12:21 a.m. Domestic violence call on Market Street. Female states her husband has been drinking and on first call can be heard saying "let go of me.” Second call states he allegedly hit her and grabbed her by the neck and pushed her. Suspect is still in the apartment and two children age 14 and 7 are inside. Caller is outside waiting for police. Jermaine Rice, 38, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
7:05 a.m. Sex offenses. Caller states someone keeps sending her 12 –year-old daughter inappropriate text messages and pictures. Caller gave police the telephone number. Cell phone turned into CID to retrieve photos of suspect.
11:29 a.m. Larceny investigation at Walgreens, 1101 Main Street. Female stole items from store and he wants to file a report. She left, but he has an ID for her from alleged previous incidents. Elishia Scott, 43, of Brockton was summonsed with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
12:09 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Peter M. Butkevich, 33, of Brockton was summonsed with felony B&E of a building in the night time and A&B with dangerous weapon.
3:54 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from Brockton Superior Court, 72 Belmont St. Erica E. Gilbert, 22, of Brockton was charged with disrupting court proceedings and intimidation of witness.
4:56 p.m. Domestic violence call at Lou's Autobody, 130 Elliot St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly hit and punched her on her head. Luis Manuel Silva, 41, of Taunton was charged with A&B.
5:58 p.m. Narcotics investigation in the vicinity of 686-692 Main St. Jason C. Butler, 24, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts to distribute Class B drug.
6:19 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Bellevue Avenue. Caller states her 26-year-old daughter allegedly attacked her and destroyed her house. Christy Ann Douglas, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
6:24 p.m. Robbery at Public Storage, 2030 Main Street. Two males wearing masks and had a weapon. Stole worke’rs car and one worker was kicked in the face. Red Subaru was taken.
9:40 p.m. Robbery at EZ Food Market, 323 Belmont St. Two black males in mid-20s and one wearing a mask robbed the market with a knife.
