12:25 a.m. Pierre Joseph, 39, of Randolph was charged with disturbing the peace after police responded to a call on Ford Street for very loud music.
12:54 a.m. A caller from Linnea Avenue reported someone keeps throwing eggs at the house.
2:21 a.m. Justin W. O'Connell, 25, of Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, use of a motor vehicle without authority, possession of a Class A drug, motor vehicle operator refuse to identify self, and a warrant after rollover accident near 10 Toby Road.
3:01 a.m. Miranda Rhodes, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Bigney Avenue caller reported his girlfriend has been drinking and hitting him.
3:51 a.m. A judge issued an emergency 209a order and Lucindo Gomes, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation after a Lexington Avenue caller reported her husband allegedly is trying to kill her.
5:18 a.m. Jose Molina, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, larceny of a motor vehicle and violation of a 209a order after a caller from Forest Avenue reported she and her exboyfriend were at the same bar and he allegedly punched her in the face causing a nose bleed. The caller reported Molina then took her car keys and car forcing her to walk to a friends house to report the incident.
7:40 a.m. A Quincy man and Brockton woman were arrested after a caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in a back parking lot by a dumpster on Ford Street. The caller reported a white male in a Budget rental truck keeps nodding off and doesn't seem right.
Police charged Christopher Kucinski, 38, of Quincy with receiving a stolen vehicle and a default warrant and Lindsay Smith, 27, of Brockton with two default warrants.
10:23 a.m. Maria Resende, 35, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Warren Avenue caller reported his ex-wife is allegedly assaulting him.
10:50 a.m. A caller from Hess gas station on North Pearl Street reported a Cape Verdean femal drove off without paying for $45 of gas. Alleged scofflaw reported heading south on North Pearl Street in a purple Nissan SUV.
1:27 p.m. A Linnea Avenue resident reports their house has been egged for the fourth time in three weeks.
1:56 p.m. Victoria's Secret at the Westgate Mall reported someone stole 16 bottles of perfume.
5:31 p.m. A road rage incident ended with the arrest of three men who allegedly attacked a man and his son with a baseball bat.
Police charged Andre Barbosa, 51, of Dorchester with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a female caller reported after another driver cut her off near North Main Street and Oak, the driver allegedly stopped and took out a bat and began hitting her husband and son with the bat.
The caller reported the men were in a blue Toyota Corolla and allegedly threatened her husband with a gun, but a gun was not shown.
Two men from Norton were also charged in the matter. Tom Stevens, 40, has been charged with assault and malicious destruction of property over $250, and Dennis Stevens, 24, faces assault and battery charges.
