1:20 a.m. A&B in progress. 7-Eleven. 662 Belmont St. Two arrests made. Samuel Montrond, 25, of 48 Nilsson St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B. Camilo Pina, 29, of 87 Ford St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
3:55 a.m. B&E investigate. 117 Oak Lane, Apt. 6. Caller states someone broke in and stole her meds and some money.
4:02 a.m. Domestic violence call. 50 Oak St. Ext., Apt. 404. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly keeps threatening her. He is in the apartment now and caller would like an officer. Second call reports the boyfriend allegedly pushed her into a wall. ETD could hear them arguing over the phone. James Barthelemy, 53, of 50 Oak St. Ext., Apt. 404 was arrested and charged with A&B.
5:51 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 10 Stillman Ave. 1996 black Honda Civic stolen. Hot sheet.
6:51 a.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 127 French Ave. Black Civic. BCI notified for photos and prints.
10:30 a.m. Code enforcement. Avon Auto Brokers. 950 Belmont St. Officer reports 46 cars on the lot. None are parked on the grass. There is also no number on the building.
10:48 a.m. Check abandoned building. 62 Malvern Road. Homeless people maybe inside because alarm is beeping. On Saturday an officer shut off the water that was running in the cellar because the pipes have been stolen. The roof is compromised because a tarp covering the roof is compromised. Water is getting into the walls and the electrical system is getting wet. National Grid has been contacted and is expected to cut the power to the building. Water to be cut off also. Building department to be contacted to try to secure building.
11:29 a.m. Vicentes Tropical Grocery. 689 Main St. Caller states a short, Cape Verdean male about 18 years old allegedly just stole some items and then came back in, stated he has a gun, and is going to shoot people. Caller did not see a gun, but believes the male is hanging around outside. Flavio Fontes Montrond, 18, of 16 Owens Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation, trespass, and shoplifting by asportation.
12:27 p.m. Open and gross. St. Edith Stein Church. 71 E. Main St. Caller would like a male party removed from the church. He was showing his privates to an usher.
2:43 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Sears. 200 Westgate Dr. Caller came into the lobby to report 3 males in their early 20s went to his place of work and threatened to beat him up because of something that happened with their friend. Party only knows them by name and is unsure of spelling. Wanted it on record in case something happens to him.
2:55 p.m. B&E in progress. 162 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 1. Front door is kicked in. Caller just got home and unknown if anyone is inside. Caller is outside of house.
3:33 p.m. B&E investigate. 59 Fuller St., Apt. 1. Caller came home to find house broken into—again. Was broken into on the 24th. Entry made by smashing back window.
4:09 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. 251 Crescent St. Violent psychiatric patient. No weapons. 25-year-old man transported to Brockton Hospital.
4:19 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 193 N. Main St., Apt. 4. Female caller states her boyfriend allegedly just beat her up and slammed her into a door. He has since left the apartment. Antonio Cianbriello, 33, of 193 N. Main St., Apt. 4 was charged with A&B.
5:05 p.m. Welfare check. 217 W. Elm St. & 20 Montgomery St. Male party lying in the street. Cars have stopped. Drunk male taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center.
6:59 p.m. Violation of 209a investigation. Brockton Commons. 55 City Hall Square, Apt. 414. Caller states woman from Apt. 216 was just allegedly banging at her door in violation of a restraining order. Patricia Mary Zinnack, 45, of 55 City Hall Square, Apt. 216 Brockton was charged with violating a harassment prevention order.
9:19 p.m. Robbery investigation. 228 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states that Rod’s Pizza driver was robbed at gun point at the above. States two males—one with a red ski mask and the other wearing a black ski mask—took the driver’s cell phone and about $30. Both had guns. Driver is still back at Rod’s Pizza. Request a Portuguese speaking officer for Cape Verdean driver.
