1:32 a.m. Narcotics violation in progress on Warren Avenue & Highland Street. Emanuel Jesus Lopes, 36, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school/park.
6:29 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at the Convent, 261 Thatcher St. Caller states her 1997 Nissan Altima was broken into last night.
10:28 a.m. B&E investigation on Hovendon Avenue. Caller states someone cut bathroom screen in basement and took safe, social security card and laptop.
10:29 a.m. Rape investigation at Academy Inn, 162 Warren Ave. Caller states she has a client in the office and she states she has been allegedly sexually assaulted by a male party. He stays in the same apartment at the Academy Inn with her and he allegedly took money from her. Under police investigation.
10:47 a.m. Code Enforcement at 15 Allen Street. Two vehicles towed in violation of city ordinance.
10:58 a.m. Larceny in progress at Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. Two white middle-age males and a female just stole $300 wrench set and tools and took off in a green Toyota truck. Headed towards Pleasant Street.
11:34 a.m. Rape investigation- See caller in the police lobby.
11:35 a.m. Code Enforcement at 38 St. Casimir Ave. Two vehicles to be towed for violation of city ordinances. Both cars not registered and no plates.
