1:18 a.m. Antao Soares, 58, of Brockton was charged with drunk driving and marked lanes violation after a two-car accident near Main and Calmar Streets.
2:58 a.m. John D. Thomas, 40, of Brockton was charged with two counts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, breaking and entering into a building with no damage and violation of an abuse prevention order after an Agnew Avenue caller reported her husband allegedly was trying to break into a friend’s vehicle. A second call from the woman reported the husband was hiding in her garage and her brother was chasing him toward Foster Street.
9:16 a.m. Justin C. Barrow, 27, of Boston was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Battles Farm Drive reported the father of her baby allegedly was throwing stuff around the house in front of the kids and pulled her hair and shoved her in the face.
9:59 a.m. Khary C. Marshall, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation after police responded to a 911 emergency call from Menlo Street where screaming was heard over an open line. A second call from a neighbor reported a child ran outside and yelled for someone to call 911.
12:05 p.m. Saab Energy on Oak Street reported the gas station was broken into.
8:40 p.m. Dolvany Lupaume DePina, 17, of Brockton was charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition after police responded to a call of a suspicious person. Dylan D. Fontes, 18, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug during the same call.
9:17 p.m. Dawayne Alston, 19, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit crime after police responded to a call for an assault and battery in progress on W. Elm Street.
10:01 p.m. Messiah Ridgley, 32, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Winthrop Street caller reported his wife was allegedly trying to take the kids out of the house.
10:17 p.m. Keith Cohen, 30, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Belmont Avenue reported a heated argument between several people. The caller called back and alleged the fighting sounded like they were killing each other.
10:55 p.m. Emanuel Fontes, 43, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and violation of an abuse prevention order after a Plain Street caller reported her ex-boyfriend showed up and allegedly assaulted her.
11:54 p.m. Steven Gulley, 38, of Brockton was charged with three counts of assault and battery, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of deriving support from prostitution, and two counts of unarmed robbery after a North Main Street caller reported a black male allegedly was grabbing a white female and he also assaulted another male by kicking him in the stomach.
