2:31 a.m. Gunshots call on Field Street & Sparks Street. Caller heard 5 gunshots near Foot Joy. Caller lives on North Avenue and he is loading his trucks and he heard a car racing and then gunshots.
4:35 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation on Forest Avenue. Male party was mugged at gun point on Forest Avenue. He was hit over the head with a gun and he is in the ER.

1:29 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital, 235 North Pearl St. Male party was just dropped off in ER by some friends. He was stabbed and unknown where it happened and friends left the hospital. Victim is not being cooperative.

7:02 p.m. Suspicious persons at Prestige Car Wash, 245 North Pearl St. Caller is the manager of Prestige Car Wash. Two of their locations were robbed last night and the employees are nervous. 20 minutes ago, 2 white males in their 20s, tall and thin were at the car wash.
They seemed to be "casing the place" and looking in the register and asking what time they close. They went out behind the building for a few minutes and after they left employees went to look out back and found some clothes and hats. They fled in a truck but the employees are afraid they may come back at closing time. 2nd call gave the correct plate # and is a Ford F-150 cream color. Vehicle is at Saab Gas on Oak Street.

12:51 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at Nye Square. Frederick Joshua Hernandes-Jones, 25, of Brockton was charged with operating motor vehicle with license revoked and failure to stop/yield.

11:08 a.m. Home invasion on North Cary Street. 2 Hispanic males wearing a black shirt and jeans came into the caller’s house with a club and a gun. Caller states the 2 males were in the basement and then they knocked on the caller’s door and got inside the house.
They tied the caller up and took his TV and he states one has a "billy" club and one had a gun.
Neighbor stated that he saw what he believes to be 2 Hispanic males drive off in a black vehicle at a high rate of speed headed north. Neighbor stated that the individuals were hanging out at the above for awhile before they drove off quickly. Neighbor stated that one of the individuals was wearing a dark hood.

4:22 p.m. Violation of a 209A order on Warren Avenue. Caller states suspect is not supposed to be at the location and there is a 209A in place. but has not been served. Michael Anthony Shanks, 55, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

Child is currently with the father on a court scheduled visitation and caller would like to take child from the father. She is asking for assistance.

The owner allegedly has a dealership some place and is using the property to store and sell cars. Spoke to tenants on first floor who stated the guy on the 2nd floor owns the roosters and the cars. Told him that he need to make soup this weekend and get rid of the cars. You can't have cocks or swine in the city--it's a violation of city ordinances.

1:42 p.m. Gunshots call at 1 Main St. & 55 Court St. 2 shots heard and 2 black males with maroon or red tops and Afro’s headed behind Dunkin’ Donuts towards the commuter rail. Caller witnessed about 5 black youths at intersection of above location and one male party was shooting a gun. Suspects all ran in the direction of Court Street. Caller states 2 males with Afro's and one wearing a red sweatshirt and the other wearing gray, ran toward the parking lot of the dentist office on Court Street. The caller is from the old Enterprise building and states he believes a male party just threw a weapon down and fled under the bridge. Frank J. The garage was allegedly completely remodeled without any permits and electricity was installed with no permits. Old Colony Elder Services was contacted because of concern for the welfare of the elderly woman.

10:29 a.m. Rape investigation at Academy Inn, 162 Warren Ave. Caller states she has a client in the office and she states she has been allegedly sexually assaulted by a male party. He stays in the same apartment at the Academy Inn with her and he allegedly took money from her. Under police investigation.

5:16 a.m. Domestic violence call on Battles Farm Drive. Caller states her ex-boyfriend is allegedly drunk and just punched her in the face. Jose Carlos Santos, 25, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B, intimidate witness and malicious damage to motor vehicle.
9:14 a.m. Disturbance at 198 Chatham West Dr. Spoke with tenants who state that 6 people live in apartment. Initial report is loud noise on weekend as early as 5 a.m., Asked if they could please respect their neighbors and tone it down. Apparently this has been a problem for months.

He stated he just wanted to leave with the stolen merchandise. TP seized and turned in at BPD.

5:08 p.m. Larceny in progress, Macy’s,200 Westgate Dr. In the parking lot by Bugaboo Creek with female loss prevention out with two white males. Michael T. Young, 34, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order and shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.
6:46 p.m. Gang of youths at Brockton Mini Mart, 139 Pleasant St. Some young kids in the store harassing the clerk. Antonio Fernandes, 33, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
9:11 p.m. Robbery at Brockton Mobil Mart, 1012 Belmont St. White male robbed him at knife point. Thin build, wearing mask and in all black. Unsure if he fled on foot or in vehicle.
9:17 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. Warren Avenue. Caller stated that there was a fight going on and hung up phone. Lamar Deaundre Williams, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.
10:02 p.m. Domestic violence call. Pleasant Street. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly assaulted him. Marlez Cintron, 37 of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.
11:41 p.m. Disturbance. Soares Club, 1002 Main St. People are very loud and arguing in front of above location. 2nd caller reports 8-10 males fighting on Calmar near Main Street. Samuel Varela, 34, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.
