12:44 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at the Renaissance Building, 88 North Main St. Caller states ex-girlfriend allegedly hit him in the elbow. Nancy Alexander, 50, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

3:55 a.m. Disturbance at the Shell, 252 East Ashland St. Clerk states, “send police I am having some problems here.” Matter settled.

4:08 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at Mason Street. Caller reports that some one just broke window in her home.

4:09 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at Quincy Street. Caller reports that some one broke her windows with rocks.

11:51 a.m. Sex offenses on Main Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly dragged her from the shower and sexually assaulted her and the suspect is still in the home drinking beers. Moacire Andrade, 33, of Brockton was charged with rape and A&B.

2:18 p.m. Code Enforcement at Absolute Car and Truck Center, 1008 Centre St. Served License Commission letter on past violations.

2:30 p.m. Code Enforcement at Robert's Auto Sales, 954 Centre St. Served License Commission letter on past violations.

3:05 p.m. Code Enforcement at Finish Line, 839 Main St. Bay door open and two vehicles in lot one and a red car with hood open. Owner on scene and told him it was 3 p.m. and he was open past his license's restrictions. Told him again to close now. Will issue another ordinance violation to the owner. This will be the 7th or 8th citation this business has been issued.

3:18 p.m. Code Enforcement at Perkins Park, 52 North Main St. People with cars in the park trespassing.

3:44 p.m. Code Enforcement at CV Auto, 703 North Main St. Car tagged again that was previously tagged. The car is unregistered and it appears someone is doing repair work in the garage.

3:47 p.m. Code Enforcement at Rolando's, 133 Main St. Front door wide open and explained to them it is a violation of the license.

10:25 p.m. Domestic violence call at Westgate Hotel, 195 Westgate Dr. Shane B. Rittenhouse, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:56 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Weston Street. Caller is neighbor and states male party asked him to call police. Andy Lobo, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
