaming and hitting the caller’s father in the head. Andrea Weathers, 38, 141 Sinclair Road, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

10:43 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Jerry Samedy, 24, 38 Banks St., Apt.#2, Brockton was charged with drinking in public and carrying a dangerous weapon.
