1:14 a.m. Domestic violence call. Chatham West Drive. Female called 911 and keeps hanging up and states her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her. James Lawrence, 24, of Boston was charged with A&B.
1:19 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 39 Elm Ave. 2 calls report hearing 10-18 shots.
1:28 a.m. A&B with dangerous weapon-gun on Belmont Street. Female just came into apartment and was shot in the leg. Ambulance sent. Victim states she was in a vehicle and was shot thru the window. See above gunshots call.
2:57 a.m. Domestic violence call. Ellsworth Avenue. Caller states her fiance and her son are fighting in kitchen. Caller is in kitchen and keeps saying 'hurry." 2nd call female stating that there is "blood all over the kitchen and her son's name is "William Baptiste." She states fiance is on floor and broken glass all over kitchen. Another caller reports both parties are bleeding and glass and chairs broken. Both parties taken to hospital and 209a advised against son. William Baptiste, 44, of Brockton was charged with A&B on person over 60 or disabled.
6:47 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at National Grid, 100 East Ashland St. Work truck with driver's side window smashed. Vehicle appears to be ransacked and sledge hammer left behind.
9:31 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at Men's Addiction Treatment, 10 Meadowbrook Road. Program director would like to report damage by client. Aaron Cole, 27, of Middleboro was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.
10:11 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Davids Street. 16-year-old acting out against family and won't go to school. Could hear the youth yelling in the background. Domingos Fernandes, 32, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.
4:28 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Jerome Morris III, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, threatening to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness.
5:56 p.m. Shoplifting at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Asset protection reports a repeat offender stole some items and is in a M/V in the parking lot. James Lemieux, 55, of Avon was charged with shoplifting by asportation.
6:43 p.m. Domestic violence call. Fitzpatrick Avenue. Caller states her parents are physically fighting and that her dad is bleeding and he needs to be removed. Helen M. Figueroa, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
9:39 p.m. Domestic violence call. Longworth Avenue. George’s tow truck driver states that there is domestic violence going on between male and female at above location. Joseph Cherubin, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
10:34 p.m. Gang of youths at Centre Street & Cary Street. Ronald Corey Jones, 32, of Brockton was charged with drinking in public, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
10:34 p.m. Welfare check on North Montelo Street. Eugene Prevo, 53, of Manchester, N.H. was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon.
