1:58 a.m. Andrew Devellis, 21, of Sandwich was charged with assault and battery after the fire department reported an alleged argument between a male and female near Irving Paint near Pleasant and N. Main Street.

8:45 a.m. Ross Murphy, 46, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a woman reported to police that a neighbor allegedly threatened to chock and hurt her because of her sexuality.

11:51 a.m. Stephen Michael Waller, 32, of Brockton was charged with possession of a Class E drug after a report of an alleged suspicious person at Centre Street and Manchester Street.

12:48 p.m. A caller from Montello Street reports an apartment was broken into. The door was taken off its hinges and $600 stolen.

12:54 p.m. Ian Francis, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Bunker Avenue reported her boyfriend allegedly body slammed her.

3:27 p.m. A 12-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a Warren Avenue caller reported a youth was shot in the hand with a BB gun.

4:30 p.m. Eric Shuler, 28, of New York City was charged with two counts of threat to commit a crime and criminal harassment after a caller from Ames Road reported her husband allegedly threatened and harassed her.

5:02 p.m. Michael J. Carvalho, 25, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a Rockland Street caller reported that Carvalho allegedly threatened to have a crack head slash his sister’s throat.

10:20 p.m. Delgardo Henry, 40, of Brockton was chased down on foot by police after he allegedly smashed his gray 2003 Dodge minivan on Battles Street. After police caught Delgardo, he was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, malicious destruction of property over $250, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and leaving the scene of property damage.

  1. I think that they should take charges off of this page if a person was wrongfully accused or found not guilty, or if a case was dismissed. I do not believe it is fair to post things on the internet about someone if the end result was completely different than the initial accusation.
